I ordered two flower girl dresses for my wedding. The material was so cheap looking. The dresses did not look anything like the pictures on the website. I was worried that the straps were going to break on the girls. When I got the shipment, the receipt was all in Chinese, so I couldn't read anything. When I tried to return the dresses that I paid $139 (for 2 girl dresses), they told me I could return it, but it would be $50. I am so upset with the purchase. I guess I should have looked at the reviews first.

I would not recommend this site. I was on the hunt for a flower girls dress, measured my daughter and matched with what the description stated for sizing. It was too big. We were out of town on a funeral for my father-in-law and did not receive and try it on until we got back. I was 2 days over their 7-day return policy, and they would not accept the return. Even though we were out of town during that 7-day window to return they would not accept the reason for being out of town for a family funeral. Every time I tried to reason with them as to why I could not possibly ask for a return due to being out of town they would simply state we have to stay within our policy and to try and sell it on my own.

Terrible customer service, they do not honor advertised shipping and processing times, if you pay for expedite shipping you will not receive it and if your dress arrives well after date needed you will not be refunded.

Ordered a rose gold dress for my daughter wedding 152.00 dress the dress came it was gold the little gold things were falling off it. Totally wrong didn't look anything like the picture. Emailed them to return the dress they emailed me back and said to sell the dress to a friend. I am stuck with a dress I can't wear to the wedding and now I have to spend more money to buy a dress for the wedding. Please don't every buy anything from this bull$#*! company.

Per their policy online you can return within 7 days if not satisfied. I've been reaching out since the day I received shipment and no one is answering me. This is absolute fraud.

I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding it came in 2 sizes too big. They will not exchange it or take it back for a return. It looks like I am wearing a bag.

I ordered a dress for my daughters prom. They advised I would receive the dress on April 30th. I never received an email advising it had shipped. I emailed them multiple times and did not receive a straightforward answer when the dress would arrive or when it would be shipped. We ended up ordering another dress as we were not sure we were going to receive this dress in time. I finally received the dress almost two weeks after it was suppose to arrive. It didn't look like the picture and did not fit, so I asked to return it. They informed me since nothing was wrong with the dress, they were not going to let us return it. No apologies for it being two weeks late or the fact it did not look like the dress we ordered. This company is horrible, unprofessional and does not take accountability for their errors. Do not order from this company!

Absolutely horrible! The dress that we ordered looked NOTHING like the picture, it had a terrible netting around the neckline that wasn't shown in the picture by any means, which made the dress look like a cheap Halloween costume. When we asked for a refund, customer service had the nerve to tell us "that it's common sense to expect an online purchase to look different than the picture" like what? Really?

I am so unhappy with their customer service. I am so uphappy with the dress and product looks so cheap my baby cousin could have done a better job. They don't accept returns and tell you to go get it altered. Well I cant alter the fact that I dont like the dress. $#*! THIS COMPANY

I paid for my wedding dress paid to have it shipped express they took my money I never got my wedding dress I had to buy another wedding dress im reporting them to the better business bureau

I would not even give this company one star! This company is a scam and their product look absolutely nothing like the picture displayed! I ordered a white dress that took over three weeks to get here (but that's beside the point). I received the dress that looked absolutely nothing like the picture, was a cheap piece of fabric and was LIGHT PURPLE! I contacted them within hours of receiving the dress and was told that It is "common sense" when online shopping that the dress may not look like the picture displayed and they refuse to give me a refund, as stated in their email it is not fair for them to take responsibility for this!

Lalamira.con mentions on their website that they provide high quality dresses, fast shipping, and great customer service which is not the case at all in any area. The dress that arrived at my house is hideous. It looks like something made by a toddler. It looks nothing like the picture advertised. Please see picture below. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! They did not send the dress at the promised delivery date and I still have yet to receive my refund after a month of trying. DO NOT!, I repeat Do NOT buy anything from this website. It is a complete scam. I am so disappointed and I will let every website, review, and social media platform know about this scam of a website.

I ordered 2 dresses for myself and a little bride dress for my daughter, first they lied about the delivery date, and as am writing haven't gotten my order, The wedding date as passed, have to purchased another cloth for my daughter, and message Lalamira I don't need the dress again, was told they can't refund me, this site is a bunch of fraudsters, don't ever purchase or buy from them, the communications is so poor, all they wanted is your money, will keep sending reviews cause have being blocked from contacting them, lala Mira fraudsters

I ordered a dress that was to be my second dress for my wedding. It looked gorgeous on the website, body con fit with flowers at the top. I ordered it in a champagne color. When the dress came the color was right, the fitting was off (very large in the shoulders) and the flowers, which were basically hot glued on with little jewels were coming off. Several jewels and half a flower came off in the bag! I didn't even have to try it on for things to fall off.

Per their return policy, I asked for a refund due to the damage and they replied saying that the damage was caused by me! And I would not get a refund! Absolute madness. Why would I damage my own dress?!?! I've emailed to ask for another review but I think this company is a scam. The quality of the dress was not high and overall, while they are responsive, it was a waste of cash and time.

I purchased 2 flower girl dresses. They did not look anything like the dresses in the photo. Also both dresses were not finished. I contacted them and asked for a refund or to get the dresses completed to match the dresses in their website photograph. They told me that I should expect the dresses to look different then the website. I sent them photos of how the dresses were not done. None of the lace or ruffles were added to the dresses. Horrible craftsmanship. They then ghosted me and never heard from again. Out $200.00

If I could give negative stars, I would... absolutely horrible.
After several emails back and forth, I was advised, "There is nothing wrong with the dress itself. The difference is acceptable. It's unfair for us to take the responsibility. Just keep the dress or you can send it to your friends or resell it locally."Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are thieves and to top it all off, the dress they advertise vs the dress they is complete joke but we won't touch on that area. Lastly, there is no customer service nor is there a return policy. The only thing they do is email you every couple of days letting you know they will not accept a return. I feel like I was extorted.

I ordered a flower girls dress for a wedding from this place. I was so excited to get it but when I did it wasn't anything like the dress in the picture. They sent me a cheap knock off that looked like trash! I sent at least ten emails back and forth in response to returning the dress and they don't accept returns! Most places will let you send things back if you don't like it but these people are thief's! They use pictures from other websites as false advertising and then have junk made in sweat shops that they send to you and then they won't return it! I was told to give the dress away if I didn't like it! Seriously, who does that! This website should be taken down!

I bought a dress for a wedding I'm attending and the color was NOTHING like it looked online. I emailed with them several times asking to return it. They refused to refund my money! I sent photos of the dress I received and what it looked like online to show the major color difference and they STILL WOULD NOT REFUND ME! This is horrible horrible customer service!
