My fiance and I ordered me a ring and they emailed us saying thank you for you order. Then NEVER sent the ring, so we emailed them back asking for the tracking number and they say that they can't find the order anywhere and we have to reorder...? So I we emailed them a screen shot of their email thanking us for our order. Then they email us back today saying they cancelled the order... and that we need to reorder but they already took the money from my fiance' s account. We already talked to the bank. Is this website even legitimate because I've been emailing and they are NOT responding.
So the jewellery looks amazing but once you receive it you can see the quality is not what's advertised. Their cx support is poor and they will offer you a discount off your next purchase. Do not replace or fix jewellery when it breaks - my ring stones fell off - and they do not uphold their advertised warranty.

Decided to purchase a birthday present for my wife.
Should would continue to show me the ring I purchased.
Now I wanted to give it to her March 16,2029 but due to the Covid-19 the order was delayed.
We on today March 31,2020 the ring arrived and she is just elated.
Thank you to the person that I corresponded wuth that was so helpful and thank you to Lajerrio for your fine quality of jewelry.

I ordered 3 rings because they looked so beautiful and the reviews, even tho some not great were basically good. I was really excited to get it and even paid for express shipping. I ordered on February 9,2020 and it's March 24,2020 and still no shipping information or communication except for one email where I contacted them to see after 2 weeks why it wasn't shipped and they stated because of COVID-19 they were unable to make orders in a timely manner. They did offer me a refund if I wanted it but I decided to wait. Due to the current situation I really did not mind waiting a little longer, but now I'm getting very concerned. It seems to me that if their production was so slow due to short staff, they should mention that on their site or stop advertising. Especially since I see reviews from people who ordered after me and got their product. If it were only a few dollars I wouldn't be so upset up this is a few hundred dollars. I do feel as tho I have been scammed. This was not even a custom order.

Horrific. Ordered mid Jan. Express shipping weeks later got refund told to rebuy. Re-ordered and yhats when they annul the discount and send you on a 2 month wild goose chase with dhl tracking numbers that dont work and FedEx numbers for delivery. Numerous "im sorry" reply emails containing nonsense. Then the excuse of our system is broken. Only given them a 1 star as theres no other option. 8weeks later still sitting waiting for the item. If they were honest i would be more forgiving but to keep advertising when they cant cope with what they have now is a joke
I ordered a ring for myself and was so pleased with it, I ordered three more; one birthstone ring each for my husband and kids. Absolutely amazing customer service at such a great price! I absolutely recommend this shop; you will not be disappointed!

Ordered 1/12/20, paid the express shipping.
2.5 weeks ago the status changed to "ready to ship". When I emailed a week later I got a "we're on holiday" email. I'm not sure why they don't say this on the website to warn potential customers of lengthy shipping dates. After 2 more emails (delayed in response of course) I've requested a refund. I sent them an email stating they have till Monday to send me confirmation of refund or I'm going to my bank. This is ridiculous.
This was an extremely unpleasant experience. I ordered on January 10.2020 you would think by also paying an extra $20 that you would have your ring in a timely matter. I was wrong. The status has said ready to ship for 2 weeks. When I mentioned this Joy said it was an error in the system and that my ring was still being made. I was told 9-11 business days until I had my ring. When that time passed I asked for shipping date. Joy said they were on holiday and my ring wouldn't come until February. If my ring would have been "made from the moment I ordered " I would have it by now. There is no number to call only email and they reply once every couple of days to you. I was told if I did not want to wait I could cancel. Are you f****** serious? I waited all this time and now you say I can cancel? I want what I paid for! I will never order from this company again. I am still waiting on the ring 2/2/20.

Great packaging and most importantly, item delivered was as expected. Really nice. Perfect fit and only took about a week to arrive!
I am livid! My order has been sitting at the local Fed Ex office for 2 days and according to Fed Ex they are not allowed to deliver it for another 2 days per instructions of rhe seller. If I order something I expect to receive it as soon as possible not on some random date.
Also when I went to us3 their chat system, they gave me the tracking number... ummm. Not anything close to my question. Then when I asked why I can't get the ring now, "Joy" ended the chat. So they refused to handle the matter. Ridiculous!
This is my third purchase. Originally to replace a real diamond ring that I lost, but this one is so amazing. The quality is outstanding, has great weight and feel to it. I will be purchasing more for sure. Thank you!
In my opinion this is a piece of art. Beautiful ring and suprisingly fast shipping to UK. The Diamant shines in multiple colour and is to 100% a eyecatcher. The support is very good and fast in replying. I'm very happy about the order.

Answer: SCAM. They do not ship on time, do not pay postage, and do not have customer service.
Answer: They do that to everyone. Then you will end up having to pay postage anyway.
Answer: No there is not. Only an email that takes forever for a response.
Answer: It took a month for my to get here but it was worth the wait because it was beautiful
