The color of the stone was pink online and then I received an orange stone.

The rings I ordered are beautiful. The shipping times are a little generous. I ordered on 4/23 and received on 5/18. That is not 10-12 business days. The ring I ordered is bigger than I expected and I am awaiting a message to return for two days

Excellent as fair as the website some difficulty with getting a response from customer service otherwise no problems

The pictures advertised did not look ANYTHING like what I received. The heart pendant looked like a cheap silver back that had a picture pasted on it with clear resin covering it. The circular pendant looked like it was made the same way, and it was obviously off center.

Love your store only wish you had white gold bands as well

I always order my ring at this company this time it was hard to get a return call and when I tried to reach out before a problem occurred it was too late.

Do not buy anything from this site. Product was terrible and you'll never get the right order or your money back. Customer service is horrible at best. Very incompetent. 3 weeks of emails that could have been in one. Tried escalating and zero response.

So far, my experience with your company has been great. I have made other purchases that I have loved. I would like to continue to do business with you if this situation is rectified correctly.

This will be my third order with Lajerro. The first one went great, with reasonable shipping speed and no issues. It took a long time for the order to arrive for the second one, but thinking it might just be an outlier since there were no issues with the first order, I tried again with the third and probably my last order.

Since the second order took a couple of weeks longer to arrive than it said on the site, I placed this order on March 18th, over a month before I needed it to arrive. The site said it should arrive in about 18 days. April 11th, seven days short of a month and well over the 18-day estimate, it was still listed as "in production," and I sent the first email. Since it was over time, it should have been delivered, and it was still in production and got a response apologizing for the delay and saying it should ship out in 24-48 hours.

After another wait of 8 days and no movement or shipping notices, I sent another email asking for a status update. Since nothing had happened, and heard back that they would check with the factory and get back to me as soon as possible, but I never heard anything else after that.

Five days after customer service said they would check out the factory, I received a shipping notice that my order had shipped. After it finally arrived on May 3rd, though, only one of the items on order was included in the package. I'm still waiting on the other items that finally shipped the same day that the package with one item was delivered, and I'm still waiting on them on May 8th.

I am not even sure this is a legitimate vendor. They took my money and I have yet to receive the product. I sent them and email explaining that I hadn't received the ring.
Instead of a response, they send me a survey to rate the product and my experience.
