I ordered the ring on March 31 and still haven't received the ring as of May 3.
Ordered my items on the 25 of March. It is now the 3rd of May and still have not received my order. Also paid for express shipping and again, still have not received my order. After 3 weeks I was told part of my order was out of stock so I changed to another item. Two weeks later I'm informed that that item is now out of order as well. All in all COMPLETELY dissatisfied with the services received.
OMG, I'm so in love with my ring. It's big, beautiful and definitely flashy. It's everything that I want in a ring. I will be wearing it everyday except being at work due to my job and what I do for work. I had questions about the process and they answered all my questions.

My husband bought me the ring for our wedding. I wore it for years until I was out paddleboarding and lost the stone. I ordered a new one in the wrong size. I sent a email and Joy was absolutely amazing. I corrected my size for me. I received my ring within a couple weeks and I am very happy with it.

I couldn't tell you about my product or services as it's been over thirty days and I haven't received ANYTHING. To add to not receiving anything the site says my items are in the processing stage. Needless to said so far I'm extremely unhappy with Lajerrio and unless the product (if I ever receive it) mesmerizes me, I won't order from the site again.
Seller did not use my complete address. Product was marked undeliverable. This was a birthday gift for my best friend and it never arrived. A month after my order, I requested a refund. I have not heard anything from seller regarding refund
