Great waited patiently I was already prepared to wait about 30 days tops from other reviews

I was very pleased and satisfied with my Lajerrio order! I was nervous at first as it seemed to take forever to leave it's original destination. I emailed customer service and they promptly got back to me with additional information and sent me tracking information! I watched it as it flew overseas and to my front door! Very good service and products! Would definitely recommend and buy again!

All good... took longer to get the ring than i thought it would take.

Finally got my ring 30 some days LATER when shipping said 7-21. Emailed Lajerrio twice and no response. If you're going to have a business at least be honest w shipping arrivals.

We'll see….Ring cane without a tag or invoice.it is too bulky, and caused dermatitis on my finger after 4 hours of wear, at home, on clean hands. Put back in box and emailed to return with order number, asking for a return label. Joy, from LaJerrio, asked for photos of the ring which i thought strange. I wasn't happy, but sent photos. She then informed me it needed the tag to be returned and sends me the 30 day return policy, which I was never sent nor was it on the order confirmation email. I emailed and told her there was no tag in the ring. This company feels like a scam, and I wish someone would help me to return this ring and get my refund.

I went onto the website and saw a beautiful wedding set and was thrilled! I hurriedly ordered the set, expecting my package to take weeks to arrive, but it only took a few days! It was like the Mailman said, Surprise!

This is the second ring I have ordered and I loved this ring, true to fit but was surprised how "cheap" the stones look. The first ring was perfect but this one was surprisingly cheaper looking.

Shipping was not quick at all after paying the additional money for it. Still took a month to get.

I paid for 3 day shipping and it took well over a week to arrive after it was shipped.

Need 2 receive orders faster,need bigger selection on large gem wedding rings

First it took much longer to arrive to me than I was told. When it finally did arrive it was not what I'd expected. To fake looking to me, big and gaudy and I'm returning it.

Waited a month with no shipping update was told it was delayed then in production due to a holiday, then after 4 more days was told my item was out of stock and to pick a new one. Currently in the refund process which at this rate I should be cut a check for interest on the money I have had tied up in the mess.

Was unable to select PayPal pay in 4 despite having used that option many times on other sites, company was listed as US based but was in China and the products were chipped from there. Both were sized wrong, and one broke in 5 minutes. Contacted the company multiple ways for over a week and got no service. Had to eventually file a chargeback and filed a complaint with the BBB. AVOID
