Not only are things reasonably priced, there are many brands, customer service has always been kind, they ship to store (& it's free to do so!) &, if you don't like an item or it doesn't fit, or any reason really, Kohls will accept the return no questions asked. I like Kohl's as a store, however, I feel that there advertising of prices is extremely misleading. Haven't you ever noticed that everything is always on sale? If a particular item you're interested in purchasing is always on sale, isn't that sale price actually the regular price?

Kohl's is a great store and website to shop at. They do take anything you buy back for any reason, but KEEP ALL receipts otherwise you only get the lowest price, which is typically 10% of what the original price was. Ouch! I bought a dress for $40 but got $4 back because I lost the receipt.

I have ordered many items from Kohl's. Only had one problem, they shipped a pair of boots that were supposed to be size 9, box said size 9, but boots inside were size 8. I believe it was a manufacturer error and not Kohl's fault. I had an awful time trying to sort it out and reorder the correct size because everyone I talked to by phone was foreign and I could not understand them nor could they understand me. I talked to four people before I could get the order straightened out.

To start off I'm a man. I know that Kohl's focus point isn't towards men. It's obvious, but the clothes they lack are surprising. The other day I went in Kohls in search of a scarf. Out of everything in the store, I would expect there to be men scarves, but there's not. This doesn't end there. Kohl's lacks when it comes to men's winter accessories. They offer winter gloves and hats but their styles are extremely limited. Not to mention very ugly. By limited, I mean there's close to 3 choices of gloves to choose from. From my experiences, I would suggest JCPenny's, Macy's, or even Old Navy if you want a scarf. A men's scarf that is, because Kohls had plenty of women scarves. I just want to go somewhere where I could buy clothes, some accessories, and maybe cologne.
One of favorite retailers. Clothes quality is decent. Their return policy keeps me coming back.

I think the quality of the clothing isn't bad, but I will never shop from them online again. I hate that my order was shipped out in pieces and after weeks of not receiving part of the order, I asked for a partial refund for those few items... Instead they decided to ship the items weeks after I spoke with numerous reps who stated I would get a refund. When I finally received the items, the packaging was beat up, the invoice had been balled up, then straightened back out and sent to me. You wouldn't think they were so unprofessional if you based your opinions on the reviews on their site, but I found out through experience that they look at your review before they allow it to be posted, if the review isn't something they like, it won't get posted. They send you an email about your review not being approved. There's lots of other stores with quality as good, if not better, that know how to treat customers, so I don't recommend Kohls at all.
Having shopped and enjoyed kohls for many many years, this is sad that they screw loyal customers. All this to fraudulently make a few dollars. Steer clear of these scammers.
On 11.23.2014 I placed an order with kohls.com online. The purchase was for a pair of Levis 505 jeans, total price including shipping and handling $41.53. This amount due was paid for with an American Express Gift Card. Card number XXXX-XXXXXX-9948X shows the card paid $41.53 to kohls on same date. I do have the reference number for this transaction with American Express Gift Card, documentation available on request. Kohls having accepted the payment now refuses to acknowledge said order. I promptly contacted kohls by email on 11.23.2014 with the problem. Kohls responded on 11.25.2014 requesting I contact their customer service at *******705. This conversation was recorded by kohls. The "customer service" agent, after placing me on hold, advised I needed to contact American Express Gift Card and contest the charge. American Express Gift Card does NOT allow contested charges. Kohls refuses to take further action to resolve this matter. For all practical purposes kohls is now committing fraud. Will be taking further action against these scammers.
This is fair warning to anyone considering getting their Credit Card or anyone who has recently signed up for their Credit Card. I was purchasing some housewares on sale and signed up for the Kohl's Card to save some additional money. Ultimately I spent about $50. I planned to pay it off in two months. I marked on my calendar the due date of the bill. The day came and I went online to pay my first payment. When I logged in, I was surprised to find a late fee of $25. Apparently they consider the day to be over at 7pm CST, I was on my computer to make the payment at 9:30pm MST. Nowhere else have I ever had someplace charge me a late fee BEFORE the day was even over. I will never shop at Kohl's ever again.
Answer: Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.
