The overall reputation of the company reflects a significant divide in customer experiences. Positive feedback highlights attractive pricing strategies and a broad product selection, particularly in apparel. However, numerous negative aspects emerge, including frequent complaints about inconsistent pricing, poor customer service, and inadequate handling of returns and online orders. Customers express frustration with staff training, particularly regarding ADA compliance and return policies, which often lead to lengthy processes and dissatisfaction. The prevailing sentiment indicates a need for improved customer support and operational efficiency to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Wat can I say, its Kohls! They got everything! And the best of everything! Best Name Brands! Best Selections and such an easy return policy! Great! Will always shop here online as well in store!
I love how when you have their card you can get 30% off deals on all merchandise.
I have been buying from Kohls.com for many years. They are an honest, trustworthy retail establishment. Their customer service department is excellent. Their products are reasonably priced. They accept Kohls cash and rewards when you place on line orders. I am so pleased with Kohls. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good product line with the most professional team of service reps. Thank you Kohls.
Kohl's has now added the option to pick up in store, which is great. I was told on my most recent order that they will soon have designated, up close, parking spots for online shoppers to pick up orders.
Good store and friendly service. Not good enough for a 5 star tho.
Kohls is brilliant at marketing with there discounts and special offers. It works for me though because I find myself shopping there whenever I need clothes. They have great prices and selection.
Kohls.com has proved to be a good website for me to shop at. Everything is easy to find, they have a better selection of items than in the store (they have "online exclusives") and they have the items in most sizes. They also have comments and ratings by shoppers on much of the merchandise.
One thing I don't like about the website (to be fair) is:
You can only cancel your order within an hour (or was it a half-hour) of placing an order. They don't tell you this on the website. They make you call and a recording tells you this. They did, however, tell me I could return the item at no charge or drop it off at the store. I drove by the local Kohls and dropped off my return and they only asked if the product was defective.
Their website allows you to enter up to 2 discount codes. You can usually get free shipping and other discount coupons by googling "kohls promo codes."
Very, very poor check out service. Whomever thought this one up out to be fired. On busy days the lines can stretch for at least 300 to 400 feet (no exageration). Tellers calling people in line one at a time and hoping customers see them waiving. Then people walking as far as 30-40 feet to a teller with all their products, children and/or family members can take 4-5 minutes.
All in all I have experienced waits of over 2 hours when I just HAD to get a product.
I can't beleive all the discounts at times. Someday they'll have to pay me to leave. If you have a problem, they handle it well, I really like shopping there.
They have GREAT sales! I would encourage people to check out their stores; they will love the variety and Sale prices in their stores!
I really love this store, but a little hard to navigate through their on line. Goes back to the beginning of site If your not careful, when you look at things.
You must also know how to 'shop' Kohls. Their regular prices are to high. But they offer many perks. Their clearance is usually good as well.
We shopped on the clearance rack and found a shirt marked down for $1. They accused us of swapping tags even though it was impossible. I'll never spend another dime with them in my life again.
I being a faithful customer of Kohls stores for more than 15 years, this is a great store beautiful Clothes at great price
Their product line is quite acceptable and sometimes quite fine, depending on the category. With their markdowns and sales and cash back coupons and on and on with cost saving offers they are well worth visiting at almost anytime if you're looking for a good bargain.
I honestly feel bad for all of their employees. Went into my local Kohl's yesterday for an after Easter sale dress for my daughter. Their selection was unusually dismal but we managed to find one that worked on sale. I love how their ridiculously marked up clothing suddenly becomes The Deal of the Century when they put it on sale. Two employees upstairs putting stuff away were loudly talking negatively about a customer who had her dog in the store and about why were so many kids in the store. Wow. Anyhow, try to check out, there's a huge line, only two cashiers working the register and one of them was supposed to be in jewelry also and got called away to work that counter. A manager took over for her and ended up checking me out. She missed the sale price for my dress. I had to point it out. Moral of my story: I hate sifting through over priced clothes, listening to disgruntled employees, and having to wait in crazy slow lines only to be over charged. Once a year... only once a year.
I bought five pairs of the same style and size of underwear. When I got home I discovered that each pair was a different size although they were all marked the same. These panties were $10 each.
I got a black shirt that once I washed it, it pilled up and the stitching was already unraveling from the neck and wrist.
The store was really a glorified Walmart. The store was dirty, the clothes were all jumbled together. The changing rooms were filthy and had dust bunnies the size of Texas. Piles of clothes thrown in the corner of each room.
I could not find one item of clothing that was 100 percent cotton. All of their clothes are made of plastic: nylon, polyester, etc.
Kohls appears to be an outlet for washed up celebrities to sell their extremely low quality, poorly styled and sweatshop made clothing lines.
No thanks. No savings here. I strongly suggest that you spend a few dollars more and shop someplace else.
Lastly, I was irritated by the cashiers who continued to ask me four times if I wanted a Kohls credit card after I politely told them no the first time!
I will never shop there again.
Answer: Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.
Answer: Yes. See the back of your receipt. It says you can return items anytime for any reason.
