Where do I even begin?! Duplicate orders; SEVEN incorrect items fulfilled; they request that you drive to the store to return mistakes made by them & then won't allow you to use the same discounts you used when you reorder the correct merchandise; incorrect items pictured/described on website!; incompetent kohls.com customer service & they don't speak English well & give wrong information; emailing customer service is a joke-they don't even read the emails & reply w form letters; worst of all, THEY WONT PRINT A NEGATIVE REVIEW or PRINT A NEGATIVE ANSWER to a question asked by a different customer! It's ridiculous. And no management/supervisor will contact me. Sadly, there's more. I'm just tired of writing!
When the internet has multiple sites to help you discover how to make a payment on your Kohls account you know something is wrong. They will gladly charge dummies $10.00 to pay by phone if you are unable to log in to your account.
I order 2 pair of Christmas socks and it stated a week delivery but I got them in 2 days. Thank you
Kohl's prices are often too high for serving working-class consumers. Much of their stuff is imported from China wholesalers since I've seen the same items on china wholesale sites for mere pennies. Really not worth shopping Kohl's except for small inconsequential items.
I bought some school clothes for my 16yr old son. The clothes are cheaply constructed, side seams fell apart after 4 washes in the shorts, and are way to high priced for the low quality. Also they always want you to return with Kohl's Cash. Just give me low prices on decent fashions to begin with.
Kohls has great customer service just not enough people to give it. It's hard to find someone to help.
I used Kohl's cash just prior to expiration. Some of my items were listed as "in stock" but a few days later I received an email stating that they were not. My Kohl's cash was now expired, and they didn't want to honor it. I had to make multiple phone calls to get them to honor it, which I shouldn't have had to do. Their problem to change the item status after the fact.
I have shopped at Kohl's for almost my entire life and love the products, prices, and employees. I decided to order online at the end of November for some X-mas items. Well, after placing my order I find out (through calling) that several items are out of stock and they even sent me a different color of one of them instead of giving me my money back. On hold right now with customer service because they lost my package with 9 of the 19 remaining items in it. They want to scrap the whole order and have me order online again. Nothing is in stock and what's to say I won't have the same issue again. I refused and told them I will only be shopping in the store. These orders contained presents for other people and now they won't have them. The tracking info said a specific delivery date and the first person I spoke with confirmed the date. The day came and went and when I checked the tracking status it had gone backwards 3 steps to being at the fulfillment center. This is ridiculous and what they offered for compensation was an insult. I asked for more since I only received 3 of the original 19 items. The rest either were out of stock after I ordered or in the lost shipment. By far the worst online order experience I have EVER HAD! Merry Christmas!
I set up a payment for the entire amount on my kohls account. Well I ended up not being able to pay it all. So I set up a smaller amount. Well today they decided to over draft my account by taking out the old amount I told them. This is the second time this has happened. I will never shop here again. And I closed my account. Horrible customer service. They need to hire better people.
Now the trick with Kohls is to sign up for their credit card and then wait for the coupons that come monthly. Purchasing without a % off coupon is nuts because their merch. Is overpriced really but with a % off and perhaps the item being on sale, you can get a deal. Plus if you order at the store kiosk, there is no shipping. Also, they have a no hassle return policy.
I used to shop at Kohls and kohls.com a lot. Then I started having problems with them online. The site would empty my cart, lose coupon codes, and not work at all. I have had a few shipments arrive with broken items because things were packaged so poorly. Some were handled to my satisfaction, some not. Another order never arrived and after quite a long time, I was refunded and could reorder. Of course the original colors were no longer available. I ordered different colors and guess what? The original colors were available the very next day. I haven't shopped with them for a while now. They used to be one of the best but not anymore. Customer Service has gone down hill too. When I do finally order again, I will not be surprised if there are problems.:-(
Cares about the customer and rewards the consumer by giving back Kohl's Cash. They also support Charity with valued items to purchase that your children enjoy as the are giving to others to help them as well. The give and take-the American Way.
I love the fact that I can use all my coupons, Kohl's cash, and other promotions on line or in store.
Is it just me, or is the new way of shipping (FedEx Smart post) a joke. I could get merchandise faster when you had to shop by catalog and phone in your order. Usually about 2-3 days. I have been waiting for my last order for 9 days, and it shipped in 2 separate packages. One will be delivered today, and fingers crossed, the other will be delivered tomorrow. This Smart post delivery just adds another day, and another chance to screw up the delivery.
I will never use kohls.com again. I ordered a package through their website and they shipped it to the wrong address (not input by me - their system randomly assigned a different address). I called every day for 6 days and always got the run-around. Everyone had something different to say and no one ever followed through on any sort of help. I can't believe I had to spend so many hours on hold trying to fix a problem that I did not cause in the first place. This company is terrible!
I absolutely love this store. Good quality clothes including designer brands for an absolutely great price. I have bought my youngest fashion conscious son about a dozen suits, three coats, and over 3 dozen pair of jeans from Kohl's. Great store for kids and teens clothing.
I occasionally shop Khol's but I'm not exactly crazy about zillion coupons you must use in order to get the item for the price it should have been in the first place. You only think you're getting a good deal because the prices are inflated. And what happens when you loose said coupons? Or you didn't know there were any? I guess then you pay double? Too much work and I can get them at the same price w/o coupons anywhere else.
I tried to order my kids some toys for their birthday/ christmas. It kept kicking me out of a promo code I was using! So I sent an email to customer service. Never heard back from them. Tried again today and I had to login as a guest because all of a sudden I can't log in ( btw, they have NO TROUBLE with me logging in to pay my bill though...) So I called customer service after waiting two weeks for a response and I got some Indian guy that wants all my personal info. No thanks. I'm never shopping on this badly programmed site with crappy customer service again!
** oh and just so you know... the item that I was actually ABLE TO ORDER- they just cancelled it. Awesome. After CHARGING MY KHOLS CARD. I'm sure my daughter will be thrilled that I can't get her what she wants for her birthday next week.**
Answer: Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.
