What I love about Kohl's are their deals & quality of clothing. They lose a star because their app is not good. If you are looking through hundreds of choices & pull up a description on something, it starts you right back to the top every time. That's pretty frustrating. Also, when emailed a request to give reviews on recent purchases (which where all good) they gave me the runaround. I never did find where to review the products. AND it seems impossible to actually message anyone to let them know that it's jacked. I hope I never have issues... where is the customer service?
You buy a product, the store scans it during your purchase and records the product sold. Go to return the product without a receipt and get the lowest price it has sold.
Now, this store clearly can rescan that item and know the date and price it sold for; total scam

I stopped shopping at kohls because of long lines and messy overcrowded stores, however, their on/line service is really excellent. I can shop, get discounts and kohls cash just like in store and my cart stays active when I leave it. In addition they offer discounts upon reduced prices and have had every item I have searched for! I still don't like their in store shopping, but on-line is definitely worth it! Returns go directly to store if you want and I have had only one or two people ahead of me at return desk. Very easy to return items.
I can spend hours on their sales items. Love this store and their returns, even on my online purchases, have been quick and no questions asked!
I do think the prices are high to begin with, but it seems everything is on sale all the time. I have found lots of things I need, and I've been happy with the items and the quick delivery.

Used a $10 Kohls Cash coupon the other day on a large order. I needed to return one item from the order because the style and size were wrong for my daughter. They deducted my whole $10 Kohls Cash coupon from my refund and all I got was about $4.00. I thought they should have applied only a percentage of the Kohls Cash.
That's good. If we shop on this site, they give $10 on shopping any thing upto $50. If we buy things of $60, we pay only $ 50 today. Hurrah!
I went to kohls with a gift card i got for christmas. I bought a small crockpot upon getting home a friend offered to give me a nice crockpot sooo i didnt have a receipt and figured i would get store credit, well i paid 18.00 for it and the next day brought it back and they told me i could only get back 4.99 in store credit... WHAT luckily i was with my girlfriend and didnt do what i would like to have done, but hey im trying to be a stand up citizen. And i realize the only impact on kohls i can make is by doing this. So here it is. I will never ever spend a dime in that crooked $#*! store

I placed an order on 11/30 for 2 products, on the day I was supposed to receive them I checked the status and the product was damaged and marked unable to deliver. I completely understand that and appreciate not receiving a broken product. I then called to see if was going to be possible to receive the item prior to Christmas as the products were gifts, this was on 12/11. The first CSR hung up on me while I was explaining the situation to her, I called back at the next CSR seemed to accommodate the problem and provide a solution. When I received the new order conformation email, she had intentionally replaced my original item with a different product, later I found out this happened due to Kohls being out of stock of the 4 pc wine glass set I originally ordered. I understand they were out of stock, but would the CSR did not tell me that, she decided that I should receive this other product that I did not order. When I called back a 3rd time, the newest CSR was very pleasant to talk to and explained that they are having problems with bad employees that DO NOT CARE if the customer is taken care of. After she appropriately explained everything that happened and what the other CSR did, I felt as my problem would be handled and would receive the refund for the 1 product that was out of stock. Then she hung up on me as well. I called for the 4th time and spoke with another CSR and forcing myself to refrain from noticeably being upset explained everything. He handled it sorta, I was supposed to get my refund no later than 7 days. I called today, 17 days after the phone call, and was told it may take up to another 7 days because they have not processed the request yet. I have never received such horrible service in my life and WILL NEVER spend any money Kohls again.
I have found that in different areas of the country Kohls will put stickers with higher prices over their "suggested manufacturers retail" prices which should be illegal. Their credit card offers discounts throughout the year which makes shopping their worthwhile. But their prices have gone up so much it's hardly worth shopping there anymore.
I've had this happen to me 2 times in a row. The first time I ordered on black Friday, then I ordered again that following Monday to use my Kohl's cash. It wasn't until 2 weeks later until I FINALLY get an email saying both orders are being modified. I look at both of them, and now I realize I wasn't getting half of the stuff I order. It was all in stock the day I ordered and NOW they tell me 2 WEEKS later I will not receive what I ordered. I felt screwed, because all these items were Christmas gifts!
They are overpriced but with coupons and sale, I always can get good deals. Most of employees are friendly and helpful. This is my store

I have ordered several times from here. I have encountered a problem only once. However it was immediately resolved.
I always score with Kohls. What's even better, they almost always offer a percentage off your purchases and then some. The Kohl's cash is always a big help when you're shopping. As of now, I about $20 of Kohl's cash I can use after Christmas.
Good place to sign up for gifts like weddings and other events.
Answer: Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.
