I bought items for $78, unfortunately did not have any coupon for discount, after 1 week I found a coupon for 15 % discount in retailmenot.com, I went and showed my receipt in the customer service, they gave me 15 % discount and paid me back $11.07. They made my day, three cheers to Kohl's for being pro-customer store.
You can always find something at Kohls- clothes, shoes, ect- for men and women. Housewares... all sorts of things!

Very robust website and overall ecommerce engine is awesome and absolutely robust given the complications of the promos and discounts and rewards program. But, they are real cheaters when it comes to kohls cash. You have to be really smart to not over spend. Customer service is areogant. They can't explain what's going on when the billing s cprrect. I like going to Kohl's, because they typically have a nice selection of clothing that is in style. They are a little pricey, though, so I usually only shop during their big sales. But the clothing and shoes I have purchased in the past are good and have held up well over the years. I never have good luck with the jewelry, though. Any of the earrings I have purchased over the years have not lasted more than 2 weeks without something happening (jewels falling out, the post on a few of the earrings has actually fallen off the first time I tried to put them in, etc.).
Had a slight issue with my order; but he was able to work it out even though we had a bit of trouble understanding each other. Kind people who like to help.
Great product selections and reliable service. If ever get a product that I do not like, their no hassle returns keep me coming back! Love Kohls!

KOHLs isnt for everyone.To me if you got REAL money you can shop there. But for Budget Customers for get it you have to shop there when they have good sales

I placed an order for multiple items on 12/1/15. When I had not received several of the items by 12/23/15, I contacted customer service and was informed that the items were damaged during shipment and were being returned to the warehouse and I would receive a full credit on my kohl's charge. When I received my next statement, the credit was not there. I had to make several additional phone calls and in the end was issued store credit for my "return." Really? You screw up packaging and make me jump through hoops to get my money back for something I never received and then you add insult to injury by issuing me store credit? Never will I ever order from kohls.com again.
I've been an advocate for Khol's since my mother started shopping there. I think that sometimes they do over price everything, but they do have nice sales and clearances. I ordered some items for my new home and they came quickly and undamaged. I didn't have any problems with the ordering process. The only thing I didn't like was that once I added my discount it took me under the $49 needed for free shipping. Why give me a discount and then take it away - the products end up being cheaper without the discount.

If the associate gets tired of responding, she hangs up the phone or transfers to an another one without even saying please hold. Very rude.

I have never been treated so poorly by staff over the phone. I was ordering a crib online and the website gave me a free "gift" to go with the crib. The gift was a mattress. I'm an expectant mother so this was a huge life saver right?! Yeah just kidding I went to go check out and the page said that one of the items couldn't be shipped anymore... well I guess that free gift couldn't be shipped out. I gave customer service a call spoke to three different staff members who each refused to give me a number of someone that was in charge, such as their manager, a supervisor, etc., they each had a different story of how that was never a promotion, or the promotion just ended [after stating promotions don't end till Sunday... it was Saturday], or my favorite they just ran out, but we can buy a cheaper [uglier, bad review] crib and have the free mattress... I explained how doing that is wrong and in fact illegal. False advertising a free mattress to customers. They continued to not care or do anything for us. Kohls is a disgrace to customer service and I would tell anyone to go elsewhere if they're buying a product from them. I would rather spend an extra $50 somewhere else on the same item from a different store than ever buy something from this disgusting store again. Messing with people is completely wrong to do. This could actually be played out in court seeing how kohls is not doing anything to fix their "problem" and kohls would lose.
Answer: Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.
