Out of 10 bras I picked out Bali and Olga not one of them is available in my store, so I pay the shipping if they carry such bra in store not in my size they should ship like Bealls free from the store kiosk
What can I say, Kohl's is IT! The products are of great quality, the customer service is fantastic and on the rare occasion that I've had to return something it was very easy and no hassles.
Things always seem to arrive in good shape and packaging is not tattered and thrown on.

Online their goods seem cheaper than in the store. Very Surprised at the last shipment size 14... looked like size 6. The purses were just plastic for a high price.

Unfortunately, Kohl's has gone down hill. Things that you use to get their coupons to use on, you no longer can. Customer service doesn't know which way is coming or going, and I can say that honestly since I use to work for them in Customer service. I expect better. They shipped me six glass candles in a plastic bag. Of course four of them were smashed. The store that shipped them didn't seem to think this was a problem. I use to love shopping with them. After this last Christmas session, not so much.
USUALLY SHOP 6 -10 TIMES A YEAR IN STORE WHEN WE VISIT GOOD DEALS ON QUALITY ITEMS EVERY TIME PLUS BONUS ON CHARGE CARDS
Beware of return policies, they will steal from you ever chance they get, even if it's their mistake. Cut up my card a month ago, done!, no longer go to Kohls, they will go like Sears and JC Pennies no longer viable, product quality of average to poor
