I love the fact that Kohl's lets you use several discounts on the same order. I've always been very pleased with all my purchases.

Great experience on this site. Newly upgraded and easier to navigate. Any issues with ordering are immediately resolved by GREAT customer service.

Every time I visit the stores I find rack-after-rack of on sale items which I've never seen at regular price. Kohl's management thinks customers will simply be attracted by their sales signing and purchase ignorantly believing they are getting a 'deal' on an item when they are merely paying full price on an item with 'sale' signage.

My wife and I both like buying clothing from Kohl's.

I have found out lately that Kohl's has the right fitting close for me. There are some stores that cater to teenagers, or children. This is a store that actually likes my style too! I just purchased some everyday tops they are perfect for vacations or just anytime. I am 68 years young, I take a size 12, and they are not frumpy. Go visit you will see.

You can find some incredible deals at Kohl's. I got a nice winter coat that was on super clearance. I paid around $15 on a $90 coat. They always have sales though and a rewards program. It's incentive to go back in shop when you have say $25 in Kohls cash. It's like free money. Buy most of my clothes there.

I ALWAYS CHECK PRICES BETWEEN KOHL'S AND AMAZON. WITH KOHL'S COUPONS AND THEIR ON LINE SELECTION AND TO TOP IT OFF, THERE IS NO LIMIT OF TIME WHEN IT COMES TO RETURNS. GREAT STORE.

I've never had any issues with anything I've ordered online from Kohl's. I've ordered clothes, shoes, purses, watches, etc. All came in a timely fashion and the products were as described.

I think Kohl's collection and their system are pretty good, I am not a regular customer. I shopping sometimes every month.

They messed up my order, right before Christmas year before last. Not easy to deal with. They actually sent me a customers name, address and phone number by mistake and were not concerned about when I called.

Another antiquated business that needs you to create yet another marginal internet account instead of using top-level single sign on SSO providers e.g. Google, Facebook

In my opinion lately they have come down a bit in quality, still good. Their prices are really good, and it also there are some differences according to the neighborhood, generally speaking they have the same things, but in certain neighborhoods you can find some different things. Good policies. Good returns

By the time you get your discounts and you use your coupons, you always leave with goodies in hand and a smile on your face!

I was very disappointed when i went to Kohls recently. I went to grab a shopping cart for my friend who is handicapped. And your shopping cart distinctly says do not use as walking device which translates to we're putting this on here so you can't sue us. I think it's ridiculous that Kohls isn't handicap friendly. And we're not going to shop there again.
