I can't really claim that their online experience is really better or worse than others since while I never really had any issue, I also haven't had the greatest experience. I've ordered a few shirts and a pair of shorts off their website. I've also bought from a few other places depending on what I was looking for and what style I was into at the time.
I can say for sure that their shipping is rather accurate, but you need to buy a size larger than you're probably expecting. The clothes were a bit tight fitting; their support was rather decent about replacing one of the items as a result. I was able to show them that their sizing chart on the website was inaccurate.
Their marketing and sales approach is a wonder to behold. They sell middle of the road merchandise at good discount prices but tier everything with multiple discounts. It's impossible to leave the store without spending more than you intended. But happy, feeling great having received and taken advantage of multiple discounts.
They are kind of over priced, I bought my husband and Son shirts for his graduation and it cost me $100, for two shirts, really? The cashiers are forced to try to get you to open up a credit line with them, I hate that.
I love Kohl's sales. I don't buy anything from them full price ever. They have great sales. The shipping can be hit n miss, sometimes its fast sometimes it not as fast but I've always received my packages. Their customer service has always made things right if I've had a problem, they are great to work with and I love a lot of the items they sell. :)
I love Kohl's and have shopped at other Kohl's locations for years. However, I must say that I absolutely hate going to this store. It is always a mess! I actually refer to it as "messy kohl's". It's even a mess first thing in the morning which is a good indicator that it wasn't straightened and cleaned at night. The employees on the floor are rude and do not say hello or attempt to assist you in any way. This morning I heard two employees openly complaining about other employees and the store in general. One of the used profanity and I find that so unprofessional. The employees at the register are usually more friendly and accommodating but by the time you get to them... But You have already fought your battles with messy displays, clothes on the floor and rude employees.
I will not be going back to this store any time soon. It's ashame... I have been a loyal customer since the day it opened.
My daughter was very disappointed in the availability and variety of product. They used to be much better and far more competitive than they are today.

This store is just plain and simply AWESOME! Their clothes may be a bit pricey, but the value of the clothes is worth the price. Always lots of great deals going on too. Fast shipping!
A large retailer of things made in China. They are a relatively dysfunctional company, lots of fragmentation of jobs so ordering can't discuss shipping who can't discuss billing. Multiple frequent errors met with: I'm sorry ma'm there's nothing I can do. Occasional massive price reductions, so gird your loins for severe frustration when going after amazing deals.
I love buying clothes at Kohls because their quality is good and the prices are great, especially when they have sales. The staff here at the Killeen store is always helpful and makes the effort to think one step further to make my shopping experience easier.
It takes a little time to sift through the bargains, but well worth the trouble!
I love shopping here. If I order something that doesn't work for me I can just take it back to the store instead of having to pay postage to send it back via mail. Kohls customer service is one of the best.
I now that Kohls is not a jewelry store but DANG, they have great jewelry.The jewelry that my family has purchased is a better value than I ever thought it would be. I've had some diamond pieces that have been informally appraised for a higher price. I like the fact that you can use Kohl Bucks on your purchases.
Answer: Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.
