My online shopping experience with Kohl's is wonderful! They offer a variety of sizes, styles, brands, and you can pay online, have it shipped anywhere or even have it so you can pick it up at the store nearest you. I love Kohl's and all of their items.

Order placed on 8/27/16 and delivered & accepted to an incorrect address on 8/30/16. Today after a two hour frustrating experience in dealing with customer service I was told that they will have to first retrieve the order before they would reship or reroute. Seems rather unfair that I have to wait for them to possibly retrieve a package delivered 10 days ago to a receptionist at the front desk of an office. I was told they should resolve it within 14 working days. Thank you Kohl's that made me feel so much better!
They always have great deals and I love their products. All of the interactions I have had with their customer service has been great. I being a part of their rewards program, they offer a lot of great perks for being a customer.
I slap you kohls two times out of five for not shipping me the right style of pants I ordered online with an online receipt to prove that I didn't order the wrong style. So I got the right brand but the style wasn't what I wanted but since my new job started the following morning I went into work looking like I was wearing bell bottom pants. Thanks Kohls. One more slap. Make that that 3 out of five slaps. Not stars... So I didn't return the pants I'll simply never order online again. The shopping experience isn't so bad, its just the rude staff at every location I have been to.
They have decent prices and a great selection but my favorite part is the stackable coupons! I've saved so much money buying clothes for my daughter. They have fantastic sales and an awesome rewards program, even if you don't have the kohl's card, which I don't, but hope to eventually.
I purchased school clothes for my grandson from Kohl's this year. Great quality clothing, great savings and great customer service. Recommend shopping this store online and in store. Probably the best customer service of any retailer.

Kohls is always well stocked, spotless, has friendly/helpful employees, easy to read prices especially the sales items, lots of items on clearance, and always offers discounts either through the mail or at the register. They are my new favorite store!
Kohl's has a wide range of things we all need. Without the likes of Kohl's we would be at a disadvantage Not just for their site, but for a dying breed of location based retailers. So if the locations die so will the site.
I've gotten some great deals but I prefer pricing that better reflects the market price so that if it is discounted, you're getting a discount. But I understand this kind of marketing and would sorely miss Kohl's if it wasn't around.

The first time I heard of kohls I was excited! A higher end discount store sounded amazing! Then I started looking at the sales they had and realized I wasn't really getting any discounts at all. It's the worst! I'm actually spending more money because I'm being forced to think that everything is on sale. Terrible store plus the customer service is a nightmare. If something is given as a gift and you don't get the gift receipt they only exchange it for store credit. So when I got really cute maternity clothes that never fit right no matter the size on the tag they wouldn't do anything except give me store credit :(
Shopped online for my kids school clothes and spent $49.32 after coupons codes. The Kohl's website says as long as you are within $3 of the amount required for the Kohl's cash incentive, customer will still get the Kohls cash. When I asked online customer service I was told I didn't get it because I did not earn it with my purchases. So I checked the help menu on Kohls site and it told me the same thing about as long as I'm within the $3 limit I should have gotten my reward for purchase. So again I got ahold of online customer service and asked for my Kohls cash again. This time I was told that no I still didn't earn it with my purchase even tho I mentioned the within the $3 limit part, this time I was told that they don't know where I saw that but it was not on a kohls website because they do not do that but if I still felt like I was owed then they would put a 10% discount on my account for my next order. I got frustrated and told them they were acting as if I was trying to scam them or something and I wanted to speak with a manager. I was emailed back by someone else who was a manager and that person was even worse the other people I tried to get to correct the situation prior. Finally I had enough of the online reps being rude and disrespectful and called customer service. The phone representative was so much better very polite and helpful. He gave me a $20 credit to my account and a 15% discount with next purchase. Unfortunately after I had so much problems with the online site that it has made me not even want to take my business to their store anymore. I loved this store before this happened. It was unfortunately a very frustrating experience and the people treating customers that way online or other wise is extremely bad for any business. One rep I could have dealt with but in all there was 4 extremely rude and unprofessional employees I had to deal with before the phone rep who resolved the problem. He also said he would send it to his boss with a priority message about what had happened because that is not how they are trained or allowed to treat customers by policy. Phone rep was great tho but online service needs better monitoring and management.

I love Kohls they have great pricing on most items! I would never think to order a car seat for my child thru them, but I did it. I ordered a gorgeous safety first car seat at around $80.00.
I made three online order for coffee machine and got canceled 3 times. The first time I used Kohl charge. The reason for cancelation is I didn't submit my bank account. The next two time I used my own credit card. Kohl didn't bother to give me reason for cancelation afterward.
Answer: Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.
