If you have store credit card open don't get married. I tried changing my name twice and they refuse to change my name even though I am providing them all information they asked. First time they saked to send a copy of the curt order with driver license or social security card
I did next time they asked me to fax it to them. I spend $8 trying to fax it to them and ones again I received a letter asking me to fax the proof to them. I'm done with them. Horrible service when you need it.
I received a message from Kohl's that my order is ready for pickup. When I arrived, Monica in the pickup area/ Amazon, was there, I was having a hard time connecting to the pickup pass. I asked Monica if she would look up by order #, she said "NO" she said wait until your pickup pass shows up. She told the lady behind me that she'd help her. Finally my pickup pass showed spot #121. So I gave it to Monica. And once again she was rude. Said go back there and get it yourself. I had never been told to go get it myself. I've been there many times and was helped. Monica was neither polite, nor professional nor courteous.
I tried to find a pair of gym shoes when I noticed there was a slinky wire contraption along with an alarm attached to the shoes.bThis made it impossible to try on shoes and try and walk a few feet for comfort all in the name of theft. Im really disappointment and frustration with the issues I have experienced with the Kohl's Cash reward program. On two separate occasions, I have lost my Kohl's Cash balance without any record of use, which has resulted in a significant loss of value for my purchases.
The first instance occurred when my reward balance totaled 250 Kohl's Cash. Upon checking my app, I found that the balance had disappeared. After contacting customer service, I was told that the Kohl's Cash had been used on a previous purchase, even though I had no record of such a transaction. While I was eventually refunded, I should not have had to go through the process of disputing the use of funds in the first place.
My second loss occurred more recently when my Kohl's Cash balance was 280. The reward disappeared on Sunday, and I immediately reached out to customer service, but unfortunately, no one was available to assist me. This left me feeling defrauded, and I have since had to spend my time trying to figure out how to resolve this issue. Upon researching, I discovered that many others have experienced similar problems with the Kohl's Cash reward program.
I believe that Kohl's security system needs to take drastic action to combat fraudulent usage of the Kohl's Cash reward program. It is unacceptable that loyal customers like me have to endure these problems without any clear solution. I strongly feel that this situation is beyond disappointing, it is unacceptable.
KOHLS need to improve the tracking system and security features surrounding the Kohl's Cash rewards program, as it has left me and other customers feeling defrauded. I contacted them few times. They told me they issued the first Kohl cash lost, they couldn't issue the second time but I never touch them. My case is never got resolved

July's statement was paid off $118.46 by my Special Needs daughter, I was with her, we made a large return of $176. The cashier told us to go online within 24-48 hrs., to see what new balance would be. She said "there will most likely a credit." We both forgot to go online. August we received a bill, balance was $86.11 + $29.00 late fee? I immediately called the 1800# and asked why was there a late fee? That I would gladly pay the $86.11 but there was a mistake to remove the late fee, we've NEVER MADE A LATE PMT., the individual was a outsource CSR, I had a hard time understanding him? I asked to speak with a supervisor, same issue (I was speaking to individuals in Philippines!) I kept asking for them to remove the late fee, they didn't understand I ended up transferred to their FRAUD DEPARTMENT? They put a hold on my daughter's account! I called back each time being transferred to the FRAUD DEPARTMENT?
I took proof of pmt to store where initial account was opened, the store manager Abby opened the account 4 months before. Abby made the call was on speaker my daughter gave her permission to speak on her behalf, once again miscommunication Filipinos are extremely hard to understand via phone, they didn't understand what Abby was saying, they told us we had to submit proof of my daughter's name, mailing address, form of government issued ID, registration, past port and electric bill, water bill AND phone bill NOT CELL PHONE? My daughter only has a cell phone, we submitted her ID with our address, ALL IF THE UTILITIES ARE IN MY HUSBAND'S NAME! My daughter doesn't own a passport!
Abby downloaded the app and my daughter's information, then we saw first hand SHE HAS $300 AVAILABLE AND $40.00 CREDIT FOR A TOTAL OF $340! YET CANT ACCESS HER ACCOUNT BECAUSE THE FRAUD HOLD? Total craziness dealing with OUTSOURCING INDIVIDUALS! I need help for my daughter.
I dropped my $200 in merch and left your store today, due to poor management and enabling behavior by your employee and manager.
Long line, with 6 families waiting. Two families didn't see line and went to a cashier. Cashier didn't correct them, enabling issue. Second cashier, Pamela, came over and allowed a guy that just walked up to check out, even though the rest of us had been waiting in line over 5 minutes. Pamela then told another person who just walked up to come to her to get checked out, again, ignoring the folks in the designated line area. I asked why this was happening, and Pamela told me the others were waiting in line. I pointed to our line and asked if this was the designated line. Pamela acknowledged and affirmed this statement. I then asked why the others were getting attended to first, and was told it was because they were waiting in line. I stated that so were we, in the designated line area, and yet others were being checked out before us when creating their own line, rather than being directed to the existing line. I stated that this was unfair to the people, the families, who were following the rules. I was ignored. I took my $200 in merchandise, walked to Pamela's counter, put it down and stated I was not going to support an institution that treated their customers unfairly and rudely.
Please utilize this information as a tool for training purposes. People deserve to be treated with respect, and can kindly be redirected to follow Khol's policies to wait in line for their turn.
PS - manager was nearby and didn't correct any of this. Tee, do better. Be a better manager. Stop allowing this nonsense.
Kohls Charge issue
Well I scheduled a kohls card payment on the website and for some unknown reason I was debited the entire card balance instead of the payment I authorized. I called and they refused to reverse the payment. I discovered that Kohls charge is actually Capitol One running it. I filed a BBB complaint which is still in the works but the bottom line is this. Kohls has lost a lifelong customer. I am also far from done pursuing this legally.

I received a reply to my BBB complaint and Kohl's still stands on their no refund policy for CC payments.
Kohl's wake up you are a failing business and integrating Sephora into your business plan will not save your sinking ship. Let it sink and sell it is your best recourse cause your current upper management has turned Kohl's into the same store catagory as WalMart. Uncaring service guaranteed.
My first purchase from the Kohls website is also my last purchase. I inadvertently ordered the wrong size, realized as soon as I placed the order and needed to make a change. This should have been a simple process. It was 9:00pm so there was no customer service available. I called first thing in the morning when customer service opened and explained what I needed. I was told that I would have to have called within fifteen minutes of placing the order to make the change.
I explained that the order was placed at night and was basically told "Too Bad"
I still wanted the item, just in a different size so my options were to return the unwanted item by paying postage which would cost the same as the full order of seven items I had placed. I would then have to pay postage for the replacement item. So basically, I would pay the shipping three separate times because they couldn't simply change the item size on an order that had yet to be processed.
My other option was to drive a distance to the nearest Kohls, return the item for free and not get it in the right size because, when I checked, the store did not have that item in the size I needed because it is a clearance item.
I will never purchase from Kohls again.
They have no verification measure to check emails when you create an account.
Anybody can enter anybody else's address...and bam...somebody else have an account on their site with your email address.
It happened to me: sombody entered my email address to create a kohls account, for security reasons I went and changed the password so whoever did this could not get access.
Getting an account deleted it's near to impossibile, once you're in you won't get out, your email is in their system, you will get promotial spam...the whole 9 yards.
Chatting with ther customer support is like bouncing up a wall, they refuse to delete your account, they start asking your for your data, name, telephone number and address, I refused to give them my address and telephone number, I just told them my name but in retrospect I think I shouldn't have.
They will just deactivate your account but your email and name is in the system and you will continue to get spam email without consent.
I think it's ridiculous that a company do not have systems to validate email, and will refuse to delete accounts.
I got the Ultimate Bath Towel from Kohl's. It's soft, absorbent, and holds up well after numerous washes. Online shopping was a breeze and the delivery was prompt.
Bought WHITE Food Network dishes which scratched and turned black within 4 months. Since I did not contact Kohl's within 6 months, they refused to give a refund. They also refused issuing a gift card. I sent 2 emails (with photos) to Food Network customer service with no response. Since Food Network didn't respond, Kohl's should stand by the product that they sold. I will NEVER shop at Kohl's again.
I mistakenly order same items 2x's; I immediately canceled; sent info to Kohls; I have email from them on 7/15 saying order successfully canceled. Items are heavy I am elderly they want me to carry the items back to the store. This was their error and they would not arrange a pick up. I know I will never look at Kohls.com again
I was not able to return an item due to their antiquated system and had to waste gas and a hour round trip to return once the glitch was resolved. No coupons or gift cards to make up for the additional cost and time wasted. Watch your Amazon returns closely because kohls messes up and you may not receive your credits. Today while returning an Amazon purchase, I waited on a very long line and was forced to stand next to some woman's slobbery dog that bothered everyone passing by. I had to go home to get my rescue inhaler. What kind of store sells merch in a barn like atmosphere? It was disgusting and it took me two hours to breathe normally. I called customer service and no one was concerned. Who wants to buy clothes with dog dander all over it? So gross.
Lately when I try ordering from Kohls I always have to get a new password, Now with new Capital One visa card I cannot place order because Kolls associate tells me they cannot place order because they do not place orders using Capital One, so I call Capital One and they cannot place card that I need to call Kohls. What is going on. Kolhs you need to get together. BAD,BAD customer service. Someone needs to train their associates.
Kohls online chat does not help you for crap they are useless on there useless you will never get help threw chat they always want you to call some other number no body got time for that! You have the live chat and or calling a phone # option you have options and should be able to utilize both options and get the help you need using either way since there offered I hope their business and sales go done. Learn to help people and not cause them more frustrations and headaches!
After shopping at Kohls for 28 years, this morning I tried to get into my account and was informed I had to use my husband's info to access MY account. After over 1 hour trying to solve the problem, I cancelled my account and will not shop there anymore. And Sephora is a big mistake in Kohls, too. Just a waste of space! Customer service is horrible at Kohls and I can't get a straight answer from customer service.
I have no intention of giving them my money so they indoctrinate 3 month old babies sexually. If someone wants to fine, my choice not to shop there

Yes...I have my Kohl's statements and no I don't care to share them on a website...No didn't take pictures of defective or inferior products...that I gave for Christmas gifts and No they couldn't even exchange those gifts for a replacement.
Answer: Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.
