I use Kohls when they have special discounts like Thanksgiving day. When I use my Kohls card, I get even better discounts and I don't have to leave my home. Their shipping is fast, tracking is good. I will continue to use Kohls as my main store for clothing, very good quality.
I ordered somethings that ended up not fitting went to return them with all the paperwork and they tried to screw me on my refund. So hard in fact I sold them online.

Nearly every type of clothing I have ever bought at Kohl's didn't last a year. The seams come apart very easily. Don't buy their overprice underwear or socks either. I paid off my credit card with them then shredded the card.

I made a purchase online and was charged $110. Then 2 hours later had a charge for $85. I called and was told that the $110 was pending and the the $85 would go through for one item I purchased. I have thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experiences with Kohl's! The most accommodating staff and top rate products with great deals and service. Of course, my local store is my favorite. An 11 out of 10!
The Kohls near me has some things I like but for the most part it's always a mess in there and I have to rummage through the clothes to find a size that fits. The clothes are usually on the wrong hanger size and the changing rooms are messy and dimly lit. When you check out you are limited to a couple of working registers. They usually have wrong price in system and then what you get is over priced. I'm not a big fan of this place.
I ordered a Fitbit Charge2 online for Black Friday as a Christmas gift. They were on sale for $129.00 instead of $149.99. The purchase went through and I was told I should be receiving my $30 Kohl's cash in the next couple of days. I never heard from them and when I called back a couple of days later to find out where my order was, I was told by the customer service rep that my order wasn't processed and I now have to pay full price for the item. I will do my shopping in stores from now on as this is a way for the stores to not have to sell at Black Friday prices.
Ordered a pair of Sonoma boots, and a pair of shoes for my Granddaughter online, black Friday, to pickup in store. Was supposed to be notified when ready, to pickup. Didn't happen, went to store, found out the shoe part was cancelled, without my knowledge. Customer service wasn't any help at all. Not happy!
I did not subscribed to this site. A random person used my email address. I asked them to take me off there site and they wanted me to phone an international phone number to take me off. I WILL NOT do this at my cost as i never wanted to be on there mailing list. This is a very dodgy company stay clear.
Answer: Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.
