Hike up the prices... Then mark it down to scam their customers. Always look up prices if you want to buy anything pricey. Price at kohls will be 200 but on sale for 150... But you can find same exact product at target for 80. Stupid return rules. If you don't have a receipt forget about it. Youll get the lowest possible return price. Bought earrings for 225. On sale for probably 180. Were missing diamonds and broken. Wouldnt allow an exchange and only wanted to give me 40 dollars for their broken item. The clothes seem worn out out and 9 times out of 10 will have a hole in it. Very hard to find something decent. Better to shop elsewhere. Save your time and money.

Kohls use to be my go to store! They use to take all coupons and give great deals and discounts. Not so much anymore. Its beginning to look more and more like a big scam. Sometimes they may have good deals on certain items but for the most part the deals are bogo which sucks because i dont need 2 of something so have to pay full price for something. The 2nd biggest issue i see is the kohls cash. During the timeframe to use it all the prices are marked up so you are not really saving anything. I even quit shopping online as you can never get free shipping unless you slend $75. That is not very enticing

There's always something available on the Kohl's website (great price plus sale discounts). Quick delivery and easy returns. Also, there's a Kohl's about 10 minutes away. Shoppers paradise. Mid level clothing, but terrific prices. Shop during a promotion and receive Kohl's cash for your next shopping trip. EI get easy access by bus or car. Near main roads and the Long Island Expressway. Also surrounded by a movie theater, Starbucks, Boston Market, 2 clothing boutiques (one plus size), Applebees, a bank, and more. Love it!

I purposely signed on for a Kohl's card close to the holidays thinking that would make some kind of difference, it did not. On Christmas Eve I bought a kids karaoke machine. I was suppose to get it for 30% off. The cashier told me card would not give me the discount price because the brand had the 'option' to charge full price. The employees don't even get store discounts for the sale priced items. Needless to say I no longer have a Kohl's car or shop at Kohl's. Such a scam. I don't know why people waste their money at that place.

The discounts are amazing & quality of the products are amazing and there's a great mix. I do hate Kohl's cash because I have a couple of them past the date when they start to add up & they dont accept expired ones... therefore, they're forcing you to go back to the store when you're not ready to or not in the shopping mood. Or you're too tired from work! I like to shop when I need to or Want to! They are pretty helpful when you are returning something I love that, too. As I said the prices are amazing if you if you use their 25-30% coupons... I actually do the happy dance at the register LOL thank you Karin from NY

Unfortunately, I have gained ALOT of weight this last 15 months and had to shop to buy bigger jeans and tops. I went to a couple well-known retail department stores, only to find that the jeans were arranged by Brand, and thus were scattered ALL OVER THE STORES! I'm disabled, so this was tough on me, and I never found one pair that fit. I then got a coupon to Kohls, a store close to my home that also has a website. I easily purchased 4 pairs of jeans and 4 tops for an unbelievably low price! Plus I got Kohl's dollars to use for this month. And now that I know the sizes that fit me from my store purchases, I can look online to buy the same brand clothes that may not be available anymore at the store. KOHL'S WAS SUCH A BARGAIN FOR CLOTHES I LIKED, in addition to all the coupons and benefits. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that some things I needed were not available. For example, as hard as I looked, I could not find tights. The purses were mainly not leather, and the shoe selection wasn't great. But for jeans and tops, Kohl's was wonderful!
