My family and I have been shopping at the Kolhs since it opened. We have had the best of service, the cleanest store and all the help we ever needed. We were very impressed with Shaday, Lew, Mike04 and Sergio 02. The only thing I will say is the plus size clothing needs new buyers... they look like old lady clothes.
Coupons were better, do not spend as much money there any Longer since changing policies. Used to be my go to but now not any longer.
Kohl's has decent prices already but the sales are INSANE! I usually shop the sales racks and come home with huge bags of clothes and shoes while spending next to nothing. So much fun!
The store in Jensen Beach Florida has the worst customer service very rude. I purchased a watch Back 2 Days Later to exchange it for a different one with my receipt. The watch was originally $399 and they actually tried giving me back $32 you do the math
I love Kohl; s because they don't have the limitation so many other clothing stores have. You earn the cash, you can use it on anything, and you don't have to spend a dime of your own money to use it. They always have some kind of discount, and it applies to about 95% of their products(better than any other store out there). They have free store pick up which is also handy. Also it's worth having a Kohl's card, just for the extra discounts you can receive. Great clothes for all ages!

Wonderful experience with Kohl's returns. I have never had a problem wether I purchase on-line or in store. Well, one time my entire order was commandeered (I think it was an inside job) but they replaced that order immediately and never double charged me. I am very happy with the care and service at Kohl's.

I left a review at Kohls.com about an order and was told that my review did not meet their guidelines. So I was unable to tell others how my furniture order was missing parts and that Kohls blamed the vendor. Instead of Kohls just sending me the missing baskets that they also sell seperately; I have to wait and see what the vendor tells Kohls then Kohls will respond to me. So others thinking of buying this dresser will not know that this could happen to their order of the Windsome Terrace 3 Tier dresser too.
During Christmas they sent out 20% cupons and Khol cash discounts if you spent so many dollars you get x amount off.My mom and my cousin love it. I usually saved the cupons and shared them with Co workers. Good shopping celebration

Always can get amazing deals. You just have to be a savvy shopper. With coupons, coupon codes and using a kohls credit card, you can save a bunch of money
It is very important for the fellow kohl's employees to read this. If you were at kohl's on Deerfield Parkway in Milton, Georgia at approximately 5:30 and saw a middle aged kid about 12,13, or 14, running and laughing, while his grandmother was yelling at him saying that it's not funny, was that this kid was not laughing about wandering off, he has a problem, not a disability, but a problem with laughing all the time. I want you guys who work at kohl's on Deerfield Parkway, Milton, Georgia to not worry.
Got a gift for Christimas for here I had no receipt or gift receipt. It was a jacket that did quite fit so they put it in a gift card for me and I got a jacket that fit. Took less that 2 minutes at the customer service desk, they made it quick and easy!
