Hi all I just had to write a review for the Kohls employee Joanne O. I met her last night at the Kohls in Millbury MA. I had found the Tel Gear pants that I was looking for but the size Medium were no available on the rack. Joanne came to help me immediately and checked her phone to see if they were in stock. Sure enough they were but she had to go and search the warehouse inventory to find them. She only took about 15min to find them and came back with 2 pairs in my size and the colors I wanted. Hi Five Joanne O you made my day and Christmas because these are for a gift me from my husband. Thank You for being so kind, patient and helpful. In a world of hurried people you are a shining star and are excellent in customer service. Also a shout out to all the other employees who helped me find my pants. A bonus was I also got 15% off my purchase and save over 15 dollars and got 10 dollars Kohls Cash to spend later. Sincerely, Sue C

Not happy at all

My order was a total mess, from wrong sizes sent to receiving an item with the security tag on it. I called customer service and it was a waste of over an hour texting back and fourth with someone who was NO HELP. Cathy G. Resent me my items supposedly and when I checked she sent another incorrect item. What the heck are they doing at Kohls? I couldn't even get a real person on the phone. I placed the order on line thinking it would save me time, this was not the case. I honestly will not deal with an incompetent company. Or at least their employees are. This was very disappointing.

Kohl's advertised and I purchased, the RONCO 5250 model rotisserie oven with a one-year manufacturer's warranty, in November 2021. I used it once. Got it out to use is again (October 2022) and it doesn't work. Contacted RONCO customer service. They said that this model stopped production in '2018' and RONCO sold out to another company in 2020 and they will not honor the warranty. Kohl's won't do anything either. Sold me an item where the warranty was invalid from date of purchase! Canceling my account with Kohl's!

Used to love Kohls but now you have to read the fine print to use your coupon. I really don't have time for that... they got me in the store, but I ended up leaving everything at the cash register because the coupon excluded name brand items... 2 hours of my weekend wasted.

Ridiculous

Ordered 4 items and one was cancelled. They never let me know that and had to find out myself. I also got 4 alerts from my capitol one card. Had confusing amounts on my card. Asked customer service about it and the girl could bearly speak English. She kept putting me on hold. Explained they refunded my money. Well then what was the other random charges on my credit card?! Why was I not refunded the same amount I paid for what was cancelled? Why all these other random charges? I hung up on her. Keep my money because I won't be shopping here again. Especially NEVER online here again. Thought I was saving money when I sure was not. Thought I was getting shoes for $20 when they are $60 at walmart, but no to that as well. She could not even tell me why they were cancelled.

I've never been inside a Kohl's store. No reason why, just never have. But I did order several 1928 Jewelry Co. And Symbols of Faith gifts last year because Kohl's pricing was really unbeatable. I didn't have any difficulties at all.

Everything was shipped on time and packaged well and the gift boxes pristine. No tangled chains or items looking like something had been used and returned.

After this, I ordered some warm winter nightwear for an elderly relative, and once again, no difficulties at all.

Many of the bad reviews here relate to in-store returns and credit card issues. I can't speak to anything except placing orders at the dot com and my experience was ideal. Hope yours will be if you use it.

Clearance Items might never come from Khol's!

I ordered several items from Khol's. The regularly priced items arrived close to the indicated shipping times. However, the items I originally wanted which were on clearance never arrived!
I called customer service. The shipping carrier site says waiting for the package, but Khol's site says "Shipped" at the carrier waiting for the label. So, the customer service rep says I can refund you or... or what, will I get the items? Maybe? She wasn't sure I would actually get the items. What does that mean? They know if it is a deep clearance item, many people ordered it, and they don't have the product available? Sounds fraudulent to me as when I ordered online I was told it was available - so they accept any ordered items hoping the customer will order something else along with it, or, intend to refund the customer down the road knowing the item is unavailable, and then the customer will have to buy something else anyway, so Khol's still gets a sale.

The only reason I was ordering from Khol's was to get a great deal on the clearance fleece items, and the other stuff I ordered was extra. So I guess they got me - never got the stuff on clearance that I wanted, and now I will have a refund, as I already paid my charge card for the items. So, I will have to go to Khol's or online to use the refund to buy something else from them. Great Scam Khol's.

Do not order from Kohl's

I ordered an item which was not what I ordered and when I went to UPS to return it the cost for return was $1.28 less than what I paid for it. So this item would cost me over $28.00 to return. When I contacted customer service the woman said I would have to pay for return and when she finished with everything this item would cost close to $45.0O. I quit shopping at the local Kohl's store because they joined the woke crowd. I should have known not to order from them, but I they had an item I needed and it was not the item I received. I just got screwed by Kohl's but I promise you it will not happen again.

I would never buy clothing again from Kohls.com because if it is not as represented or defective, you will have to pay to ship it back. Kohls showed an ad for very attractive overalls but when the medium sized overalls arrived, the cut was entirely different so that anyone would look quite overweight in the overalls because the side buttons were too high up and far out to out to the side. The overalls were nothing like the very attractive overalls which were advertised. And unlike other decent stores, I have to pay postage to return them. So I will never shop online at Kohls again.

Done with Kohls

Lost store space due to Sephora, they discontinued many items and departments. It used to be a fun store to poke around in and find good things/deals. Now, the deals are way too complicated and require a lot of hoop jumping, and regular items are disappearing. They're supposed to be a retail store carrying retail products, not politicizing what they do and don't carry (and I'm not a righty). They've lost a lot of business according to stock reports. Just too sketchy for me to continue to try to support

I've been trying to get my credit score back up to where it was prior to letting a payment on my Kohl's card for $1.96 go over 30 days. They said they notified me to make the payment but I never received any. I liked Kohl's men's clothes but cut up my credit card and won't shop there again until they get new owners who wouldn't let this happen. It didn't just drop my Fico score by a few points and I'm working with a law firm to get this travesty reversed.

I have just encountered the worst customer service from the Khol's customer service call center. They double charged 2 banks accounts paying the entire balance on my account twice. Then when I requested a refund from the account they fraudulently took the 2nd payment from, I was told it would take up to 4 weeks to receive a refund. After speaking with the supervisor, Carlos, he told me there was no supervisor above him to approve an expedited refund, due to Khol's mistake, and repeatedly told me that he could not help me any further.

Horrible customer service!

I ordered a crib and made it about halfway through assembly and realized the headboard piece was cracked in two places (photos attached). Here are the two options I was provided by customer service: 1. Return the crib to a Kohl's store. The closest one is an hour and a half away. I would have to borrow a pickup from someone, load up this heavy crib, travel an hour and a half one way with an infant on $5/gal gas, and then return it to a store that doesn't carry cribs so I would be left without a crib for my baby. 2. Pick up. I could disassemble what I've already spent several hours assembling and try to make it all fit back just perfectly in the box with 300 pieces of styrofoam and all of the other packing material and hardware. It will be picked up by a mystery carrier at a mystery time which I will find out when they call me randomly whenever they are in the area next. So, I'd better be ready to haul this giant crib out to the curb at the exact moment that happens. Again, no replacement and I'm left without a crib for my baby. Here's what Kohl's is NOT willing to do: 1. They're not willing to reach out to the manufacturer. They cannot do that because they cannot place outbound calls. Makes sense. I have never heard of a company that is unable to contact their supplier regarding quality issues or freight damage. The good news is, I can certainly reach out to the manufacturer myself which is great since I've already called Kohl's multiple times and spoken to multiple people and I have tons of time to make more calls and talk to more people who can't offer solutions. 2. They're not willing to reach out to the carrier to file a claim for the damage. Once again... unbelievable. I also must express my disappointment at the fact that the CS rep escalated this situation to her supervisor, Valerie, and Valerie was supposed to call me back and I never received a call from Valerie. I had to call back again just so I could go through the whole process again with a different supervisor with no good outcome. I will never be purchasing anything from Kohl's again. Ever.

Never Return Amazon Items to Kohl's!

I am an Amazon Prime member. I return things to Amazon through Kohl's because there is one close to me. It is convenient and they give me a "Kohl's Cash" coupon for $5.00 (or more) everytime. I usually don't use them but I thought it was smart on Kohl's part to give me an incentive to shop while I was in the store.

It turns out it isn't a free incentive! I looked at my receipt this last time and discovered that they actually deducted $5.00 from my refund to pay for the Kohl's Cash coupon. If I don't use the coupon, they just stole $5.00 (or more) from me!

Amazon obviously lets them do it so I would imagine Amazon is getting some of the money also. How absolutely sleazy and disgusting! I personally will never shop at Kohl's again! I suggest that you don't either.

I am also very irritated at Amazon for setting this up. That is pretty sleazy on their part also.

Astounded at the way they have committed so much store space to cosmetics and removed the jewelry dept. Also way too much space taken up by Yoga/excercise wear. Too much junkie clearance clothes racks that do NOT have good prices and look like leftovers from a garage sale. Stores seam geared toward too many "name brand" items with unnecessary high prices. Buy one get one 50 % off sales are a rip off. Don't make me buy 2 items to get a sale price when I only want 1. All in all my shopping at Kohls has ended. They need new buyers and new Qualty control personnel who care about Customer needs. Try returning to the way you "used to be"!

If I could have selected ZERO STARS I would have! They don't deserve one.
I order 3 pairs of the same shoes for the men in my wedding party, and only received 2 of them. No big deal, but I called to have the missing pair sent to me and was told they no longer have the size I need. So I asked to speak with a supervisor to find a way to get me what I ordered, and was told they would call me in half and hour... I waiting a week and never heard back. At which point I called them back AGAIN. I was finally able to reach a supervisor. They told me they had the shoes I order available in a different size. So I asked them to go ahead and send me a size up from what I order. They then told me they couldn't do that unless I signed up for a kohl's credit card... so they messed up my order. Couldn't replace my order and couldn't even send me a different size... now I have to take time out my busy schedule to go to a store to get a refund on the one they didn't send and return the others, because their customer service line could literally do NOTHING to help me resolve the issue they caused... what the heck is a custom service line for if not to resolve issues like this... I will never be shopping at kohl's again, and I will not recommend them to anyone!

This is the last time I pay my bill early & in full only to get a bill with late fees. My 63.80 bill paid on time with card on file gets rejected and late fees attached. Humm funny how I used it to pay the amount owed again today online after trying to pay 3 people by phone. They wanted to charge me $4.50 to pay by phone. So I did pay what I owed. Sue me for the late fees, ruin my credit if you want. I don't care. I locked all credit score accounts years. Ago. Kohls truly sucks and I don't use that word lightly!

Store pickup issues

I'm so tired of placing an order for pickup, seeing that what I want is in stock, and two hours later receiving a "sorry" email. Can't Kohl's keep better records of their stock? Either you have it or you don't! One time recently, I went in the store and found the item that they said they didn't have. While I'm giving my opinion, the selection of clothes is terrible. I've never seen so many ugly clothes in my life. Secondly, if it's truly kohl's "cash", why can't I use it as such. Why does it get deducted before percent off savings are applied? Kohl's is certainly not one of my favorite department stores any more. Very disappointing.
