I ordered this book by mistake, I tried to cancel my order less than 30 minutes after. Customer service proceeded to refused to cancel my order and said it already had been shipped out, which I don't believe. They stayed. I'll have to send it back after I received the book and when I reached out to refund they were no help nor sent me a shipping label.

Wait for weeks for nothing. I didn't receive my order. 😡

For it being a used textbook It definitely was still in good conditions a far pages were folded in but It is only for a semester class. The packaging was an very secured and faster than I had expected. Overall amazing!

My experience has been great so far. I received my book faster than expected.

Although the wrong edition of my book was sent, they were very responsive to my complaint. I was able to return the book with a free printable label, they waived the restocking fee, gave me a full refund and a $5 award toward any future purchase. I would purchase from this company again without a second thought!

You cancelled my order for no discernable reason, and then when I asked the order to be reinstated because I needed the book, I received no response.

I received one book on time, but the other two were slower. The first book came to my doorstep and the other two had to be picked up at the post office. I really needed the first two before the first one, but I have been able to get my assignments done.
