We have been a customer for over 30 years. Kleen-Rite has always come thru. Unfortunately our car wash in Barnsdall, Oklahoma was destroyed by an EF 4 Tornado May 6,2024. The building is gone. ( Don't know where it went), Maybe Kansas! Jackie in customer service allowed us to return a pallet of soap we just bought and was strored in a safe building. She arranged shipping back to Texas and will process a credit. What a bright lite in such dark times. Thanks for all you have done for us.

I needed a replacement pump for my carpet cleaning machine. I have used Kleen-rite in the past and their service has always been great. This time was no exception. The pump arrived in 2 days and I was back in business. I will definately order from Kleen-rite again.

First, I had problems making my order because the sellers wouldn't accept my card (Mexican MasterCard), offer any payment alternatives, or even answer my e-mails - they were really unhelpful and the situation was not solved until I had to call customer service. Then, I had problems picking up my order because the address (specifically the recipient's name) was not correctly stated in the package.
