I needed a new motor for my boat lift. Kleen-Rite had what I needed at a fair price and I received it in prompt order.
Problem:There has been too many times where an item is listed on your site but is not in stock which leads to wait time that negatively effect my business.
Solution: Please don't list items you don't have that have unknown lead times. Or, ensure buyers are aware of the lead times.
Had our pressure hoses shipped to CVS to save on shipping. When we went to pick them up, CVS was trying to refuse giving them to us. They tried saying they were waiting on pressure hoses too (lmao) and that the invoice had their name on it so they didn't want to give them up until I showed them all my paperwork. Feel like Kleen Rite should maybe put customer info on the paperwork that the item is shipped with to avoid this.

Kleen rite always comes through. I needed an order quickly, it came the next day, without any additional shipping. I have access to other products for my dog wash, many have no shipping charges at all Kleen rites products are made for the dog wash and I never have to dilute the concentration. So shipping charges are off set with the easy of product use.
The vacuum & Air combo is a very nice machine. I feel the rubber vacuum dirt canister should come with the machine and instead I was sold a hard plastic oval dirt bin not needed for just one vacuum. Yes I was told I could send it back but after the install and wiring about 6 weeks later,the customer could not find it. Just feel like for the price and add the dirt canister would have been a better deal. Overall the customer and his residents are very happy. Thank You Rick
This is my first order and Robyn was excellent and gave more all the information that I needed to be informed to explain everything to my customer.
It is possible I missed the fact that the item would take some item to get to a point that shipping was known; we lost business based on a back order.
Be prepared to spend a lot of money if you're going to own a car wash
