I went to the 2024 Expo this past Wednesday and Jacob George helped me with all the questions I had and even today when I was having more questions, he was also helping me more over the chat.
He is extremely knowledgeable and took all the time at the convention and over the chat to make sure I have no additional questions about the products we were discussing.
I made my order on August 1st. I called week after I placed the order to ask for my order status, they told me it's going to take 2-4 weeks. The first month passed the second passed and the third passed and I didn't recive my shipment. Every time I call the told me wait another 2 weeks. Finally I recived the product after three month. They shipped it and left it by the door with no signature. When I got the product it was damaged and the box is in a bad condition. However, I called customer service and requested to return it and need a refund but I am still waiting for a replay. It's been almost a month since I requested the refund. Bad bad experience. And it seems no one care. I even sent a message to the lady who is in charge and she never reply or got back to me.

This will be my third pump of this type they work great but I just wish they would last longer, but then we would have a perfect world!

Jeremey, knew the product, unfortunately his hands were tied to selling a new siphon tube as a fix, the motor had exceeded its limit and was toast. However I did follow his instructions and eventually the unit was returned and repaired, I was told that a new one would be delivered.
I think the old one had been repaired, the old one was marked!
It also took way to long to fix the issue, I lost approximately two months of sales, could have been less than a 2 week process.
Overall I would give your customer service a rating of "SORRY".
I think a person who is a regular customer and who will end up spending tens of thousands of dollars ordering stuff through Kleenrite. I don't think they should be getting book price. I think maybe a 10 or 15% discount would not be asking for too much considering how much people spend. The one or two-time customer, I understand. Charge them full price. The customer who's been with you for a decade or more, I think they deserve a discount you think?
Called customer service, told me they don't sell used parts. Told them, we'll I received one. I was told again they don't sell used parts. So magically the part they sent me turned into a used part through shipping. Sent them pictures, they are in denial. Told me it doesn't look used. It was bounced around in shipping. You can clearly see adjustable wrench marks on the part and also threads are worn like it would be when a part is installed. I was a service tech at Jondon and still run a repair business. I know what a know and used part is. Now kleen-rite is trying to but the blame on cat pump. Saying the part came from them. My experiences from being a cat pump dealer that part would have never made it out to a customer like that. Either way now I have to make it up to my customer that needs this part. Which I called Jondon and ordered the part for almost triple and still charged the customer kleen-rite pricing. So now I'm eating the addition cost; not even my screw up but the right thing to do for my customer. So sad what customer service has become with other companies. Kleen-rite lost my business over this. Rather spend extra money to have the part I purchased and less headache. What a joke over $60 on a thermovalve.

Whenever I place my repeat air fresher order, I always get passed around between different people before the order can be taken. Sales people are arrogant. Acting like they are doing me a favor.
