Several times I call the seller has no clue what they sell, so for that you have to go online and get part numbers before calling otherwise you'll be very disappointed.
After placing the order here comes the worse, the shipping department are who suck the most, they take 7 plus days to get parts delivered from Grand prairie tx to San Antonio is like 4 hours away, they take 7 days. What a disgrace, all the time is the same problem, where do you get this ignorant people working in the warehouse, gosh get them trained or something,
Also they send you a pair of O-rings ina $17 ups box full of wasted paper, wtf? I requested USPS first class is like $4, can't get it right, never,

When I placed my recent order over 1,500 dollars, I had over 4,000 rewards points. When I tried to apply the points towards free shipping, it said I had zero points. I sent a message that day and received no response. For two weeks after this order, I continued to receive e-mails showing i still had 4,000 rewards points. I ended up paying over 300.00 shipping. Now the emails I receive don't mention anything about me having any points. It's almost like you think you are the only car wash supplier around. I assure you that you are not. I bet you don't post this review.

Customer service was in contact about this issue to explain the process and and restored the points as a courtesy, if you're seeing differently please give us a call and we'll be happy to help. As a reference, free shipping redemption requires at least 7,500 points at the lowest level.

The shipper did not leave the package where he was instructed to leave it. I found it outdoors at the car wash. It was supposed to be delivered at my office. If he had called my cell like he was supposed to, the confusion would have been avoided.

I am having issues with a 310 Cat pump and called for a little assistance and was told by your salesperson that Tom would get back in touch with me. I have not heard from anyone since then. I called on 2/3/25 and if I remember correctly again on 2/6/25

The order was received and 3 boxes of car air freshners were completely dumped/ scattered trhoughout the box
Shipment arrives the next day (I live near dist. Facility). Wash brush boxes came all smashed up inside the delivery box. Brushes were in excellent shape though. I get about 6 months use out of a brush. I work 60-65 hrs. A week in ready-mix concrete delivery. Works great for washing Mixer drums, the truck cab and especially inside all the aluminum rims. I can wash a rim assembly axle cap and 10 lug nuts in 15 seconds. We use a diluted acid to clean our trucks. This Nog Hair Multi-Level brush retains (hold) a lot of acid. I can clean all the glass windows in 1 shot. I Love this brush, more work less time!
