The person that takes the phone call knows his stuff and has helped when ordering parts and mention did you want the O ring that's needed? Saved me BIG TIME!
I had to ask sales to help me identify some outdated serial numbers on my equipment and they helped me get the correct parts.
Well to start with after entering my card info on the website it was immediately hacked. Then the part ordered was delayed for more that a month and when we made contact about why the responces werre very vague.
But so far so good with the parts we received.

I called Kleen-rite told them what I needed. He made an order for me, and I paid, he had it shipped. It took a few days to get here, but it was in excellent condition, no scratches, dents. They set it out in the driveway.
