Easy to order and arrives quickly and at a good price for my application
I have been very pleased with your web site in the past. Today for some reason I found it difficult to use. Searches did not get me where I wanted to go trying to buy armor all sponges it goes to value pack with armor all, wet wipe, and towels. Maybe just a bad day for me but I got frustrated with you site. Several other issues with searches

Easy to Navigate with lots of great selections and hard to find parts.
Difficult to get refunds for items purchased like Crytopay, just a little frustrating to deal with a 3rd party when I didn't buy from them.
No complaints overall—good prices and fast shipping. I just wish the shipping and tax were shown at checkout instead of TBD and being added later once the order is processed.
