Difficult to get refunds for items purchased like Crytopay, just a little frustrating to deal with a 3rd party when I didn't buy from them.
No complaints overall—good prices and fast shipping. I just wish the shipping and tax were shown at checkout instead of TBD and being added later once the order is processed.

Very easy and reliable source of all all car Wash parts. Placing orders are very easy and quick.
Overall the website works well, but can be slow sometimes. My biggest complaint is that the search function doesnt work very well. A real search engine does a good job at matching a search with items. The one on the this website won't find anything if your search term doesnt exactly match how something is input into the system. Also, better filtering options by brand, size, etc that worked well is much needed.
I really like Kleen-Rite's website. It's easy to use, they have all the car wash supplies I need, and the prices are good. I shop here often and always find what I'm looking for.

Don't know why but virtually every time I try and make a purchase i have to attempt to pay two to three times before it processes. Just a weirdly glitch checkout page.

I always get what I need from Kleen-Rite. Just a warning: stay away from Pressure City. They will take your money and forget all about your order.
Not super fast or easy but it works... sometimes no real description... not always easy to find what ya need
Web site can be slow... there is alot of back and forth to find things... not every thing has a good description or a pic or sometimes both... really like the product videos though...
