Able to find what I needed quickly and it was very affordable. I was able to get a better deal by using my rewards points as well.

I was told that I only get UPS options because my total wt was 14.80 lbs. I know I have had the USPS deliver to my house with packages heavier then 14.80 lbs. Its frustrating not having more inexpensive shipping options. I called the 800 and the sales agent told me info on the 14.80 lbs being the reason for only UPS options. NOT COOL!

I like the online order system but even better is the customer service. If I'm unsure about a product or even have a technical question, a quick call gets me what I need. I'd love to see just a bit more info included on some of the product listings, but overall a good experience.
Great website and huge inventory but the shipping has got out of control! You all need to find a better partner for shipping! Amazon is what they are because of their fair prices (like you do) and free or very cheap shipping.

Canceling rewards after 6 months just makes people mad. Why put in a system that is supposed to generate goodwill and have it piss people off?

Some of the shipping prices are ridiculous. Sometimes i need a part in a timely manner and 2 day is shipping becomes a non option because of the price.
