Kiwi will provide you a good price for international travel but they will not clearly inform you of baggage requirements. One airline may allow a carry-on and a bag to stow under the seat where another will only allow a single carry-on. Then one airline has a 10kg limit where the next one may have a 12kg limit on weight. Kiwi will not provide this to your so if you have 2,3 or 4 flights, you have to do ALL the analysis. I would never use their service again and would absolutely pay a little more and book directly with the airline or just go through AAA. I even paid for $89 annual membership so I did not suffer like this again as Kiwi ruined my European vacation. They changed my flights 5 times prior to the day of departure inevitably delaying my initial flight 8 hours and return flight 13 hours. Their customer service is not very good and has no real idea how to help.

I checked online and I saw I cannot go with 2 pieces of baggage and 1 cabin baggage and hand baggage.
I would highly suggest you use a reputable travel company or direct through the airline. This company is a disaster and ruined our Europe trip with 5 flight changes, over $600 in baggage fees and more than 18 hours of travel delays.
My daughter booked with them Berlin-Nuremberg-Sofia 2 of Mai 2019. Because of the bad weather there were delete from Berlin, and the connection was lost, and when we tried to contact kiwi.com we discovered we can not contact them! The rest of the passengers received free tickets, free hotels and food, but no and my daughter! Because KIWI.COM did not respond at the phones what they give us. It was not offered any solution and the child was bought a new ticket. I did cancel the payment with my credit card. Never-ever Kiwi.com!
Our flight path over 17 hours was from Costa Rica > Panama > Miami > London Gatwick.
Just before our flight from Costa Rica > Panama we received an email from Kiwi saying that Online check in is not available for this flight, please turn up 2 hours beforehand to check in at the airport'.
We turned up 3.5 hours before the flight as we know sometimes there are queues.
On arriving to the check in desk, we get told that the flight is full and that we will be on stand by as we didn't check in online. I told them how I was told that check in online was not available and that we had connecting flights.
Either Kiwi doesn't have access to online check in, or didn't check.
Avoid.
Kiwi sent me my boarding passes after I arrived at my destination. (24 hours later) Useless! Gold coast to Mumbai. (Included 2 stops) I was unable to direct transfer so had to go through immigration get boarding passes x 2. (2 hours+ in line K. L) I arrived 29th. Passes sent 30th...
Took my money and then asked me to pay $300 additional dollars after I had already purchased my tickets. My flight was supposed to be in 4 days and I'm going to be stranded in Minneapolis because I used the rest of our money for the flight home! This is the worst company I've come across yet smh!
My overseas flight was cancelled due to a strike. Because I booked through Kiwi, they had to issue the refund. The customer service rep told me I had to buy a $50 google credit card then he would issue a refund. When I said I wasn't doing that he hung up on me. I called back of course got the same guy, he hung up again. I called from a different number and he hung up on me a third time. I'm appalled that a customer service rep would react that way and provide no customer service.
I have never been more disappointed in a service. I spent 4 hours arguing with "customer service" over trivial facts of my booked flight. I asked for a supervisor on multiple occasions and they would tell me 30 minutes and they'll call you back. I never received a call. I never received a call when they cancelled my original new flight request, or when I asked for a call to update me on the status of the issue, or when I asked for a supervisor. How is it okay to leave people stranded in an airport? After 4 hours of not getting anywhere with your employees, I finally got one competent woman that fixed the issue in 20 minutes. I will never refer Kiwi to any family or friends because of how I was treated.
Lots of issues with my flight, Kiwi does not want to help. Very rude with their responses.

My short notice flight was in a pending and i read other reviews of what a nightmare the company is to deal with, so I clicked the option to cancel Booking and received this message "Sorry, an error occurred.
Unfortunately, we couldn't cancel your purchase. Your booking has already been confirmed by the carrier(s). Please reload the page to apply for a refund." - when i reloaded the page the transaction was still pending meaning i could do nothing and my money and plane ticket were in limbo.
Avoid it at all cost in booking your airline ticket with Kiwi travel agency. Mark my words, this agency is equivalent to scams.
They take your money but when there is a problem the only response is sorry the airline has changed the schedule we can't do anything. Kiwi is useless.
This company may seem like they find you great deals, but there are tons of hidden baggage fees. Thomas cook air, for example, had a 5kg weight limit for a carry on. So, after carrying my bags on 3 flights, I was then charged$110 PER bag to get on that airline. I was charged random baggage fees my entire trip and, since I chose the flights with a ton of connections to save money, I literally ended up paying an extra$700 in baggage fees round trip to Morocco. I contacted them to get a refund on the fees and they said it was up to me to have checked on all the airline policies! It was an awful experience altogether. Avoid booking through this company!
What a scam: Kiwi advertises the cheapest prices for train tickets in Germany that they can never deliver for that price.
I contacted them about when my ticket will be confirmed since they never confirmed it. Only then they replied that the price had doubled and I would have to pay additional money to get it. By that time the tickets on all other platforms doubled, as well. If I would have booked at another platform right away, I would have saved a lot of money. What a f*** up! I wish I wouldn't have found kiwi!
Be very aware. The charge hidden foreign transaction fees that are charged to your credit card!. Making them more expensive that booking directly with the airline
Try to avoid This website... Booked an flight from their website and had an two transite. Went to airport they ask me for visa for transit... Which I only had an visa for final destination. I have lost £600 on that day.

Kiwi did not give enough time between flights and did not hold up to their guarantee. Now I am out hundreds of dollares.
Kiwi.com are a sham, they steal people's money. I tried to online check in on kiwi.com 16 hours before my flight, and the check in had already closed. I was made to pay £64 at the airport to check in for a flight for two passengers- this is outrageous. I was not even told that I would have to check in online by a certain time or else I would be charged, and the time I tried to check in was very reasonable. Their customer service is non-existent, there is no one to contact for a refund or complaint. Do not book with Kiwi.com.
Purchased a ticket through Kiwi and canceled within 24 hours because the flights did not allow luggage and it could not be purchased. The US Department of Transportation has a 24 hour rule that requires tickets be refunded in canceled within 24 hours. It's the law. On a $600 ticket Kiwi only wanted to refund $100 and this is after they said "Every airline has a unique refund policy, so we need to contact them about your application. We'll let you know as soon as we have an answer." So even though the law is clear Kiwi will shaft you and force you to pursue the matter in court. DO NOT BOOK WITH KIWI.
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.
Answer: There is no doubt that Kiwi.com is a scam. If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
