These scum bags are collecting innocent passengers money from flight cancellations, even the airlines are happy to refund they will only refund you a small %. Amount and not pass it on. Given the fact a lot of people are in difficult financial situations after the virus pandemic they choose it to Rob people absolutely filthy scum bag of a company.
I paid ~600$ for a ticket from Bankok to Tokyo, but ANA canceled my flight. But the amount of refund received is $ 10. I think that this website Posting flights that are not available. And robbed money from victims like us. Normally email to contact is one of the simplest options, but Kiwi also doesn't offer customers to complain. So obviously this is a rogue service. I don't expect anyone cheated like us
For several times it was okay. Once I was cheated by kiwi! I lost money instead of refund, I clicked cancel and so robbed me for the sum of 219 euros... despite my interventions I got only 10 euros.
And I only have sickness pension
I do not recommend!
They will just take your money and doesn't care even if they are selling flights that are not available. Should update their website immediately so that it will not mislead people especially during this time of situations.
Kiwi takes advantage of the Corona virus. Don't book here because they don't give you the money back.

Had to cancel flight due to coronavirus. The airline agreed to a full refund, however kiwi has not responded and it is impossible to reach anyone at their customer service number. Was on hold for HOURS. No answer.
Avoid! Do not use Kiwi.com. Should you encounter any difficulties their customer service is a shambles. Cancelled flights? They offer you a tiny fraction of the cost of yoir flight in worthless kiwi credit, or charge you again to pursue a refund which takes 6 months and no guarantee. They withhold infornation on booking reference with airlines to prevent the customer pursuing a refund direct with airlines that offer them. All round untrustworthy, avoid at all costs. ZERO stars
NEVER use this service! During COVID-19 as flights are being cancelled, Kiwi.com is only offering half of the cost of the tickets as a refund. If you want any more they charge you a "service fee" (for doing their job) to get additional funds from the airline, which I'm sure they are doing anyway. So they aren't really doing anything extra, they just want to take some more of the money that is due to you. They are shady, dishonest, and thieves.
Worst customer support. Cant reach them for 10 days. Even the flight cancelled regarding Corona. They request 20 euros for refund payment. Total nonsense!
I thought I had researched Kiwi.com enough and that it was a safe option, but I have never been more wrong. What a disaster this company is! I seem to have had the same experience everyone else is having during this Coronavirus disaster, and it's not a good feeling. We've lost thousands of dollars in flights. They don't respond, and if they do it is generic and unhelpful. They are offering us less than 10% back in Kiwi.com credits (as if we would use them again), or asking us to pay more money to give us a basic service to perhaps get some money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. IT IS A SCAM, and they really need to be shut down.

Flight was cancelled and Kiwi didn't even bother notifying us. The airline has announced a refund setup that I can't even access because Kiwi hides away your booking information to force you through their garbage support. I've wasted hours on hold with them - their system has cut out or hung up on me twice. We're on hour 2 of hold time for now.
They want me to pay 20 dollars per ticket to "maybe get a refund in 6 months". That's insane. You'd do well to never even consider looking at Kiwi.com.
This company is not hearing the people and they are not giving proper solutions to the flight cancellations, I can't change the dates of my fligths as the airlines are offering because they don't answer the phone neither my mails.
Profiting from coronavirus refunds. Either you get a fraction of the refund or you are charged to get a slighter bigger fraction of the refund. In the end they probably collect the remaining value.
The WORST.
Charging cancellation fees when canceling due to government flight restrictions, not replaying on messages (mails, messenger) for 3 days, asking for "prove documents" with mail and declining them cause they are sent as an attachment in a mail. And this one got me furious "Any changes to the booking after departure are not available." - Really? I was trying to make changes to the flight before departure, and contacted you for instructions in the particular case, before departure, and got your response after departure. Now I get why is there Kiwi scam page!

To give them 1 star is over rating them. You can't talk to anyone and they are giving me $10 refund for my two tickets I paid $250 for because the event I supposed to go for got canceled because of corona virus. Also, when I originally book the flight with connection, to my surprise when I got the confirmation, there were two bookings... means I have to pay for luggage twice. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM! SCAMMERS!

I have my flight traveling from Bangkok to dimapur round trip, on 26th March at 23:30 pm and return on 2nd May 2020. I came to know that all the international flights to India are canceled to prevent the spread of Covid19, hence my flight to India had been effected which I booked from kiwi.com, which is standard ticket. Now I am unable to make a call to the customer service to reschedule my flight, also they are not replying to the messages sent in their website, and there is no option to change the itinerary in manage booking.
Looking forward for help.
- First fail: I sent an email 6 days prior to the trip to use what Norwegian airline and Malaysia airline offered for changing the ticket with no extra fee. I got no answer from them, what so ever.
- Second fail: My trip was to Malaysia (planned for 18th march). Malaysian government set up a restriction for foreign nationals for entering their country on 16th of March. The flight was not cancelled but as a foreign national I was not allowed to get into my destination. When I asked them for cancellation they referred me their standard T&C. Absolutely against what they said in their website for providing support under Corona Crisis.
- Third fail: when I called on the day of my travel, I ended up the 30 minute phone call with no solid answer and a promise to receive an email. An email which I received on 19th of March. The day after my trip! What's the point!
It costed my 3033 Nok. They failed to provide any support ahead of my trip, the day of my trip, or after.
In summary: Zero $#*! was given!
Dont use KIvi. I never beleved that a travel agency can work like this. Newer book this agency anymore an hope noone else will do it
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.

If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
