We have booked Qatar air PNR 4O4A99. THE AIRLINE INFORMED US THAT QATAR DOES NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO FLY ON THIS ROUTE, HENCE THIS IS A FRAUDULENT TICKET. LEGAL ACTION IS ON THE WAY YOU B***RDS.
This is the worst booking company ever. My flight got cancelled because of the virus outbreak and ever since instead of a refund, I received around 3 useless emails from them saying that they are treating my demand. Impossible to reach their customer service. A year and 2 months treating a simple demand, I just don't understand how is this possible? I even got an email with a video of the company director explaining how their staff is working day and night to refund all of the customers whose flights got cancelled because of the pandemic. How can you work day and night for 1 year and still not get the job done, given that it should take maximum 40 min to treat a demand as simple as mine?
I regret so much booking with this company, even if it was the only booking company in the world, I would prefer to walk to my destination instead of booking again with them.
This living.com web site is totally irresponsible to the customers. I bought ticket from here, lost £800, they keep saying waiting for refund, but I have been waiting for eight months, still awaiting.The problem isn't airlines, it's kivi.com misleading and careless message on the website.so if they don't care about customers interest, why you use them? I am the lesson here, learn from me.
Customer support is zero. We had cancelled flight and no one contacted us! Just sent one email and that's it! I haven't noticed this email (went to junk mail) and no one even tried to contact once again - neither email, nor phone call! We only figured it out that we do not have any confirmed flights when we were at the airport and completed 2 out of 4 flights Super disappointed.
Yes, there is an advantage that Kiwi.com finds you the cheapest option to go from A to B and it's OK until everything is OK, but if you experience any kind of difficulties no one even tries to help you...

I had my flight with British airways from SFO San Francisco To London Heathrow. There SECRET CITY DISCOUNT will get you no where because once you go to counter to check in the, the carrier will not give you boarding pass unless you will give them proof that you won't leave the airport in London. Instead you will complete the journey to Portugal, Spain or another European destination.
In nutshell if you have SECRET CITY in your booking you are going no where. You are fu*#%d at the airport. I missed my flight and had to rebook the entire ticket will another airline. And forgot about the REDUND BUDDY that money is gone. They will see 3 months but you won't see that money again
In February 2020 we booked and paid for flights through Kiwi.Com for departure in October 2020, at a cost of £1591. Due to covid the flights were cancelled by the airline. Kiwi were contacted about a refund, and continue to be contacted. They just reply by poorly worded email with excuses why they are not returning our money. They do not outright refuse a refund they just fob us off with excuse after excuse. Kiwi have had our money for 18 months and it has been 6 months since the flights were cancelled and they still avoid returning our money. We paid Kiwi in good faith, alas, it appears there was no such good faith on kiwi's part. My advice avoid this mob like the plague. They are the Covid 19 of the travel industry.
Worst experience ever.
I bought tickets on April 2020, around 800eur. The flights were cancelled due to Covid. They offered refund saying I would get during the next 3 months. It has been already a YEAR and I'm still struggling sending emails and contacting their help desktop back and forward. Already 1 year and they are still answering the same, seems that they are laughing about customers and also having the guts to tell, do not contact us anymore this email is no longer available and they are not answering anymore. I would love to proceed legally and ask for refund and extra charges for all the stress, lost time and inconveniences caused

Horrible experience.
We bought tickets with LOT via Kiwi. The flight was cancelled due to a pandemic. When tried to get the refund they just refer to get the request and maybe after few months they will come back to me with some feedback. So meantime I asked LOT what is the situation, They confirmed they refunded my money to Kiwi a month ago. What? Kiwi you are liars. I started communicating with my bank to use the cashback option as it seems to be the only solution.

Got the same situation as many others: tickets were booked just before pandemic started, in Feb 2020. No refund received until now. I contacted airlines directly myself - they all confirmed they refunded to kiwi.com. The last refund was made nearly 5 months ago. Yesterday I got a message from kiwi.com stating that they converted part of my refund to their credit system because "they could not send refund to my bank account". Such scammers! Bank account details were given to them just 1.5 months ago in our chat and I got confirmation that they recorded it. Never ever use them again! If something goes wrong with your itinerary - they will scam you and not return your money. Meanwhile, they just forgot about the other 2 flights form my itinerary and marked the status as "resolved". How to influence them? They are just using my money paid back by air carriers for their own sake.
Just to confirm my case I made screenshots of my communication with them regarding refund.
Tried to change site just kept send code to email but never let you in. Then gave me time 4 days before flying out. Tried to call that day still same thing. Called customer service and said cant change now since with in 48 before booking date. Never will ever use this site again they just took my money. Booking number *******
I booked 2 flights via Kiwi. Com which were subsequently cancelled. I have been awaiting this refund from Kiwi since July 2020! They have used the excuse that they are awaiting a reply from the carriers. Moeover, I believe they are trying to wriggle out of refunding for the 2nd flight by stating an alternative return flight was arranged. But if I couldn't fly out, I couldn't return! They make all sorts of promises about guaranteeing flights during COVID. But these are evidently false. Do not book with KIWI! They evade their legal obligations and make fake promises. Additionally and unbelievably they openly apply charges for obtaining such refunds with their impkication being if you pay them, you will get a refund much quicker! Unbelievable! And illegal! On February 2,2020 my credit card was charged by KIWI in the amount of $3149. 59 for a round trip Boston-London-Minsk-Paris-Boston, three passengers, July 7 - July 22,2020. Kiwi booking # *******.
The flights were canceled by the airlines and I paid a fee to KIWI for expedite refund on June 11,2020 (that fee was partially refunded by KIWI on February 19,2021).
On November 19,2020, KIWI reported to me that two vouchers had been issued to me by Belavia (total $422.42) - it was impossible to use it as their existence was repeatedly denied by Belavia itself and the vouchers were valid only until the end of 2020 according to KIWI.
On December 8,2020, I received a refund of $1543. 06 from KIWI.
There has not been any attempt by KIWI, real or otherwise, to refund remaining $1184. 11 despite my efforts.

Last year march 2020 i booked my holiday to go with my daughter to Agadir my flight got canceled and i got told i will receive my refund in 3 months its been over 1 year now and am still waiting for my refund after sending kiwi 100 emails phone number that you cant call KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY NOTHING BUT THIEVES LIKE TAKING PEOPLES MONEY NOT GIVE IT BACK WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD.
Avoid this scam company at all costs! Booked a 3 segment trip March of 2020 (Booking #114 068 196). All flights were cancelled by the airlines. Over a year now and their "finance" company is still dealing with the airlines trying to secure my refund. After calling the airline myself, I was told it was handled May of 2020! These thieves took my money and have held it hostage for a year with pathetic excuses every time I contact them. And good luck getting someone on the phone. IMPOSSIBLE! Today I am getting a lawyer involved.
Worst customer experience I've ever experienced.
I had to change a flight to arrive a day earlier to catch an appointment. For "change" I paid almost the full price of a new ticket, but fine, that's what I expected. Then a few days later, my booking is changed from a direct flight (2h) to a layover flight (9h), which means I will again not be able to catch my appointment.
The UK and US phone numbers which are supposed to give 24h support according to the website are not available, so I wait for the german number to become available. Here I'm told that the change was not significant enough to be eligible for a refund, so all I could do is to cancel the booking and get 10€ back.
At this point, I'm handing over to Flightright, who estimate a reparation of 250€...
Learning: invest a bit more and book with the actual airline instead of flight discounter websites. And especially stay away from kiwi.com.
My experience was horrible - I couldn't order a bag (flying Ryanair) directly because Ryanair asks for an email to give me access to booking, and Kiwi won't release it. At the same time, they stopped offering bags 36 hours prior to the flight. Which meant I had to pay twice as much for buying the bags at the airport. I'll never use them again, I swear!
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.
Answer: There is no doubt that Kiwi.com is a scam. If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Kiwi.com are crooks and charlatans. Avoid them. Dispute the charges with your bank if you can, and then spend 30 minutes online piling bad reviews till they are out of business.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
