Do not deal with Kiwi.com, stay clear of that disgusting company, you cannot contact them ( unless you are giving them money, then they are happy to speak with you!) WE HAVE BEEN GOiNG ON WIth THiIS CLAIM FOR 12 MONTHS and are still no further forward. They do nothing to help you apart from keep asking for your details, I now automatically send all my details every week, and still no sight of my refund., even though my ticket is fully refundable. Didn't even one to rate with one star, but have to tick at least 1.
That's the worst company ever. You will never have your money back, if something happens with your flight. They will lie to you till than can't make up something new. That's the biggest scam I have ever seen.
I received an email saying that my flight was changed! And I was like wth, they said that the airline canceled it, so I am left with paying more so I can get the flight or they will refund me for 5 euro, which is way lower that what I originally paid. Of course I didn't take the bait, I requested for the full amount since I wasn't the one who canceled it. But reading the reviews now, I doubt If I will get my money back. Scammers! Scammers! Scammers!
I've been waiting a year and no refund on my flight! I had to cancel my flight because they tricked me knowing that no flights were going to depart! They are a disgusting company! You will regret using them
This is a scam company, please do not use it even though your price is better. We got to the airport and our flight was not going where it was confirmed by them on our itinerary. The airline had to change and rebook and we got to pay for the whole flight again. Kiwi will tell you that you choose that destination on their website. But their email confirmation does not mention anything about that. It's a very stressful situation and they are not willing to reimburse. I asked to speak with Supervisor when I called, of course the supervisor was busy and was going to call me back, Did they? Nope

My flight with BA booked with Kiwi did not take off. Kiwi contacted me and directed me to their website where I was offered a voucher, or an immediate partial refund, or for them to negotiate with the carrier on my behalf for a greater refund. Knowing my rights I elected for the third option, expecting a full refund. After a few months, I was given a voucher, and told I had been refunded in full. I contacted them, BA, and my credit card provider repeatedly without refund success. Kiwi's comments are facile throughout. BA have said that they would refund Kiwi in full, so there is no reason for them not to refund me other than they would just like to keep my money in breach of the law.
I bought airfare from Kiwi.com. They canceled due to Covid. I requested refund. Tiny refund 4 months later. I had to sue in small claims court to receive the rest (13 months later).
I do have proof of purchase, and all legal records for verification. Would love to add name to class action lawsuit.
I paid 80 bucks for my trip. I could not change the dates, called customer service. Even a dog can serve better than their useless customer service. However, failing to do so, I canceled the ticket 4 days before, and they refunded me 12 dollars. It felt like they are kidding with our money, taking as much as possible because they know they can make money like that. People like me will always search on google, find their websites and buy without seeing review. Good luck with robbing people you scumbag kiwi.
Booked my flight with 2 pieces of luggage and they sent me a confirmation for what I booked. When I checked with the airline though, there was only one suitcase and no seats secured. I reached out to KIWI with no response... I ended up buying the extra suitcase and seats separately. I've asked for a refund for this extra amount I paid to the airline but I am not sure if Kiwi will even answer. Never again!
They are thieves! Don't book the flay with this company's! I book 4 fly For 4 person with 5 months before after l3 weeks they cancellation one flay and the ader 3 they daleyed with 48 hours in aeroporto it was impossible waiting in this perioad pandemia sow much! After I ask at company give me money back because it impossible to fly like this! Sow I pay 500 € and give me back 96 € in credit kiwi they give me back in 3 months! They didn't give me riceve nothing! They don't have excuses for whay they took my money not reason 404€! They say this is political for this sit agency! I make reaclam at police! Sow don't duet with this deceivers! It not was my fault the fly delayed and cancelled! My Ester it was home because this people still money for people's normal like us!
Booked the flights. In few days time got an email, that my route to the destination requires to be ammended - after picking different route - been charged extra money.
In few more days I got one more email like this, but I ignored it - and flights been showing to be ok.
I had to cancel my flights in the end, and l've been promised at least a partial refund.
When enquiring about the case - I've been getting emails asking to be patient due Covid.
In the end they closed the case without the refund or any explanation.

Description of Complaint:
I purchased a ticket on April 21 to fly from Washington DC to Amsterdam and from Amsterdam to Düsseldorf. I got the conformation and thought that the only thing left for me was to go to the airport to check in. My flight was on May 5th with KLM. I bought the ticket online from KIWI. When I got to the airport, they told me that they had my ticket in their system from washington Dulles to Amsterdam and From Amsterdam to Barcelona. They refused to get me on the plane even after I showed them my email with my E-ticket which was attached. They said that they could not find any ticket on my name from Amsterdam to Dusseldorf. I lost my flight including $120 that I paid for my COVID test. When I called Kiwi, they told me that I had agreed to get an extra ticket in order to pay less for my flight, but I was not obligated to use the extra ticket. I wasn't aware of that. When I got my online ticket the confirmation was for my flight to Dusseldorf. Now KLM blames Kiwi and Kiwi blames KLM
Had a flight booked through Kiwi.com from mumbai to chicago in the month of April, which had layovers in oman and qatar, looked risky so we called them up and enquired if it's ok to transit and if we need any visa to go through these countries, the guy on the other end (with his fake accent) told us it's not a problem to transit through these countries and that we'll be fine! We travel from pune to mumbai to take the flight and we're told "you cannot board this flight to oman it's only for citizens and diplomats", spent the next hour changing our bookings because we even had a connecting flight from chicago to dallas. Didn't have an sim card to even call their customer service. We lost all the money on this booking and the their manager arrogantly told us it's not our problem and we don't refund any part of the payment. BE VERY CAREFUL with this website!
I booked a flex ticket with Kiwi.com knowing that I would need to cancel or reschedule my booking. With all the if and but clause and not able to reach the customer service for more than 1-2 hrs. They said my ticket is no longer refundable and they will not refund a single penny.
Bunch of cheaters and scammers. Do not waste your money, they are useless middle agents just to steal people's money.
Following a year long struggle to get my money back from my cancelled flights and posting a bad review on here. I did the following.
1 - Signed up to a Twitter Account
2 - found the Kiwi.com page on Twitter.
3 - left my first and only tweet -where's my money, I know you have already received the refund from the airlines etc, etc.
To my utter amazement, this resulted in Kiwi contacting me the next day via email and confirming that my refund "has been approved and sent to my bank account". Checked this and I can confirm this is the case. So go on Twitter and tell it like it is if you want your money back, it seems that bad reviews on Twitter is the only thing they fear. Well it worked for me.
Don't ever book any flights or anything via this site. It's a bunch of fradulent people who had cheated me about $3000. They never refunded me the amount I pleaded atleast for half the cost but still nothing was provided. Their policies are utter rubbish and only formed just to cheat people to the max and loot the money. Please please stay away from this travel company to safeguard your valuable and hard earned money.
The saddest part is that they are not able to help even during this tough time of COVID, as what would one do in terms of the travel restrictions and uncertainty we are all facing. But KIWI travel company is there only to cheat and not to help during this time. Avoid them at all cost and it's a pure fraudulent group of people.
I had a trip planned for july 2020, which was cancelled by the carrier in June 2020. On June 30th 2020 I asked for a refund from Kiwi.com and althrough they hav emultiple times told me that the carrier already send them the money for my refund, they haven't sent it to me. There support is horrible and they just keep saying that I need patience. But it has been 10 months and this is simply not good enough. No way I am ever using kiwi.com again.
Don't use this service. There is no way to speak to a live rep or submit a case online. My Flight was canceled and airline refunded 100% of money to kiwi. I have seen zero of it.

Although the airline has refunded the money to KIWI they don't pay it to their customers. In my case, it has been 8 months that they say: Be patient! The airline did not pay back the money yet.
Never even think about buying a ticket from KIWI
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.
Answer: There is no doubt that Kiwi.com is a scam. If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
