Please do not buy any flights tickets nor trips with kiwi.com. You are gonna be excited for the low flights prices but at the end of the day you are going to get scamed. They sell you the ticket, after a few days they send you a message saying the fight was cancelled, they are gonna offer you other flights, more expensive than buy with the own flight company, of course you won't accept it. They are gonna advise you to apply for refund but the refund you are gonna get is much less than what you pay for. This company is not trustful. Do not get scamed by them. Be smart and stay away from them.

Buying ticket by kiwi.com you are just upsetting the whole family, wasting time, wasting money! They will not check you in the system.
The customer service for this company is terrible. It is impossible to talk to anyone until just before your trip. The description of flight charges are unclear. I was charged for baggage when my flight actually included a free checked bag. The company would not consider refunding part or all of my $400 for both my husband and myself. $200 a bag seems exhorbitant.
Canceled my flight, they want additional $500 to rebook. Website doesn't work. No customer service! 3 months for a partial refund..
Worst travel site I ever booked. They are cheaters' third-rated travel company and make money with your refund. They never ever refund money for your canceled trip. So please AVOID booking from KIWI.COM.
Be careful with your hard earned money
Kiwi failed to follow up with airlines whatsoever and we could not fly over the Christmas and New Years Holiday. We had to rebook another flight and had to eat thousands of dollars because of it. Kiwi tried blaming us even though the airlines said they didn't receive certain requests that Kiwi had to make before we could fly! DO NOT USE KIWI FOR ANYTHING. Horrible company. Worst experience of my life. I wish I could give them less than 1 star. Absolutely dumbfounded at their negligence and lack of professionalism. I will be filing official complaints against them with Department of Consumer Protection.
They book you on flights that are full, then cancel it and offer only credits as refund. Very dishonest. Avoid at all costs
I paid for a flight to Tenerife in Jan 2022, to fly on May 2022. Today they informed me my flight had been brought forward by 2 days! My options are to take the new flight or I could still fly in the original date but I would have to pay an additional £400+ and also it would now take 15 hours for a 4 hour flight as I would have 2 stops on the way. OR I could have a refund which may not be the full amount and could take months to receive it! I have been waiting for 2 years to take this trip and now I am £100's out of pocket as I don't have the money to rebook flights and I cannot get a refund on my accommodation. Absolutely disgusting service. I will never use Kiwi again. I would rate a minus if that was possible.
Never ever use Kiwi.com for any travel booking. Their customer support is horrible with agents eating food while on phone and talking profanity. They have such bad refund and rebook policies that if you don't read the fine print you will end up losing a lot of money which in our case we did.

Its been 2 years and they haven't given me my refund even though the airline already sent it to them. I keep trying but nothing is working.
Never ever trust this company. Their whole structure is based on fraud, they will lure you with low price then cancel it and get you more then double the price, never trust this company
They "refunded" me to a card that was not mine. Never received a refund and had to spend $900 in new flights.
Booking #166 146 310 this company is a joke! I've purchased 2 flight tickets in September and unfortunately the flight got cancelled several days after the purchase. I've reached KIWI for refund and they informed me that they are waiting for the carrier to refund them. I've contacted carrier and learned that the money was transferred immediately back to KIWI in September. I've requested refund (cash) and since 13 October 2021 I haven't received anything…I've contacted them several times, same bulls*it over again that there is high volume of requests etc…they have my money more than 6 months on their account without any solid response about the expected date to send me my money back…. So fed up with this scam company- don't book with them, save yourself a lot of energy…
Kiwi.com is a scam company. The airline refused to let me board due to a "hidden destination" on the system. I had to buy a new ticket last minute (extra fees) and it's been 4 months with no refund.

When you try to book the tickets, they are putting pressure on you to purchase your checked-in baggage for the inflated price. They state, you have to do it right now and this way save 20% compared to what you gonna pay at the airport counter. And it's a big LIE, because in reality you gonna pay Kiwi x2 more than if you would do it during your check-in.
So they wanted me to pay $121+ for up to 15 kg suitcase, but their greed eventually ruined the deal, as I found this fee suspiciously high. Long story short - I was charged $40 (33% of their demanded price!) for the max 23 kg suitcase simply by purchasing the same flight directly from the company. Bye-bye, scammers! Nice try, though.
Booked 3 round trip plane tickets through Kiwi and upon receiving my confirmation email, discovered that they only gave me a one way. Called immediately to see where the return flight was and was told it was only a one way. Customer service was brutal and had absolutely zero remorse nor would they add the ticket back home or refund the money to look for a new round trip flight. I would recommend to avoid Kiwi at all costs.
I had a very bad experience here. Never again. I should read the reviews first and then buy a ticket through this site. Spam. Stay away. Pay maybe more money and don't use this company. Never again. My story is too long.
This website is a borderline scam!
I booked a one-way ticket for $1800, after entering my PayPal details, I was informed by Kiwi that the payment was unsuccessful, and to try another method, I successfully used my debit card, then a day later I was told that my first was in fact successful and that I will be charged twice for the flights, Kiwi said "They can't refund me as it is not a double booking", which makes you wonder, how could Kiwi possibly not see it as a double booking? Same passenger, same passport number, same flight, somehow does not equal a double booking.
Do not even slightly depend on their support service helping you, because they will just copy and paste the same reply.
Do yourself a massive favor and DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.

If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
