Do not book here! They use all kinds of tricks to make you pay a lot more. They offer flights on their website that the transport company has canceled. If you book this flight (at a very affordable price of course) you will receive a message a day later that the flight schedule has been changed by the airline. Then they offer an alternative at a high additional cost or you can cancel the booking yourself, so that you see little or no money back. They are not aware of offering customers an alternative flight without additional costs, even if this is required by law if the transport company changes the flight schedule after a booking. Book your flight directly with the airline or with a reliable booking office in your own country! You have been warned
DO NOT use this website. They booked me a flight that was for 13:40 on my itinerary, only to find out that it did not exist on my date of travel... cost me thousands of dollars, and now I cannot reach there customer service to get a refund. T is a scam
It is a scam! I booked a flight using Kiwi for 800$ on Emirates. A day before the flight they claimed that Emirates flight was canceled and that I need to purchase a new flight and request a refund. I called Emirates, it turned out that it wasn't canceled! It has been a year since I requested the refund without any payment.
Horrible service even worse customer service completely botched my reservation in their behalf and when I immediately called to inform them they basically told me I was out of luck and could purchase new tickets with a $10 discount I sincerely hope they go out of business sometime soon and save a lot of people a lot of headaches
Nightmare! Booked my flight from Malta to Florence and getting at the airport the airlines didn't let me board the flight because the money didn't get through kiwi to the airlines. The money was deducted from my bank account. Had to purchase expensive tickets on spot for next day. Slept at the airport as there were no other flights on that day! Got only 75€ refund from kiwi which is not acceptable as i paid 188€ for my flight and had to fly to catania (which costed me 129€) the next day as there were no other flights from malta to florence which ruined my vacation days and also the money I paid for hotel booking in Florence. Fraud website! Never book your flight from kiwi!
I booked flight ticket they didn't provided proper information regarding visa requirements for connecting flight so i cancelled my ticket. They give 700 rs refund and ticket was of ******* rs

I was given a no show when i did come to the airport but they did that so they can not grant me my refund.
These guys are thieves and are absolutely useless. I've booked a trip to Athens for me and my mother, paid for insurance and premium benefits thinking that if anything happened they would have refunded me or helped change my flight.
One of my flights got cancelled and to book another one they wanted me to pay extra money which I didn't want to spend as that wasn't what I've signed up for. So I've asked either for a refund or for a change of destination. This was over 2 months before departure.
They were unable to do anything, the just took my money, lied to me saying that they would have looked for a change of destination and get back to me. I've chased that up several time and they never helped. I never had any explanation or support for the cancellation of the first flight, they blame the airline company which knew nothing about the issue, they just wanted more money from me but obviously THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUST!
On top, I had paid for premium service which was pointless as I got nothing out of it. This is basically scum, DO NOT BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY WITH THEM!

The ticket was what is known as self-transfer via India and Oman,
At the check-in counter, i have been informed that i need visa for India!
I asked them to refund me the ticket, they refused!

They making connections with 2 different airports. When you have to travel for hours. With high costs and You may miss your flight if transport is late
After booking our flight on Kiwi to Bari for today, we booked transportation and non-refundable airbnb, packed our bags... only to find out that our reservation was made for another day, a week later...
We tried so hard to call customer service and when they answered it was too late and we lost all our reservations so more than 500 euros.
The service is pathetic, the prices are inconsistent and their system changes dates and information when you refresh.
Stay away from this site by all means.

Absolutely avoid at all costs. Flights I purchased were changed without my consent, and they refused to just simply give me a refund because I didn't purchase their "special" insurance for the flights. But let's get this this straight: You, not I, changed the original flights. I lost about a thousand dollars. Absolutely avoid at all costs. Has caused major headaches and stress. Will tell anyone and everyone to avoid. You can steal my thousand dollars, but you'll lose all future business with people, as I have connections with tons who travel.
DO NOT PURCHASE from this site. They are scammers. I booked a roundtrip flight last summer (June 2021) and my flight was cancelled. Kiwi gave me the option of having their representatives get a refund on my behalf, so I opted out for that. 13 months (July 2022) later I get an email that Kiwi "tried" to contact the airline and no refund was provided and since they "don't expect any further development, we have to close your refund request." So in the end of July 2022, I reach out to the U. S Department of Transportation and file a complaint on Kiwi.com and the airline. I get a response from the airline stating that they DO NOT have record of Kiwi having reached out to them until August 2022, and they indicate that they just refunded Kiwi for the flight. I am still waiting for my refund from Kiwi.
Horrible customer service. Because of their mistake I had to pay for extra baggage fee which I've never paid for 22 years with any other travel agency and they refused to refund me.
Simply the will take your money step by step They confirm the ticket after taking your money in 48 hours and it might be not confirmed.
Let me share this ongoing, terrible experience with Kiwi, a company in which you don't want to spent not even 1 dollar for sure:
1. I've made a reservation (I thought I did, at least) via Kiwi, in a total of 2.363,69€
2. Day before the flight, received an email from Kiwi saying that it was impossible to do the check in online. Therefore, I should do so in the airport
3. Arrived at the airport and the airline company was not able to find any detail about my reservation: employees from the airline tried everything (kiwi reservation number, names), but it was useless – I didn't have a set in that airplane
4. Contacted Kiwi customer service right away. After explaining the issue, waited 20 minutes for a new call to try to solve the situation
5. Kiwi customer support talked with someone from the airline company. In the end, the employee from the airline company told me that the ticket reservation had been suspended
6. From Kiwi, until this day, I'm still waiting for a justification on what happened
7. Worse than waiting for the justification, is waiting for the refund (that I obviously have the right to receive): I've explained the issue in point number 4; in multiple interactions in Kiwi chat; via email with Kiwi claims' team and THEY NEVER KNOW what's the issue (tremendous LACK OF COORDINATION), systematically asking me for e.g. proof of check in fees (EXPLAINED SO MANY TIMES I WAS NOT ABLE TO CHECK IN)
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I booked a special holiday in August 2020, which got caught up in the pandemic. I got all my money back from, Qatar Airlines and a credit with air Asia. Luckily I booked the various accommodation via Booking.com with the free cancellation option.
However I booked part of the journey with Kiwi.com. This was with Air Asia and Citilink. The flight times changed which meant that if we had been there we could not make the connection. I paid £18 to fast track the admin process. Now its 24 months since we were supposed to have been travelling and I have received nothing. They state they have had a refund from Air Asia but can't give it to me until they get a refund from Citilink. No update, can't speak with anyone. No refund on the fast track payment. They state they are still processing the refund. Absolutely diabolical service
After choosing the cheapest flights, the site prompts you to upgrade various options such as baggage, flexible tickets and insurance. After avoiding all these I was hit with a 'price adjustment' during the booking process just before entering my card details.
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.
Answer: There is no doubt that Kiwi.com is a scam. If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
