Totally corrupt business. I booked a flight round trip from Bogata to Leticia. They have changed the flight over 3 times. Now the flight is listed at 20:00pm instead of 8:00am and I am told that it is because the airline made the change and not them. So I went directly to the airline and the flight still exists. Now Kiwi is telling me if I want that flight time again I have to pay an additional $95 dollars or cancel and looses all my money but $10. By opening my email they said I agreed to the changes when I clicked to look at the flight. What?!~! I already booked the flight in July for the time at 8am I am now being told I have to pay for more money if I want that flight. Total theft. I have also been told they can do this since the change in flight is less than 24 hours. Don't use them unless you want to have no clue what flight you will actually end up on or you want to give these thieves your money.
I had no problems, they kept me informed. In fact they could not check me in on one flight and sent multiple notices telling me if we were charged at check in to get a receipt and I would be reimbursed. I was charged and they did reimburse me.
I'm in New Zealand, and I booked flight and made the payment, but in the end they charge me for the US dollars, it almost 2 times expensive than the New Zealand dollars! I called them, why there's no sign or note shows it's US dollar, they said I should change the currency and it's hide in the upper right corner! Who will notice it? I mean we spend money in our country but not paying by our country's currency?! SUCH A FRAUD!!!DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE!
Of course no refund after that!
Kiwi.com just wants to disguise as one of the mainstream flight websites but in reality is below par and slyly charges more and more money for even a little thing. Their different ticket categories is a fraud as they hide a lot of information and falsely shows that you can make changes to the flight if you opt for a more expensive ticket
Kiwi.com did an unauthorized transaction on my card without my consent! By not refunding my money, they are violating the Department of Transportation policy. There is a 24-hour grace period for a FULL REFUND and I am within that window! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK NOW!

My flight was delayed and rescheduled for tomorrow but they did not inform me. I stayed and slept at the airport without relief. Had I known, I wouldn't have traveled yet to the airport.
We booked flights with kiwi.com and received confirmation from them but when I contacted the airlines directly, they don't have our reservation at all. I called kiwi customer service but the voice said booking number does not exist. I really wonder if it's real scam and make fake confirmations? We are supposed to fly soon but helpless to find out until we go to the airport which is totally will screw our trip since the flights are between small cities.
Anybody has experience like me?
I wish that I read all this reviews before falling for $35 cheaper price offered by this website/group. Booked a flight from DEN to MEX with a checked-in through this fraudsters, but once I got to the airline counter at the airport to complete the check in, I was informed that my ticked is not valid/is in pending status. Tried to call in to Kiwi customer service but no one there to help me and got rejected after 2nd call -including dropped calls. So yeah, I lost the damn flight and my $200 (plus $75 uber). Save yourself some time, money, and brain cells and "Don't Trust This Website"

Got a flight confirmation for a date I didn't choose. I called less than an hour after to change or refund and they offered me $10 off my next flight with them. They don't want to give me a refund. They also didn't give me a name, email, ID number, supervisor name or number or anything other than a made up first name and the location Europe. Calling them garbage is an understatement.
No full refund when my flights was cancelled by the companies. Many victims found on the internet. This company should not be allowed to exist.

I booked Cambodia > London Heathrow.
A few days before I was told that my connecting flight (in Singapore) was modified 30 minutes earlier than planned. Due to the time for connection I knew that I had enough time to still make the flight even with the rearrangements. When I arrived in Singapore I was told my flight did not exist. I was then told that my flight had been cancelled and rescheduled for 2 days later. When I spoke to Kiwi they informed me that they had made a mistake by only emailled the rescheduling and not the cancellation. They then said they would cover the difference for a new flight home and cover hotel for that night (it was midnight when I landed in Singapore with no more flights that night). Very stressed I waited in the hotel for 3 hours before they told me they couldn't book me another flight home for anytime in the next 2 days due to everywhere they could find requiring a visa to transit through. In the end they said there was nothing they could do other than refund my original ticket. They left me to sort accommodation and I had no choice but to book myself another flight home a day later (the same one but the Saturday). It was £300 more than the original flight which Kiwi had said they would cover. When I wrote to them asking for this they informed me I have had my refund and the only other thing they would do is a 100Euro voucher with them. Because of them, I was stuck alone in Singapore airport on my own, I am £300 plus the hotel out of pocket and they think that a 100 Euro voucher with them will satisfy? After responding to this 'offer' and consequently sending 4+ messages and even raising a new complaint, Kiwi have just completely ignored me and refuse to respond. Therefore I have had to take matters in my own hands and take my review everywhere. The way I was treated and have been disrespected by Kiwi is unbelievable and the least they could have done for their error and my inconvenience was to refund me the difference between the original flight and the new flight I had to book because of THEIR MISTAKE. I am so angry and let down and I will never book through them again nor allow any friends or family. Awful company, awful customer service.
I booked a ticket to Wrocław for November this year. Kiwi have told me the airline have changed my return date 3 times! When checking the website my original date is available. I've emailed them to advise I'm now incurring 3 nights extra cost to pay for hotel. My friend is on the exact same flight I was originally on and his flights have not been touched. A bunch of crooks! Do not use them. Wizz air will not help as I booked through Kiwi.com.
In early September I booked a round trip for my wife, paid for it and got confirmation numbers for the flights. Then everything fell apart. They claim the date of birth was wrong. They claimed they could not get tickets, they claimed there were glitches in the system. I tried, 10 times, to get help. Most of the time the people who attempted to help could barely read the interary, let alone speak coherent English. After the 8th different agent, I was told I would have to pay more fees for them to fix there problems. After 10 agents trying unsuccessfully to do anything about all the problems with the booking, I gave up. I just figure the company is little more that a site to steal money from unsuspecting would be travelers. DO NOT USE THEM. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND FLUSH IT DOWN THE TOILET INSTEAD OF GIVING IT TO KIWI.COM. Dates of injury 9-5 to 30-2022.
The flight tickets I purchased through Kiwi.com were cancelled by the airlines when COVID first hit. I've been chasing my refund even since... it's been more than two years. The latest advise I received from Kiwi.com was that one (out of two) airlines refunded the money but not the other. I asked kiwi.com to give me the portion that has been refunded, but Kiwi.com refused saying that their policy doesn't allow partial refund. So I read their policy and found nothing in there to back up their story. I've been backwards and forwards with them for over two years and they keep changing their story and refuse to refund my money. So, in summary they have stolen my money. Terrible! Do no use Kiwi.com, they are thieves.
Disgusting service ever
If there was a zero rating would have given them that, they don't take customers seriously, my friend booked a return flight only to get stranded when he's supposed to fly back from 5pm till 12 midnight they only asked him to get a place to sleep and they promised to refund him for the full booking of flights and accommodation which was around ZAR 4000. 00 only to refund him ZAR 105 and they said that is the rate for accommodation in South Africa, this is a scam company, they think because you in Africa you should be treated as an animal, I mean which accommodation in the world cost ZAR 105 (€ 6,03) use them at your own risk, this should be escalated until they close down.
I wish I could attach their emails and the arrogance they displayed when you communicate with them.
I booked the flight one way and the way back was not available anymore. I literally canceled the ticket in 3 mins and they totally me it's non refundable. Shame on you to have a business like that. I hope you as a business owner get to experience same thing to realize how hard it is to go thru this process.

Don't trust them if they ask you to sign up for their newsletter to receive promo codes! I attach below the screenshots I had with their assistance that I was really disappointed with. The moment I was booking a flight that exceeded €150 opens a pop up to me that says that if I had subscribed to their newsletter, and then shared my email which is a sensitive fact, they would give me a discount of €25 (this is the code in question Q3Q1G5XJ7P). Then I signed up, and they fool you further because in order to be able to use the discount code you have to download their app because it doesn't work from the web, so they collect the app downloads, as well as additional sensitive data and to waste your time. I had to buy the ticket because the prices were going up and the seats were running out, I could have chosen another company and saved, even if not much is to save anyway, if they hadn't screwed me like that at the last because yes, you can only apply the promo code if you arrive at the end of the flight reservation, so a carousel in short.
After purchasing the flight then I contact the support to ask if they could at least refund me those cabbage of €25, because yes! My sensitive data such as email etc are worth much more than €25, so at least those I owe them. But no, as usual the assistance tries to waste more time and say that you're wrong because you didn't do things right, so in a nutshell they give you the well served! Since I work in the digital industry, I know where sensitive data such as email first and last name etc. go and I want to help you understand its value and not be fooled by companies like this.
This company stole $5000 plus dollars from me. Upon considerable prompting by them and their misleading emails, I mistakenly pushed the wrong key and ended up double booked on the same flight for the same people on the same day. In other words it was physically impossible to use one of the trips. They just said, tough luck, and kept all of my double payment. No credit, no refund, nothing. Not their problem they say. Oh sorry, they did refund $12 of my $5000 plus.
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.

If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
