I did my research through Google Flights KIWI came out as best option ( non as best price) best time as connecting next fly, now I see way...
Kiwi sold me a ticket from Mexico City to Orlando with a layover in Cacun that was so short it was essentially impossible for me to arrive to my next flight!
After talking with customer service they blamed me for poor "time management" even though it is clear there is no way on earth I could have made it to my flight on time. If you are buying a ticket with 2 different airlines that is international know that you need at least 2 hours of layover because check-in closes 1 hour prior to departure.
Flight delayed but no information send by kiwi.com. One solution take a flight next day and stay one night at hôtel.
After send complaint at kiwi.com their answer is apologies but we will do nothing.

I booked with volaris through KIWI
I booked with volaris through KIWI. KIWI never notified me that my flight changed times (a difference of 7hours) this totally threw off the time and plans to get back home. I spoke multiple times, and the first time the rep hung the phone. Later after hours with them, they were unable to give me another option or to help me get in touch with the airline to change my flight to an earlier one. I am very disappointed with their service, horrible communication. After this incident, I mentioned it to other acquaintances and they all had some type of issues with KIWI. Never again booking through here. DO NOT RECCOMEND! Your time, planning and money come first and they simple lack responsibility and do not care about their costumers.
I spent US$2117 on kiwi.com to book my flights but got cancel. They only offered me 2 options: Either top up another US$1000 to change my flight to an indirect flight which I need to wait for 14 hours for connection, or refund me US$100 for kiwi credit if I cancel my booking.
Why I could not get my full refund when flight is canceled? I have been chasing them for long but no one answer.

The airline cancelled my trip, issued a full refund, and this website didn't refund me back.

I paid for a booking. They then sent me a message saying one of my flights legs had been canceled. They said I had to cancel my whole trip because of this. When I went directly to the airline the flight was available. Kiwi said cancel the whole lot, wait 3 months for a refund and they didn't know how much I would be refunded. You can't talk to anyone by phone or chat. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM.
I bought a flight ticket from kiwi and never hear back from them. No customer service no correct email address, but I have no option but to report the issue to the federal consumer agency about the company and the way they scam people. As far as I'm concerned this case my ends in court because I don't play with my money.
Had a flight cancellation, they offer to cancel or rebook (on the website). The new booking is 4 times of our original booking so talked to actual airline and they offered me a solution. Informed KIWI about new solution so instead apologizing for doing their job they void my travel insurance. Plus they reminded my to self check-in in transit airport which might miss my next flight and will have to pay to get home. DON'T use them they just useless team and website. ((((whish no star rating is available))))
The worst customer service I've encountered, they canceled a flight that was refundable and provided me with a refund of 10 euros for a flight that cost 630 euros. They didn't give me any solution to the problem, I'm trying to get some help from customer service but their answers are robotic and make no sense!
This company stole 600 from me, there is no other way to describe it, a shocking experience
SCAM! STAY AWAY!
They sell you good priced and timed flights that DON'T EXIST. The next day or so they inform you that "airline has changed your flight". This change is conveniently for them under 24h. But it is over 23h. So instead of 9h flight total with 4h layover, my flight had a "minor change" to 32+h with 27+h layover. Of course they refuse to refund, they don't offer ANY alternatives, they are so kind and offer 10eur credit on your Kiwi account for canceling. FRAUD. I wish I had read thousands of similar reviews before. But going through Skyscanner it seemed legit.
I booked my flight with kiwi and was denied entrance into Japan, Vietnam, and the Philippines because the airline couldn't see my flight out of Vietnam. Without a ticket out I was then rejected despite having my ticket through Kiwi. Kiwi then refused to refund me my original amount due to their error and it cost me around $2,000 on top of all the planning around work and using my time. Worst customer service of my life and was stranded at Chicago's Airport. I really wish I would've read the reviews of this company before purchasing a flight. I only recieved a $45 refund out of the $1,100 flight outbound and no refund for my flight back into the states.
8 am flight was cancelled found out when work up for flight at five. Had rebooked options were expensive but these stacked up against sky scanner so accepted. Although what I didn't know is if you accept this you don't get the refund from the cancelled flight. So they will keep the 600 dollar refund and I paid for new flights from them. All the reviews are similar horrible horrible company don't use.
Kiwi.com can be your worst online shopping experience because they cheat.
Their method is showing fake prices via API to other flight search websites such as Kayak, Google flights or etc. After you click on their link, you redirect quickly to booking page to insert passenger information and selling extra things and finilaize the ticket by taking your credit card number and done. So far so good?! But when you see the deduction from your credit card, you will see that ticket cost you way more than the others and even the airline original website.
Today was my first experince with them. They sold me 3 overpriced ticket from FlairAir. First showed the fake price $179, then after placing order I saw that they deducted $251 while the price on the FlairAir website was $219. I'm going to open dispute in fraud department of my credit card to block the transaction.
This is a neat method of fraud!
Kiwi.com is the worst and caused us to lose $10,000 on our trip to Bali! They completely screwed us over on our flights from the US to Bali, Indonesia this summer and it was so bad that the airline wouldn't even let us on our flight- stating that no one should have ever sold us these tickets because they were unusable due to visa situations quickly changing on a certain leg of our flight. Kiwi had never contacted us prior to our trip about the changing visa situation- so we had absolutely no idea we needed this extra visa. So there we are stuck at the gate 3 hours before our flight, with Qatar airlines calling Kiwi.com and talking to them (ended up at the check-in counter for 1.5 hours with no one from Kiwi offering to help us out or re-route the flight). The gate agent told us were were completely out of luck and that kiwi should have never sold us these tickets. We ended up having to pay an extra $7k for 2 one-way tickets for Bali on another airline that left the next day and we also missed an entire day of our trip.
After the trip, we had Amex dispute the charge with Kiwi.com and Kiwi denied their wrong doing of selling us a completely unusable tickets- costing us an extra $3k in refunds Kiwi would not give us for the bad airline tickets. I will never book with them again. STAY AWAY.
Afterwards, I googled it to see if this same experience had happened to other people- AND IT HAD! What a dishonorable company!
In March 2022 I booked a flight for two from Calgary to Toronto on Kiwi.com, they e-mailed flight confirmation with Lynx Air for August 19th departing 11.35am.
On 18th August at 22.30 I received an e-mail and text message from Kiwi.com informing me that flight had been rescheduled and would depart at 00.35 on August 19th. Notification of flight change allowed me two hours to pack my belongings, drive 100 miles to the airport, return my hire car and check in my baggage - impossible.
Kiwi.com refused to refund the cost of my flight, blocking and ignoring any further appeals relating to my claim.
Lynx Air have confirmed that flight was rescheduled in June 2022 and Kiwi.com (the contact on the booking) were promptly informed of the schedule change.
As a service provider Kiwi.com failed to provide me with timely information on change to the flight schedule and legally did not fulfil their contractual obligations under the EU sale of goods and services act.
Kiwi.com are very good at taking your booking, your money and keeping it. They fail to inform you of schedule changes and are good at ignoring your complaints.
My advice for fellow travellers seeking to book with Kiwi.com and businesses seeking to invest in Kiwi.com - better to give your money to a reputable charity.

I arrived at the ORY airport long before the flight time stated on my ticket. At the gate for the French Bee plane, an employee (of either French Bee or ORY) confirmed that there was still time to obtain my boarding pass. Video surveillance footage at the ORY airport will confirm this. I was informed at the French Bee service desk that it had been necessary to arrive at least 1.5 hours before the departure time. That was not listed on my Kiwi.com confirmation email, nor did I receive documentation from French Bee stating that. The French Bee representative did not give me a ticket for the next available flight for another airline, and stated that I would have to pay $1000 for a flight that would depart 3 days later. She did not offer (on behalf of French Bee) to cover the cost of a hotel during the waiting period. I was unable to book flights to my home until the next day, thereby extending my total trip time by several days and increased the amount of money that I spent. Kiwi.com has once again changed my itinerary so that my arrival time would be even later, and is currently refusing to book flights for me that would arrive sooner.
I bought a ticket for $346, but was then notified the price increased to $862 and that I needed to pay the difference or purchase a new ticket. I bought a new ticket thinking my money from the original ticket would be used on the new one, but they refused my refund. I bought the cheapest ticket which did not cover refunds, so they refused a refund. BUT, they also said my original ticket was still good, and that the price was not increased. They even denied sending me the email claiming the price increase. I sent them a screenshot of the email, to which they replied "your screenshot is incorrect"?! So I never even needed to buy a new ticket, even though they claimed I did. This incredibly dishonest business practice put me in credit card debt which I have still not been able to relieve myself of. Do not use Kiwi.com
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.

If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Kiwi.com are crooks and charlatans. Avoid them. Dispute the charges with your bank if you can, and then spend 30 minutes online piling bad reviews till they are out of business.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
