Hi guys, I was also a victim of this horrible company. After fighting with them for 11 months I won my case.
1st advise: don't wait for their delay of 90 days, cancel the transaction with your credit card ASAP.
2 advise: Don't waist your time talking with them, they know they're a fraud and sleep well at night.
3rd advise: I'm canadian so I couldn't be protected by my laws since they don't have a physical address on my theritory. However, THEY HAVE to respect the laws in their country so I contacted the
Czech republic consumer protection office and they forced them to refund me in a week.

We lost 800 euros for canceled flight, never had an explanation and almost 2 years after we got an apology messege! It is a fraud! Be carefull!
Avoid them at any cost.
I got stuck in another county and lost my job and my apartment and everything. Almost got banned to enter county again due visa is out of date and a lot problem and Costs to pay and they will not help you rebook in time to have to do it all even if you have all guarantees and their policy is to find new nothing they will find ways to put blame on you or others, all their fault.

Of them. Cause I chatted with 100 of them supporters they change people all time and no one stays with you all the way. No numbers to call and they think they can call you when you in another country with no number, no email contacts no number and no no no risky as hell.
They did not inform when changes of flights or time and you will miss it and all of your connections flights too.
And refund time is 1 year if not more.
And other refunds was not even given due they do everything to put blame on you if you don't do right and they know the laws/rules way better than you cause scammers and will do all in their power to not give you compromises nor refund.
They are a very high risky and very bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad.
Avoid at any cost.
I'm stupid to give them chanses, now I lost 3.000 euro on just nothing.
Tickets normally are the most expensive there too, there's a cheaper ones a-lot of them other apps/pages.
3 Rd chanse and lost my life cause them, I explained my situations and they give no compromise for my lost of ticket and life lost costs of everything I had.
I Russian roulette would give you less risky than this.

I booked three international airline tickets through Kiwi.com. What was so terribly disappointing is on the first leg out, the seats i selected were completely ignored when we went to board and they split my party up all over the plane. So bad. I would never use Kiwi.com again. I tried multiple times to reach them about this issue and they either passed me to someone else, or hung up on me. The flight home was almost a complete disaster when the schedule was changed to an earlier time and neither Kiwi or the airline notified us. you have to check yourself with this company, they are not helpful.

Fuc*ing customer service. Pretend you don't understand people. Please don't give me a hard time. Airlines have said can return, but also deliberately not refund, deliberately difficult, really not personal, animal.

This company does something that I honestly dont understand how european laws having taken a look at it yet. They sell tickets to close destinations and give a ok service. But once you book a more expensive flight, they just give you the money back. And you end up having to purchase the ticket at the airport, or at the last minute paying [in my case] almost 3 times the regular price. It's a scam company and you can easily see how they have paid reviews saying things like "i dont know how there are so many bad reviews, that must be the other airlines trying to get rid of kiwi", which is soo much bull. Here are some photos proving that kiwi canceled my flight months before, didnt tell me anything, made go to airport and only answered my questions months afterwards. I can not express my discontentment for this company and I wont stop making this reviews ever. Just check youtube for videos of people telling their horror stories on kiwi. The founder of the company never appears anywhere, EVER. WORST. European laws should do something.
THE WORST COMPANY EVER! I accidentally cancelled my flight and called them right away to undo the cancellation. The result? LOST ALL MY MONEY. They did nothing. Stay away!
Kiwi have not responded to our refund of flights which kiwi cancelled.
Booking made 20/5/22 and then kiwi cancelled this transaction on 28/5/22 but have not refunded us. We have been chasing them by email as there is no phone number to call them on.
No refund ever received in full for £2,385.73. We did not accept any credits of £85 because we are not happy to use Kiwi again.
We have bought ticket for a 4 days in mykonos for a wedding from paris via Milan in may 2023. The initial lay over was 1h20. They send us a mail saying the flight was canceled and we will have now a lay over in milan of 20hours! They consider that a minor change! Can you believe it, 20h in an aiport ivernight is considered a minor change! So no option to get reimbursed, or placed on a earlier flight, or expenses paid for a night in a hotel! So the only option they offer is to buy new tickets and loose our 450 euros for our orginal flights! They are THIEVES! We have recorded all our 3 one hour-conversations with the customer service that was awful, because they did not want to connect us with a manager!
We will sue them as many passengers are in the same situation as us! Never use kiwi.com. Never!
Booked a flight on Kiwi for the first time because it was the cheapest option… then we both read the reviews
We were very worried when we saw all the negative reviews and nightmare experiences, and resorted to regularly checking all the bookings to ensure nothing had changed (1 connecting for both leaving and return), but we actually had a smooth experience overall. We had no issues with checking in all our flights, even though we had to clear customs and self-check in for our connecting flights. It also helped that we had 3+ hours of transit time both ways, so we had time to spare. Sounds like we got lucky.
Overall, I would say this is fine to use, BUT, and this is a massive BUT, best to ensure your travel plans are fully firmed up and the carriers you are flying in are not notorious for changing flights last minute. That said, we will likely not use kiwi again, as the few extra dollars of savings were not worth the hassle and worry.

I booked $1500 in flights on March 9 2020, just a few days before the pandemic kicked off. I requested a refund shortly after when I realized it wouldn't be possible to fly anywhere any time soon. It's now been 2 years of lies. I contacted the airline company several times to try and find out what is going on and each time I was told that KIWI.COM hasn't even made any attempts to reach them. The airline told me each time that they were offering refunds for a period of time but KIWI has not attempted to reach them. After a bit of researching (Facebook, Instagram, Trustpilot...) it's become clear that KIWI.COM has a long history of scammer people out of flights and money. Cancelled my trip 2 days before the departure, no full refund, offered me a new flight for 6 times the price (700 Euros), is like an SCAM, two times booked, two times cancelled.
Highly recommended NOT TO BOOK with Kiwi.

Don't ever go through kiwi. They just steal your money. You try calling them and all of them hang up on you and won't let you speak to a supervisor. One of them even told me no that he wasn't going to transfer me this is the worst company to go for. I canceled my flight paid 260 and all they gave me back was $10. What the hell is 10$ good for. This is such a terrible company with the worst customer service who just steals your money. Make sure you go through direct flying companies instead of this garbage fraud company
In the past month I had two bookingswith Kiwi.com. During the first booking, Kiwi or the airline changed my flight without my consent. During the second booking, I got stranded on an island due to a typhoon and was not going to make my upcoming flight. Kiwi was unable to help me in both cases. Luckily, I contacted the airline directly each time and got my flight changed at no charge. I will never use Kiwi again.
I'd give a 0 if I could. Do. Not. Use. This. Website. Expedia is better, and direct purchases with airlines the best. Kiwi.com doesn't even provide the cheapest options yet have the strictest rules and unbelievable ctrl c + ctrl v 'customer service' options. I booked a $440 flight and then realized ONE MINUTE later that I needed to change my dates. The chat repeatedly said there's nothing that can be done because I bought the savers ticket, which basically means there's no mercy for anything. They could've told me that all airlines have to give full refund if requested directly within 24 hours. But during the TWO WEEKS of conversations I had with the chat, starting the minute after my booking, the only thing I was told was there was nothing to do.
KIWI & AIR ASIA are connected. Both agencies have despicable reputations. Last minute cancelled flights, refund policies not honored, inability to speak with a real person & responsible for stealing thousands of dollars from customers who purchased tickets & had portions of their flights cancelled making it impossible to make connecting flights. I find it impossible to even give them a 1 star rating but have no choice in order to submit this review.
I had purchased tickets to Mexico from Toronto through Kiwi Flights. With 2 months before our trip Kiwi flights had canceled our flight due to not enough sales. Mind you this is during holiday season for NYE and post pandemic. I had requested for my refund and waited for a response back. It has now been almost 12 months and I have not received any word or my refund.
Impossible to get to reach to support to get a refund they already received from airline operator! Pure scam! Waiting for support to contact me (booking 242 058 949).
I bought a ticket through this company and the airline company canceled the flight on the day of the flight. I applied for compensation to the european court and the airline sent me an e-mail about it. However, kiwi.com uses a robot e-mail address when purchasing tickets, and therefore the e-mail sent by the airline company never reached me. I contacted kiwi.com and requested that the e-mail be sent to me. But this stupid company says it can't do it for confidentiality reasons. The airline sent me the e-mail I own it and you don't share it with me? It is my privacy and you should not have that e-mail, it confiscates something sent on my behalf, there is a compensation in the e-mail in question. Never use kiwi.com they are thief. SCAM!

Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.
Answer: There is no doubt that Kiwi.com is a scam. If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
