Kiwi is a scammer I don't recommended anyone to purchase a ticket from them very poor customer service I purchased a ticket from them arriving in France on my way back the sent me a message the couldn't book me to go to the airline arrived to airline they said they can't do anything to call kiwi they don't like to deal with kiwi because they always have problems with them not to take care of their customers I have to take taxi back because I don't have long distance I was in Toulouse take my cousin phone to call them couldn't reach no one then I end up chatting with them they told me to buy an other ticket and sent them the bills later to get full refund I took a taxi again back to the airport spend € 208 purchase ticket paid for luggage again at the airport to Paris then finally arrived in USA the denied the refund until now I am finding with my bank it's took me a little longer to get the screenshot from my cousin in France please anyone want a ticket read peoples reviews before purchasing from this company otherwise you will be stuck in between I really did suffer that day I kept all screenshot as prove I will never use them again or refer them to anyone

Please do NOT use this company. We made a mistake to book our flights via KIWI.com. The money was taken but NO tickets, NO rights to cancel, no way to contact them apart from via robot. The phone number provided referring back to the website and no answer.
Absolutely AWFUL.
Once I ordered my tickets with Kiwi.com they started to change the itinerary multiple times demanding more money for me to keep the flight. After it reached 80 euroes extra they gave me the option to pay more or ask for a refund. Naturally after Kiwi.com changed the itinerary multiple times i asked for a refund. That was over 12 months ago. They say they are not responsible for the refund but the carrier/airline is. I have emailed the carrier/airline and they have no booking or booking number records of what Kiwi.com claims. They have given me a false booking number. The airline also confirms that they are in no way or shape cooperating with Kiwi.com nor are they allowed/authorized to sell their tickets.
This company is 100% Scam. They will take your money then sell you "false" flights. When you try to confirm with the carrier they deny having any relations with Kiwi.com. You will be sold false tickets, and you will never get your money back. STAY AWAY!
Guys as advice do not book this agency.they steal money then will say flight is cancel...no refund or we will talk with flight now for me more than 1 year almost 1000 USD no refund...as advice be careful...if you know any information I get get to this company to sue them let me know

Luego de pagar el tiket de Avion con oferta y asientos incluidos al dia siguiente te Mandan un email diciendo que debes pagar el asiento por $56 mas $30 de procesamiento y ademas pagar el equipaje de Mano por $49 y no puedes cambiar ni cancelar por qre solo reembolsan $10 aunque el pasaje te halla costado $1000 luego te cancelan las escalas y la alternafiva es pagar $500 0 mas extra.no puedes comprar directo a la areolinia por que la information de contacto que ponen es la information de kiwi y luego no coincide con tus targetas de credito asi que no puedes comprar directo, ademas no hay manera que puedas comunicarte pues el servicio al cliente no responde y cuando lo logras no puedes entender nada pues el ingles es pesimo, un tiket que compre por $900 todo incluido termine pagando $1655 por no perder los $900 del tiket
22/11 at night I bought plane tickets from Milan to Rome because they were cheap - 51€.
23/11 wake up with an email stating that they couldn't process my order on time and that now the tickets cost 150€.
Instead of paying the difference, like they should (as this is not, by any means, fault of the costumer), as this is problem with THEIR services, they only reimbursed the 51€...
With an already paid hotel and non-existing help from costumer service this is a terrible situation to be in. Wouldn't recommend Kiwi to anyone.
I booked a flight through Kiwi and changed my mind within a few hours. I tried to cancel online and the only option was to receive a refund of $10 for my $200 flight. I tried calling and was told the $10 was my only option. I mentioned that I just booked the flight within the previous 24 hours, and per U.S. law they are required to refund me for the full booking without penalty. Although I am a US resident, currently in the US and purchased a domestic flight, they said they are not subject to US law(despite showing a US address on their website) or any other country and only follow kiwi terms and conditions which only allow for a $10 refund. I spoke to someone named "Mark" in the Czech Republic, who would not provide a last name, employee number, supervisor name or any other identifying information. I requested to speak to a manager and he stated there were no managers available. Avoid this company at all costs.
Bought a ticket to Canada last month, straight after receiving confirmation had to correct misspelled name. Done it within 24hr from purchase. Month after Kiwi.com sent me ridiculous email to pay 722EUR within 24hr for this name correction, I still have month to go to my flight, and they charging me this price?! Unacceptable! Kiwi.com is absolute nightmare to deal with!I contacted kiwi but they seem to play a dead bug
Absolutely a nightmare for travelers! Kiwi has no consideration for people Traveling plans. Fare prices they offer is a scam! They charge for luggage but when you get to the carrier then you have to pay again and that's because Kiwi has not made luggage payments to the carrier and its not in their system, so you have NO Choice to pay whatever they want at the Airports! We bought a round trip ticket for two and paid up front to Kiwi for our one extra small luggage which we wanted to check in. The total cost was at beginning was less than $200.00 for 1 Hour Flight but with additional luggage to check in and taxes and whatever else they add we Paid $340.00.
On the day of travel at Airport the Carrier Agent said they have not received any payments from Third Party (Kiwi) and we have to pay additional $190.18. We had no choice to pay that! Couple days in to our vacation we received and email that our flight to return was canceled and they have different option which neither one really worked for us. We were forced to miss a day from work and Pay additional $185.00 to return back home plus Pay additional $178.00 to carrier because again KIWI hasn't paid the carrier! A $340.00 fare became $971.00.
When you call their customer service, you will deal with a person most likely who you wouldn't understand a word speaking supposedly English, so don't waste your time. File a complaint with your bank or Credit Card Bank.

I paid for priority boarding for my flights Vienna-Paris. After 3 days I got many emails saying that they add it to only one flight and for another one they didn't. I thought it was a joke because the whole reason why you're doing that - is you want to bring a trolley on board. But having it only one way doesn't make any sense.
So, they refunded Priority Boarding for Paris-Vienna but left one for Vienna-Paris.
I told them that pls refund me everything Priority Boarding for both flights. And they're telling me about the fact that they can't and telling me that it was a 'technical problem' to book Priority Boarding for one of the flights.
So the operator was like, I cannot do it for the flight back, but who cares, let's do it for a flight to the place and refund a back one.
How should I use it?
I just have no words.

Wish if I could give 0 stars. Booked flight for my husband from Perth to India with a layover in kuala lumpur. These scum bags didn't mention that he needed on arrival visa for changing the connecting flight. He got refused by immigration to catch his 2nd leg of flight. Sitting at the airport wasted his half way tickets. Had to wait that night as there were no flights left with air asia. Had to book other flights from kuala lumpur to kolkata and then kolkata to delhi and then booked a train for his final destination. Wasted $2000 and whole 2 days to reach at home. PLEASE DON'T BOOK WITH THESE BLOODY THEIVES. THEY DONT HELP YOU AT ALL. UPON CALLING THE IDIOT LADY OVER THE PHONE ASKED MY HUSBAND TO CONTACT LOCAL EMBASSY IN MALAYSIA MEANWHILE HIS NEXT CONNECTION MISSED OUT.
I used Kiwi last September for my first time. The company allows for 4 hour layovers. I had one ticket getting me to one end of Paris and an international flight out 4 hours later on the other end. I took a bus then paid for an Uber so I would be on-time. Nope. I missed my flight. Kiwi has been impossible to deal with, offering zero compensation. I had to spend an extra night in Europe and buy a whole new ticket home. I would NEVER use this service again. You are best to pay a little more and buy directly from the airline. Way better customer service. This site should be out of business.
If I could give a negative, I would. We missed a connection and I had to rebook after I paid this joke of a company. Then, after our trip on the way back, the airline did not find our other booking and I had to rebook out of pocket again to get home. They put us on hold several different times for hours and never resolved. I have been fighting the credit card company for reimbursement! NEVER use this scam service!
These are scammers, they'll make you think your flights are protected with the extra paid insurances to protect your flights but even when you want a change and can see the availability of a change on your search, they still will not give you that availability, all the availability they provide you with is only to ensure you loose that payment as they are absolutely unworkable.

I booked a trip to pick up a puppy on 11)14 evening. On 11/15 morning, I received a payment link from them for $215.90. I found out I make round trip for puppy, he only needs return trip. I called around 900 am, explained the story to them, requested they changed it to return trip, and send me a update payment link. They said they would. On 12/16, in stii have not received anything, so I called around 0800 am. Explained it to them, and said please, this trip is to pick up the puppy, I really like to get this taken care of it. They said no worries, they will re send me link. Around 600pm, I still not get anything. I called again. They claimed I let payment link expired. I said that is not correct, the link expired is the 1st one. They insisted they sent me 2nd link, I asked them to provide the time, they said 12/15 at 1115 am. If that was true, I called around 0800am on 11/16, per their policy it should not expired at that time. They could not provide answer. I requested to transfer to supervisor, it only got worse. The supervisor who called himself Aman, stated they have approve, they sent me 2nd payment link on 11/15@ 0714 am, the only problem is I did not request the 2nd link until 0900 am. Somehow, they read my mind, did all that on their own

Kiwi.com. They said they would work with both carriers in trip to get me a refund or flight credit. After a full year and half they were NOT able to get me a rightful refund from AA! They literally stole 600 USD from me outright I cannot do anything about it. I called AA and they said I would've gotten me a full refund if I booked with them and Southwest never got my cancelation from Kiwi so I was put as a "No Show" and not eligible for flight credit. Absolutely the worst company experience, I really hope they got out of business soon.
Last year I struggled with my mental health so badly I needed to go to hospital. During this year I've been working to get better and save every penny I could to book a flight to New Zealand. A place I've always wanted to go. The Kiwi app didn't make it clear that I would need a transition visa to go through America (As that was where I was suppose to change flights) When I got to the London airport to board my flight I was asked for this visa. I didn't have one but they said no matter, just apply for it now it'll only take ten minuets. However, because of my history of mental health they denied my access so I missed my flight. I said to Kiwi that they didn't make it clear I needed this but they couldn't have cared less. I'm heartbroken. I'm fighting for a refund but they've made it very clear that I wouldn't get anything back. They just want your money. They don't care whether or not you actually make it to your flight. I also asked if I could send them some legal documents to help clear this all up but they said that because I hadn't paid for the privilege of an email account they can't allow this. I've been desperately trying to send crummy screen shots on a chatbot page but I don't know why I'm trying. They took everything from me.
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.

If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
