I wish I could give negative stars here. They are a 3rd party site and so your flight is guaranteed to change. When it does, regardless of how much you paid, they will offer you 10 EUR as an alternative. I booked a $1000+ flight, it got changed, so it didn't align with the wedding I am in, to cancel it, they literally offered me 10 EUR and no option to move. This is the biggest scam in air travel.
They are scammers! Don't ever book through these people. The horrible rating of this agency shows how useless these people are.
Airline will not entertain any change request if you go through this agency. This agency will not bother helping you or contacting the airlines for you, so even in a state declared emergency you will be left with no choice but to throw away your money.

We used Kiwi.com to book flights from Switzerland to Greece in 2021 based on good price. Unfortunately we landed in Athens only to learn the onward flight had been cancelled several weeks ago. When we contacted Kiwi.com they acknowledged their mistake in failing to notify us and told us they would reimburse us for extra hotel, meals, transport and new flights we had to purchase directly on a different airline. It took 14 months and several follows to get a response after I submitted all the receipts. In the end we only got a meagre 47 Swiss francs versus the 650 Swiss francs extra it cost us for their mistake. Unbelievable! I'd fight this more but I am tired and fed-up dealing with such a terrible company. I only encourage others NOT TO USE KIWI regardless of their pricing as they do not honour refund process.
I bought a ticket from them from A to B to A intending to buy B to A to B and now I think their website intentionally creates such situations because ANY change with them is impossible.
I ended up buying a second ticket and surprise!... this time the name and date of birth are wrong...
I triple checked before the payment click all was ok!
Kiwi customer service insisted on the phone to trust them and wait to hear from their "specialist team" but I still haven't heard back from them!
If I would have waited for Kiwi customer service my tickets would have been unusable!
This is happening while buying a second ticket for the same trip!
This company should be outlawed!
I ended up making the name correction directly with the airline which has on the website adds saying things like:
Buying directly from us means avoiding hidden fees!
Buy from us to avoid nasty surprises!
Buy from us and benefit from transparent operations... etc
The airline company was most helpful though and I got the tickets with the correct name and date of birth!
The last email I've received from Kiwi contains a reservation AND tickets, but on different names!
Same flight, same place, 2 different names, which from their point of view should mean 2 different persons on the same place... does not bother them!
I will never buy from them again!
Avoid Kiwi.com or better sue them each time they rob you!
Zero reviews is not an option. Kiwi would not refund my booking when I canceled within 24 hours on fully refundable flights. On a fare of $5,800, they gave me $10. They said it was a "saver" booking and non-refundable. I found them from Kayak's website when searching for flights. This is a scam, and I only wish someone warned me or did my research before getting fooled.

Frontier printed this on her boarding pass. She wasn't able to get through security with her name spelled wrong.
The line to get through security was really long and the wait time was long. Frontier told her it was going to cost $715 to reprint her name correctly on the boarding pass, unless she called kiwi to get it fixed.
I called you guys, 30 minutes on the phone, I was told I would be called back 30 minutes later. By the time you fixed the error it was too late.
We paid $715, which is complete robbery to frontier or whoever at the cancun airport to reprint her boarding pass with her name corrected... because even after you fixed the problem, the time it would take her to go back to the frontier desk and wait in line to get the new boarding pass, and then get back in the long line for security, she would have missed her flight.
This person is coming to denver to speak at a conference on Friday and Saturday for 80+ guests who all paid their entry fees already. And you guys are fucing up her name on the boarding pass, when the order was made with her name spelled correctly.
What a horrible experience.
We need to be reimbursed this $715 asap.
I wish I could give it a 0 star! Worse experience with kiwi. They tried giving me $10 credit to change my flight. I shared with them I got sick and am hospitalized. I called within the correct time frame. I asked to speak with a manager and they said they would reach out via email. I waiting for them and did not hear back so I decided to call back. They told me unfortunately, the $10 offer or even the change to change the date is not longer available bc I waited too long. I said I was waiting for them to contact me back to speak with a supervisor and all they kept saying was "sorry ma'am there is nothing we can do now. You should have changed the date when my colleague advised you to change it. We can't even return the $10!"
I didn't care about the $10! I cared about my
Flight! So I hung up and called United (the airline I was flying in) and they were SOOOO helpful.
Not only did they change my flight (without a fee) I also got an upgrade. I will NEVERRRRRRR use kiwi. EVER! Please trust me. You aren't saying yourself a penny with them. I found cheaper prices on United airlines than on kiwi.
I would also like to state that I spoke with three different employees and a supervisor. Two of which were rude. The supervisors name was Javed. If you are reading this,

I've contacted them to get info about my parking that I additionally added using wizz air and information was send to kiwi because initially they bought a ticket from their account. I called them many times and they even changed my date of birth so I can't confirm myself to reach them on the phone. Later they changed my return flight to the same date as departure flight and proposed options of paying additional money to get a flight that takes 10H instead of 2H meanwhile on Wizz Air app my initial flight is available for booking. There are working Indian and Pakistani scammers only
I was to fly at the 12th of December 2022 and I unintentionally cancelled my flight ticket worth over €2.000,- bangs. I tried to contact their customer support multiple times and each time they refer to their "policies" when I try to ask for help. Even on their Facebook page they refer to their customer support which then again, guess what? Refers to their "policies". Don't trust these air flight bandits. They are not worth your money and your times.
The company mentioned that will get a refund in 3 months and unfortunately 3 months has passed and no refund. Customer service also avoided my question about when I can my refund. A scam
Horrible. I called immediately after booking a flight because the confirmation email revealed that it was for a one-way ticket and not a round trip like I had intended. I was connected to a representative named Kaladgi and asked her to cancel the ticket I had just purchased no more than 5 minutes ago so that I could rebook a round-trip flight. She refused multiple times, parroting only that it was their policy not to offer refunds and that there was nothing she could do. When I asked to speak to a manager she said that no one was available to speak to me. When I asked for her supervisor's name, she refused to provide it, but said that someone would call me back in the next 2 hours. No one ever called. I had both my cell and house phone with me the entire day. Now I'm forced to contact my credit card company and have them dispute this charge in order to get a refund. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
This third party is a WASTE of time. They don't do anything to help if the airline makes a change. They do NOT provide you with:
1. Confirmation number for your flight or airline 2. Do not provide your contact or payment information to the airlines that you have booked a flight with. If you ask for help, they throw up their hands and say too bad if you didn't buy their "Kiwi Guarantee" which if you read carefully, doesn't give you ANYTHING when/if there is an actual change beyond your control! I had a flight booked after a cruise. Spirit Airlines moved my flight to leave at 7am and I dont doc until 8am! Not my fault but this was their answer. I ended up on the phone doing THEIR JOB FOR HOURS!. ITS A SCAM!
Absolutely DO NOT book with this scam of a website! My flight departure time changed by 10mins and they "cancelled" my flight and I was forced to pay an additional $1000AUD for the alternative option. If you choose the alternative option then you forfeit your right to a refund from the cancelled flight. BOOK DIRECT WITH THE AIRLINE
Do not book with Kiwi. My flight was delayed by 14 hours (prompting me to cancel) and they sent me £10 total.
I booked another flight, having lost $700 already, and that one got delayed too, making it physically impossible for me to fly home.
I was supposed to have a 2.5-hour layover in Calgary, but somehow it was changed to 24 hours. I called kiwi they informed me it was a minor change. I could understand a minor change being 5 or even 8 hours, but 24 hours? This company doesn't respect the buyer; if someone pays more, they are quick to throw you on whatever floats their boats. NEVER AGAIN!
These are the worst possible of travel apps. They didn't pay the airline for the flights but book you on it. I had to buy a whole new ticket and reclaim the cash back. Awful

I booked a flight ticket from Kyiv to Mumbai on 26 Feb 2022 (Booking Number: 0 2 0 0 3 3 8 7 9 8) on Kiwi.com.
My Flight was canceled by the airline and I was supposed to get a refund but it's been more than 9 months now still I haven't got my refund. I have raised a ticket multiple times but every time they say the same thing like we are waiting for the airline to issue the refund.
I tried calling them on their helpline number ( *******159) but this call was not taking any refund requests.
The worst experience I ever had with a company. My flight delayed, lost a the next one, they claimed that there was kiwi guarantee & after 4 months they are providing 20 euros refund while I have spent more than 200 for the new ticket, waiting so many hours for the plane.
Just got my flight cancelled and they say will take up to 3 months to partially return my money.
What a scam!
Buyers be aware that this is just a scam. My flights were and still are available to buy directly from the airline and somehow Kiwi.com is not processing it...
Never book with them again, what a shame.
I just called the airline and they said there is no issue on their side and that Kiwi is wrong doing by cancelling my reservation.

These scammer won't give you a refund even if the airlines the who cancelled the flight. I've been asking for a refund since june 2022 until now they havent processes it back you will get the same response over and over again. Just my two cents purchase directly to the airlines so atleast you can get a refund.
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.
Answer: There is no doubt that Kiwi.com is a scam. If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
