Book a flight with the kiwi flights...unfortunately one of my flights was cancelled by the carrier. I tried to contact the carrier to change my flight to the next day but the kiwi.com cancelled my whole booking previously suggested me two flights that were completely not convenient.Therefore I asked for refund...it was 7 months before...they suggested me 59 euros instead of 900 I paid for tickets...and not to mention how hard to reach them...no answer for phone...no one to talk with...THE KIWI FLIGHTS IS A SCAM...DONT BOOK YOUR TICKETS WITH THEM
My flight with Air Tahini Nui is set to leave LAX March 24 to go to CDG in Paris, France. Due to the violent protests in Paris I called twice to ask about a refund or credit to postpone my trip. Kiwi informed me that because it was less than 48 hours from my flight no changes can be made and only a 10 Euro refund given. I was only notified of possible flight and public transportation delays in Paris less than 48 hours from my flight by Kiwi via email. In my second phone call Shreerang refused to transfer me to a supervisor citing a "need for a valid reason to speak to a supervisor". I asked if my concern for my physical safety at my destination due to violent riots, fires, and thousands of protesters in the streets breaking windows was not a valid reason. Shreerang avoided my question and just kept repeating that he "could not escalate" the call to a supervisor without a valid reason or a cancellation from the airline. The airline can do nothing since I booked with Kiwi.
Completely unhelpful and unwilling to discuss any alternatives or exceptions to policy due to extenuating circumstances. Don't book with Kiwi. If anything goes wrong they will do anything to keep your money.
I tried to cancel a flight I booked with Kiwi.com only minutes after paying for it after I realized I'd made a mistake, and they would offer no refund, nor let me use my purchase toward another flight. I was kind of amazed that they would be that rigid and cold about it. I would advise never to use them.
In United States the rule if if yiu buy air line tickets, you can cancel them with in 24 hrs of buying them with a full refund. But kiwi.com does not honor that. They don't even mention that clearly. Its a big SCAM. They are very shady company. Never ever book from them. Just google and see their reviews online. They are already investigated by the airline authority of USA.
A very bad company, never you do any business with the company. You will book flight through them and they will mess your ticket up and tell you they money you paid is unrefundable. Very bad and evil.
I wish I could give a 0 rating. I was trying to book a flight to visit my grandma in hospital. Somehow the date changed to 5 months from when I was looking (5 months!). I called the customer service line a few times to try to speak to a supervisor, they refused or would even hang up on me. They continued spouting their same policy and refusing to help though I tried to modify my booking before it got confirmed. It was the worst expels I've ever had with customer service representatives and the lack of humanity was astonishing.
Kiwi charged me 150 dollars to get the kiwi guarantee which said that I would have a full refund in the case of a cancelled trip. When I had my trip cancelled they didn't give me any of my money back, and then tried to pass it off as my bank's problem. I called and of course, it wasn't. Never book through kiwi. Ever.
A scam company - they book you on impossible connecting flights that gives you less than 50 minutes to change over.
I am in a wheelchair and they said that's not their problem I wasn't able to make it as they do not account for people with disability or have a hold luggage. What a disgrace.
I tried to book with this company, the biggest mistake EVER! They sent a e-mail that my booking will be proceeded within 20 minutes, then in the site appeared the booking was not made following with a mail that said make your booking as prices go up fast. At the time no e-ticket was sent. Then i made a booking though the airline. After 4 hours and after midnight in my country they sent the confirmation mail. They insist that this is not their mistake. Bad service, bad booking experience. Only book through the airline, that's the best and safest option not to get SCAMMED!
Wow what a horrible experience. Ended up losing $300 in the end because flights got cancelled and they claimed they could get refunds. Never again
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I booked with them, the carrier cancelled, they never gave me credit or a refund. The worst part was that the flying options that they gave me to my destination were all full priced didn't even discounted the money I had already paid. I ended up having to book with another carrier directly and paid double. They're scammers!
This has to be one the WORSE companies I have ever come across. Please please please AVOID. I booked a flight and purchased extra luggage which they charged me for it, and then a day before my flight they informed me that my luggage was not included and had no explanation for this accept claiming that I apparently logged in the app and changed the flight details which is complete RUBBISH! They advised me to purchase luggage at the airport instead which I did and had to pay double the amount because it was at the airport. They agreed that they will refund me if I did purchase extra luggage at the airport, I sent them receipts like they requested and they came back saying they will not issue me a refund and they STILL charged me for the first luggage I purchased when I booked the flight. They are a fraud company and even at the airport the staff said they always get complaints about this company and to advised to not book with them again. This will be the first and last time I ever book through them. Please be CAREFUL they will scam you!
Zero ratings, due to poor customer service and scammers they'll book your flight for sure but they will make mistakes and not fix the errors I will for sure contact BBB on this business to close Down,
I needed a flight out of Zimbabwe in order to get my boarding pass into the country. I was in a rush and bought a ticket from Zimbabwe to the USA but I hit the wrong month. A few minutes later my ticket arrived in email and I saw my mistake. I clicked on the "manage your ticket" and made the correction. I was charged for both tickets because I didn't pay an extra $179 on my super saver ticket. Even chatting with a manager I couldn't get a refund on the first ticket even though the change was made minutes apart.
After my buying my ticket same day I was told they canceled my ticket cuz I had luggage. Who travel without a suitcase
WOW! What a $#*!ty company. Don't do business with them. I bought a flight for 2 people, just 1h30 AFTER I had to cancel my purchase for a date error I made. Once canceled they refunded me $10. I can not believe it. They don't want to refund me the full amount or even give it to me as a credit. By law we are entitled to a refund within 24 hours of the date of purchase without penalty. Treating customers like this is UNNACEPTABLE. Avoid any purchase with kiwi.co. You will be disappointed and badly served for sure. I will take proceedings against them.
Promised over last 2 to 3 years, a full refund, I never received any and lost 2 tickets for my daughter and I to fly to Melbourne and back return...you kept my money...I now would like 2 new flights for my daughter and I to fly and you should pay for this with the offer of flughts
Kiwi does a terrible job of integrating potential cost increases up front. Like sure it'll show you the lowest cost flight up front, but backed behind that are SO many hidden fees that they do not warn you of. Not to mention their documents and emails are not user friendly. Again, not transparent in warnings and reminders. For example, I booked a flight that is typically just 3 hours direct. Kiwi booked two direct flights to my destination and one flight back. Entire thing = $143 - fine sounds reasonable. Come to find out, all flights were Frontier Airlines AND you cannot update baggage on their site once the purchase is made. So, I ended paying in total $278 dollars MORE in just CARRY-ON luggage, a high cost fee for EACH of the flights - 3 total. That is MORE than the original flight tag itself. So total for this whole thing I actually spent $421. Ridiculous. Highly do not recommend using them.
Booked $180 worth of flights through this website. 2 days after 1 flight was canceled and the other one was rescheduled. They did not provide a refund and the website was very misleading. The only options were to rebook with them for MORE money after they gave me a $15 credit from the $180 I paid for (What a joke!). Customer service is useless. You get a new customer service rep every time you message them and they copy and paste the response. They promised to give me more credit which was not provided. They promised assisted refund from the airline but no updates at all. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. THEY SCAM PEOPLE! THEY PROFIT FROM SCAMMING PEOPLE. I wished I read their reviews before booking with them.
Bought a ticket through Kiwi, could not get a refund, could only get a "good faith" sum (roughly 1/3 of what I had paid) because they do not offer funds per their agreement. Very unhelpful, very sketchy. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM.
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.
Answer: There is no doubt that Kiwi.com is a scam. If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
