They charge me for a flight and never provided the confirmation number. No way to contact them. Credit card wouldn't refund because the ticket was under my name? Lost $1200 to this thieves.
A representative of this company sent my nephew the wrong flight information, resulting in him going to the airport COUPLE OF Days early than his actual flight, my 18 year old nephew is flying due to a family emergency (mother and kid sisters) so before flying he is already anxious, the couple of days waiting in the airport worrying about his family took it's toll that resulted in an argument with Phillipine airline employees that is known to treat their clients like garbage as me and my family personally experienced recently, this incident resulted in my nephew getting banned from P.A.L,
Now kiwi.com is denying responsibility about the misinformation in the flight details that their employee provided and contributed greatly to my nephew's distress and now will not aid in rebooking his flight. Again. Several days of waiting at the airport alone and anxious then treated badly by p.a.l and kiwi.com refuse to help.
Do not use this company! They will sell you separate tickets with the impression that it's a connecting flight and your bags will never make it to your destination! Bad customer service, if you don't get your bag at the lay over then recheck it and go back through TSA you will not have clothes to wear! They will offer no compensation and tell you that it's your fault that you didn't notice the confirmation numbers were different.
They do nothing at all; I have a flight in one week which needed to be rearranged by the airline they are not doing anything at all for past two weeks. Their quality of service is definitely the worst and I recommend no one to use them for booking anything even if they seem to give you a good deal.
They've given me a wrong info for the longest time til I questioned them. Not trustworthy at all. Please watch out.
They first showed me before purchase I had one checked baggage then after I booked the flight they said I only had a carry on and it would be 75 dollars for one checked luggage. I called them no resolution. However, before I paid the 75 dollars I called Japan Airlines and they told me I have two checked bags that are included in my price already.
Sneaky bastards. Just hoping my flights will go smoothly now after reading these reviews.

This company is horrible. They were supposed to get my flights and baggage. They didnt get my baggage and would not refund. I had to spend an hour on the phone with the airline to get my baggage taken care of.
Poor customer service. I will never use Kiwi again.
About 8 months ago or so, I ordered flight tickets to the Czech Republic via Kiwi travel agency. After completing the order I have not received any flight tickets. Later, I got a message as if the tickets issuing is in process. Since I've not got any tickets after an entire day, I eventually assumed that something went wrong. Therefore, I tried to get in contact with Kiwi by few emails that remained unanswered. It was rather troublesome to find a proper email address.
Sometime later, I've got a reply as if I had no scheduled flight.
In the meantime, I saw that my account was debit by about $450. I've opened a dispute with my credit card company that never matured. I claim the refund of my money for an undelivered service.

My flight to Florida was canceled due to snow. I couldn't get to Florida due to the flight from Saint Louis was canceled. AND! The flight from Florida was delayed by days. I have work. If I don't receive my refund, I will contacts the better business bureau and I will post this on every place I can put a review. That flight was on Christmas Eve to see my 8 year old child. You guys NEVER even gave me another option to fly. YOU DIDNT EVEN TELL ME MY FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED! It was cancelled 4 hours before the scheduled time and YOU NEVER SENT ME A NOTICE SAYING IT WAS CANCELLED! I spent $95 on a Uber each way to the airport and back home. Just to find out my flight was cancelled. I should have never used your company. I have never even heard of it but I took a chance. You owe this to me to make this right. I would like my money back! If I could do negative stars I would!
Take the money and never provide the provide the product 2 weeks we are waiting for the refund and they are playing games and tell us stories.

Pay extra for flight through diff platform but just don't book through kiwi.they are the worst.nothing more to say.didnt even have single good experience with them. Their customer care, their automated emails ans chat system

Ist one leg of a trip was suddenly canceled forcing us to purchase a more expensive replacement tickets
One week before departure they changed the time of the first flight which would've caused us to miss the next connection. We had no choice, but to buy another last minute ticket.
The total amount ended up costing us an extra $550 on a seven hundred dollar trip initially.
Essentially kiwi is a scam which encourages you to buy inexpensive tickets through them and steals your money later on.
This site is a SCAM, do not use! After booking a flight that was canceled, they refused to refund the amount. Upon investigating with the airline, a fraudulent card was used to make the booking. Terrible customer service, a complete waste! If a zero star rating was possible, it would suffice!
You're in a hot climate, and you accidentally pick up something on your shoe, and it smells. That is - kiwi.com The name of the company is a scam from the get go - kiwi.com implies some type of Western customer service and possible/probable reasonableness and ethics. In fact, the company is a backyard alley operation in Czech Republic, and with the very worst of the customs of a struggling eastern European country. Think Putin. Ripped me bad for flights - four trips written off for me and my employee. Call customer service and you'll get the highest level of BS that you have ever received in any service environment. AVOID at all costs. I complained to the airlines that they would NOT want to be associated with such a twisted cheating lying and stealing organization. You have been warned!
One son purchased a plane ticket - flight was cancelled an Kiwi refused to refund. Second son, just purchase a one way and had to change his booking to another date thinking he'd pay the difference as done worldwide by the airlines. Wrong they refused to refund and stole his money.

DO NOT purchase from this site it's a scam. 2 months before the trip and they canceled, you just get a notification that all parts of your trip or parts of it are canceled and there is no refund. They literally take your money
Had trouble getting boarding passes both to and from our destination. No number to call for customer service and can't get through the chat box to a human. To go, it took an agent 20 minutes to access to the tickets to issue boarding passes. To get home It took an agent 55 minutes to issue boarding passes. The airline used their own tech support system to access the tickets as there was no way to call Kiwi to release them. My husband and I were prepared to pay for one way tickets so as to make connection in the US from the Bahamas to get home. Worst experience ever with a company.
I bought a ticket through Fluege.de and it was only after I paid that I was informed the ticket was with kiwi.com (I would never have agreed to use them otherwise). Then one of the legs of the ticket was cancelled due to strike and the only options they could offer required that I pay more than the original ticket, would have meant 10 to 12 hours extra time on an original 1.5 hour flight and required that l leave the next day (a day early). When I cancelled, I was only refunded 50 euros on a ticket that cost 190 euros. The reason for this, as the consumer protection service in Austria explained, is that they buy each ticket separately, and they are not required to refund the whole ticket for this reason.
I would recommend buying through the airline. They are required to provide a viable alternative and have a lot more resources and must refund the whole ticket. In the end, I bought a new ticket (still cheaper than kiwi.com's alternatives) through Air France, and although this flight was also affected by strikes, the airline was quick to inform me of problems and rebook me on a new flight, even with other airlines. I do not see what kiwi.com can offer.
I have quite literally never written a review before but my experience with Kiwi has been so bad that I felt compelled to write this. My flight to New York from Gatwick was cancelled 30 minutes before we were due to fly - not kiwi's fault, so far, so good. I get booked onto another flight, however, this flight is in a completely different airport altogether, Heathrow 15 minutes later than the original. I call them and say it's ludicrous that I would be able to travel to a different airport nowhere near the original one in 45 minutes. I have to call them 6 times to finally get them to change the flight to another booking the next day. That night I decided to call the flight operator to make sure everything is all OK and they tell me there is no evidence of a ticket in my name. I call Kiwi who then tell me that it's "been marked as urgent" and they assure that I'll be able to fly the next day. I turn up to the airport and the airline tell me there are still no bookings associated with my flight path. The only reply from kiwi was to "please bee advised you can still buy a business class ticket for the flight". I will never use kiwi again or any other agency for that matter, they are wildly unhelpful and caused so much stress.
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.

If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
