I purchased a chain and sun glasses from here. The chain yet early to say because I've only had for a week is nice and I like it. May feel differently later tho. The glasses were 120$ and they are cheap as $#*!. It's hard to explain but the side pieces are uneven there's a much bigger gap on one side then the other. I wore them once and noticed right away. Feels awkward on my face and looks ridiculous. So angry I wasted money on these $#*!ty glasses. For that fact alone I'll be staying away from these guys for ever. Clearly put no pride in there stuff. Also just to add about the chain yes it looks nice. But I can tell it's cheap and looked way thicker on the actual site. Cheap garbage if you ask me for way to high of a price. STAY AWAY.

Well, wanted to order one chain from that site. And realised that service just don't care about clients. But let's start from the beginning. I was about to order that chain, but my address wasn't supported by system and system in that case says to hit the support. That's what I did, at first wanna say that they were answering for few days, so in the end whole conversations was going for 2 weeks until they just started ignoring me. Maximum that they did, they asked my address on second week of our conversation. So in the end I still didn't get my answer. Don't recommend to deal with them, Support just don't care about their potential

Hey i just wanted to say thank you to KING ICE i ordered a tennis chain 24 inch for myself and a beautifully crafted iced out ring in the inspired by 2pac and also a pink tennis chain for my girlfriend all 3 items came in about a week and the quality is amazing i cant go out the house without getting complimented its so icy i almost need security when im in public! I will continue to order from king ice for years to come i just want the world to know if you want ice for a great deal and a great price look no further!

My husband bought a chain on the 4th of April. After wearing the chain twice, it has discolored completely. The chain has been worn 2 or 3 times, was not in contact with water nor perfume and has been kept in original boxing for special occasions. We are very disappointed to see that it has discolored.

Customer Service has informed us we can get a refund but the refund has to be redirected to the same bank account. Since we are living in the Netherlands, we have paid with a prepaid creditcard making it impossible to refund the money to that credit card.
Customer service is not cooperating to find a suitable solution. Meaning, we have a product of lousy quality and the money is gone. What a scam.

I bought a lot from king ice. Only the gp and gold filleds are not satisfying with the pricing. Tried really hard to keep mine away from moists and also put it back when oxygen gets moisty from heat. Never sweat or took a shower wearing it. It corroded and tarnished real fast, didn't last me 3 weeks. A $150 to $200 gp or gold filled are not worth it here. I bought black outs, stainless steel, rubies and diamonds, these are ok. But king ice needs stamps. Not everyone knows king ice..

I hate to even give them 1 star. I placed an order for my girlfriend a month before I needed it for a special occasion. Needless to say I never received the item. She specifically picked out a necklace that was being sold by another vendor. I decided to research the manufacturer and purchase it directly from the original vendor. All reviews seemed positive so I was excited to place my order.
Everything was fine as I placed the order and money was withdrawn from my account. After a few days I did not get an email update or order confirmation, so I contacted king I've only to find out I entered my email address incorrectly which is why I did not get a confirmation. That was my mistake, all other information was correct such as address and phone number.
I was told that the necklace was now out of stock although in stock when my order was placed. (That made no sense to me) I was promised an older was placed to have more in stock within 2 weeks. Although that was cutting it close I agreed to wait. 2 weeks went by and the necklace was never restocked. I was told to wait another 2 weeks which I did and did not receive product. After that I called everyday and still never got ge necklace. At one point someone happened to find the necklace laying around somewhere and was told it would ship out the same day. Endless to say that never happened and the necklace was lost again. Being that my girlfriend really loved this necklace I waited months to get this item and was disappointed making me wish I would have purchased from the third party vendor rather than king ice.

I purchased 3 items from them and they are just amazing, I got all 3 for my brother because I couldn't figure out what to get him on his birthday. Once I showed him pictures of what came in for him, he immediately called me to tell me how much he loves the chains and the blunt tip! I'll be buying more often from these guys for sure! What I love the most is how much they interact with their customers and I heard they even send free items because of good reviews.

I never EVER right reviews but on this i feel compelled to. At first i was skeptical about buying from King Ice due to the reviews but Im in LOVE with my King Ice piece. I've bought a lot of jewelry and this was by far my best pick up. Everyone compliments me and now even my girl wants King Ice Jewelry. From now on All my Jewelry purchases will becoming from King Ice from Necklaces all the Way to Earrings. Sometimes it will seem expensive but the quality is worth it. If your into Quality, Creativity and Dope Collabs cop from KING ICE.

I just want to say this $#*! is gorgeous. And looks so real. On camera and in light, the crystals on these SHINE & the gold plating is so vibrant and pretty compared to other websites.

I'm enjoying the weight on the bracelet I got & the quality and sturdiness of both it, the pharoah chain, and the illuminati dual pyramid dog tag pendant necklace. They all feel so much better than stuff you find on amazon and other places.

Plus shipping was damn fast. The packaging is great too. Thanks KingIce, will order again!
