I like their necklaces and they're good but I still haven't recevied my refund. I have emailed them for updates but they haven't emailed me back. Do not buy from KingIce if you ever want a refund. Takes long as hell and won't send you your refund.

If you want to get $#*!ed out your money go to king ice thisboetty $#*! company put up a pendant for 120 it was 150 they made the mistake bonded me for 24 dollars I paid for two day shipping it has been two week these months $#*!as can reach out and ask for they money but can't give me my whole entire refund or a luffing tracking number don't buy from unless u want a $#*!ing headache worst customer service ever u will be dissatisfied I asked them kindly four times now I'm cussing I did exactly what they asked they offered no discount no code no nothing they basically asr canning me how can they get away with not selling me a item they out yo for cheaper then I paid for two days it been two weeks and they are ignoring this is how people get $#*!ed up you're playing wit my sons chain not even mine they a piece of $#*!

Tried to order a pendant twice, both times were cancelled (with bank debit and a credit card). I reached out and they said use the "paypal" feature and told me to download the app for tracking to connect it to my email to track orders. Used Paypal option and within 2 hours a $850 customink purchase as well as delta airling tickets and other charges were on my account (brand new card btw, first tome using it, just opened new account for bills and only used it on my rent that I've been paying for three years without ever having fraud issues). Replied to the person who told me to use paypal option amd download that app who said "he is there to help with anything" I may need. ZERO response. They out here straight robbing ppl. It was my dumbass fault for letting that app connect to my email and using their paypal. I fell right into that one. So anyone be aware of this when you try to purchase something and they start saying fishy phishy stuff

I never write reviews on anything but this company is such a scam. I tried to order a THIRTY DOLLAR CHAIN with their "20% off" text code. So I place my now $24 dollar order and go to bed, just to wake up and see my order has been canceled and my money was still not returned. It's $25 I don't care…what pissed me off was the "support" services. They're non existent. I spent all day sending emails and messages in the sites chat with no response even tho I was queue number 1. Finally got a response on Instagram and all they told me was a refund was issued on their end. Didn't apologize, offer compensation or explain why it was canceled. $#*! company so I can only assume the jewelry is garbage too…but I wouldn't know cause I paid for a chain I'm not getting

Bought two different chains called 18K gold! But a week later the chains are not gold anymore! Now I paid so much for 2 Red chains?! Absolutly scam Company with cheap metall alloy and not 18 karat. Dont buy ever, ever at this store!

King ice is just scam company, quality is the worst iv ever seen. Bought shades, chain and bracelet. Shades are cheap plastic crap made by some kids in bangladesh from the cheapes materials. After few weeks of wearing, chain havent any sign of gold on it. Bracelet the same. Ur neck and hand will just turn into shrek, guees thats their main quest, turn all their customers into shreks for a ripoff prices

If I could give it a zero stars I would. I ordered a set of earrings from the site. They got sent to the wrong address, I simply just asked for a refund because that gift was for a very special person. But they said no. So I'm out of money and a gift. Will not be ordering from this site again. Poor customer service and rude workers

Bought a pendant—it looked cool and still does, but after a few months it's turned brown, I took care of it, did not shower with it because I felt like it would happen (it turning brownish in hue). So after a few months expect your stuff to look wack. As stated previously it looked and still looks cool, it's just a little disappointing, but at that price it's expected.

I live in Hamburg Germany my BM bought a 12 mm chain valued at 127 € the people shipping the item wrote her email Address in the area where the real name and address goes. We could not pick it up because who would have an ID with an email name on it? They shipped it back now I will have to wait another 4-8 weeks for a cheap chain along with garbage costumer service

From my experience with King Ice, the chain/pendants are great quality. I bought a Michelangelo TMNT pendant chain last year, and over a year later with regular wear, it looks the exact same, other than the little pizza slice by the clasp that got discolored and I removed. Other than that... I have no problems with the chain, and plan on buying a Cuban link next.

I paid $400 for necklace and $90 for bracelet April 2020 and already it looks horrible, don't know what to do about it, was a gift for husband, not what I expected. The pictures would make you cry.

Im just blown away, i mean the quality is out of this world. Ive only have for two days and two wears but no wear and tare and it looks amazing on me. Honestly ill write another review about it later in a few weeks to see if it bleeds and how its holding up but the quality and finish are incredible 5 times gold plated AMAZING and the price is really worth it. Amazing new peaces on their sight and huge discounts for blackfriday.
