They sent me the wrong silver bar but refused to exchange it for the correct one. Their online order form pic and description clearly led me to believe I was ordering the Prospector style.

I have dealt with this company for a while and never had problems. Now I have 6 paid orders the oldest of which is 1 month old, and they are not shipping, they just claimed they are too busy if they answer at all. Unacceptable.

Shipped a coin that was not up to par (Please see the pic and you decide). When I asked what we could do about it, even I mentioned that if they would give me the slightest of discounts off the next order, it would make everything better (plus they would have had a guaranteed order). They essentially told me that just how these things go sometimes... i. e. 'go pound sand' for all practical purposes. Way too many other options out there to put up with this ridiculousness. Avoid this company with prejudice.

Many delays in shipment in sending a simple bar. Their return policy is horrible, and customer support is not helpful at all. I would not trust this company to conduct a safe shipment.

Dealing with SGB was straight forward stress free. That being said, having Canada Post arrive at my home and NOT even try to deliver my package was infuriating. My son, alerted by my dog, watch the driver exit the delivery van and walk up to the door. Knowing that a SGB was expected my son met the delivery driver at the door. The driver tried to hand my son a " failed delivery notice" which my son refused to except. After a minute of standing his ground, refusing the notice, the driver went to his van and retrieved my package.
Bottom line, the driver never intended to even try to deliver my order but was forced to when confronted by my son.
