Don't ever buy something from this site if you don't live in the UK or US. They don't know how to ship stuff. My order was sent to my country and then sent back to the UK because apparently they didn't put the right postal code on the package. They didn't even send me an email about it but I could see that it was back in the UK because of the tracking. I asked if they could send it again. They told me I had to pay shipping AGAIN. I told them that I wanted my money back because I refuse to pay shipping again. After a week I still didn't get my money. So I had to mail them again. They told me there was something wrong with paypal. After 2 weeks I finally got my money back. But OF COURSE not the shipping I paid. I just lost 15 euros and didn't get anything in return. Find a different site to buy clothes from, this one is just horrible.

I selected carefully quite a few items from the web store I had been drooling over for some time and placed my order. The shipping was internationally free when purchasing for over 150£ so that was very nice indeed. The delivery was very fast (I live in Finland) and I was so happy with every item I got!
I had a small issue considering a zipper on a bag I bought and contacted the customer service about it. Service was incredibly fast, I always got a reply on the same day, they were so friendly and in the end it worked out just fine. Couldn't have asked for more! I am very pleased with Killstar n will be ordering more in the future<3

I've purchased several items from Killstar and I wasn't satisfied with a couple of them. Had a pair of fingerless gloves with the white print flaking off, they were on clearance so it was whatever but omfg I also bought this s****y quality bag that I dropped $72 on. I ended up reselling that and the gloves on Poshmark and got most of my money back, thank god. The quality really depends on what you're buying. T-shirts and sweatshirts are great but are just way too overpriced for the sake of the style. Everything is more reasonably priced when they go on clearance. You don't even have to be goth to wear some of their clothes, I'm not at all but I like adding a splash of dark to my wardrobe and this clothing line allows me to do that with their unique and humorous designs/sayings that I can relate to. Things sell out pretty quick though so I would keep an eye and watch out for sales if you're looking for deals.

I've always had issues with every item i've bought from this place, it seems like it's made cheap and then sold for a lot more because of the brand/style. As much as i love the styles is is not worth the money or hassle. I've been refused multiple refunds on items that arrived broken, a bag that strap fell off on the first use and incorrect sizes putting me out of pocket. After what now i think is the 5th issue with an order, poor quality and bad customer service i will not be purchasing anymore items.

I love everything Ive purchased from KILLSTAR! The customer service is honestly the best Ive experienced in a lonng time. I had to exchange something before an event and they made sure its was processed in time! <3

Bought some shoes from this company and they were not an actual UK size 9 and took photo evidence of them comparing the shoes I bought from them to my UK size 8 shoes (I am actually a size 8, I ordered size 9s to be safe). Sent the shoes back to be refunded and only received a partial refund of them?! They haven't been used (can't wear them to small) and I sent them back in the original packaging within 14days?! I am so disgusted at this company I will not be ordering from here again, I at least expected to be refunded fully! False advertisement for the 'UK size 9' Wiccan flat shoes.

Unfortunately one of the items I ordered was missing, and they had sent me something totally different instead. I of course sent them a polite email with the receipt and photos about this immediately. Turns out I would have to return the wrong item at my own cost, and only then they would send me the item I had ordered in the first place. I would also be reimbursed maximum of 5 pounds of the shipping cost. That would not even cover my own expense. I explained this to them, but only received copy-paste answers, until my emails were transferred to a Mr. Dennis Bence, who was also unable to give me any other answer than what had already been repeated several times. He was extremely rude and condescending. So in the end, I had no choice but to keep the wrong item, and promise myself never to shop from them again

I can only recommend this store to someone who is OK with the fact that sometimes (this actually seems to be quite common. I have many friends who have ordered from Killstar and also received wrong items) you will get the wrong item, and will always have to pay for the exchange yourself. Also if you like being talked down to is a plus!"

This company is awful. Their clothes look great on their website but in reality the clothes I have purchased are very hit and miss. The quality of making, fabric and sizing is very hit and miss. Customer service is poor. I have dealt with them on a number of occasions. Yes they do have a good response time but generally it's the same parroted information. 'Follow our returns policy and return the goods at your expense' even when the error is theirs. Ridiculous. It is in your interest to report this company to consumer direct as they are clearly not following appropriate legal rules despite what small print they have on their policy sheet. Also if you pay by visa get them to investigate. Awful company

Long story short, I bought platforms off of this site, the sole separated from the shoe two hours into wearing them. I was able to return them for a new pair but the same thing happened with this pair too. I paid $130 for these shoes just to fall apart the very first day I wear them. This company will not give you money back they will just keep trying to send you the same thing in exchange for your old ones. I don't want these shoes anymore I want my money!
