I'm so hesitant buying clothing online, it's usually a hassle and disappointment. I've ordered from Killstar at least 4 times now and everything I've ordered is extremely well made and true to their size chart. When I buy clothing I wear the crap out of it, and every clothing item I've purchased from Killstar has withstood washing over and over again. Their purses and wallets even come in dust bags which is a really nice detail most companies don't have.
I just encountered my very first issue with an order, a purse arrived without the removable strap and after emailing the company I received a friendly reply right away and a replacement strap is already being shipped out. They have by far the best customer service I've ever experienced, it was a pleasure instead of a pain. I can't express how refreshing this is, I wish every company was this great.

I'm very impressed with the quality of Killstar's clothing and accessories. Recently, I received an incorrect item in my order, and Annmarie in their customer service department replied promptly and professionally to my email and helped me set things in motion so I can get the correct item at no further cost to me. It's great to know the quality of their customer service matches the quality of their clothes!

I have bought countless things from Killstar over the years, I must have spent thousands. Over this time both the quality and customer service have just gotten worse and worse. All the materials used are cheap and nasty, visibly so, look nothing like that from the website, and they aren't cheap to buy, either. You have to pay for delivery and pay for your own returns. Almost every online retailer has free returns now, even very cheap clothing brands, so I don't see why they can't run the same service.

Lost a long time loyal customer today.

I ordered a shirt from KillStar and it got lost in the mail unfortunately. KillStar's customer service team was amazing and on it! They responded to my inquiries ASAP and sent out a new shirt, no questions asked, with a tracking number. Super happy with their service and will buy from again in a heartbeat.

Apoartbof struggle from the mailpost, I get my outfits and they suits me perfectly. I LOVE the quality.
I get a 3 month struggle to get my parcel because the mailpost of my country was not sure if it was stolen, lost or returning back to the seller. Thanks to the wonderful Emily I have a chance to get another parcel. She deserves a 5 stars rating for her kindness and patience.

This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever experienced. This problem went on for over 2 months, and ended unsatisfactorily.

I ordered a bag in late November as a Christmas gift. All was fine, until 2 weeks passed and I tracked my delivery and saw that the package had been sitting in the delivery office for a few days. I called Royal Mail, who was sending the package, and they aid they had attempted delivery, and that it had been delivered to a different address. I have no idea why this was.

At this time, I was told there was nothing i could do. I told Killstar about this and did not get a response until i messaged a second time. They opened an investigation. To cut a long story short, i did not receive any more emails from Killstar until January. They said the delivery had failed and the package was returned to them. They also said that they would delivery the package. A week passed and still nothing. I had to message them three time to get a response, and was asked to pay the delivery fee again.

I thought this was ridiculous. This had been going on for two months, for no fault of my own, and i was expected to pay for delivery again, when it wasn't delivered the first time? Frustrated, i asked that Royal Mail or Killstar pay for the delivery, or simply give me a refund as this was unacceptable.

As is clearly a routine now, i got no response. It wasn't until this morning that i got a receipt for a refund. But, this was only for the bag i tried to purchase. They did not refund me the cost of the original delivery. So, here we are. Nearly three months since i first ordered it, no bag, less money.

Thanks but no thanks Killstar. Never again.

TLDR: Unresponsive, unfair, unhelpful, unsympathetic and charged me for nothing but wasted time.

Lets start off about my closet: 80% of my clothing is from killstar. Before christmas I bought a pair of shoes together with a bunch of items, it arrived on a bit later than I'm used to but amazingly quick for a package around the holidays. After walking 50 metres or so my platform ripped and within a few moments they provided me with the best service I ever expierenced and solved everything for me. They are absolutely amazing and I will never stop buying my clothing items from them.

I love the items on this shop! I always try to buy things on sale since they are a bit pricey but I'm completely in love with the bags I got. Also got a gift for a friend to get to her house and it got there quickly. Shipping is fast and things usually arrive within 5 days max.

I am really pleased with my recent purchase and delivery from Killstar!

I have ordered many items before but never with the next day delivery. At the time I felt that the next day delivery was expensive compared to some other retailers. However I paid for next day delivery with another online company and the parcel wasn't delivered.

I had a message that my item was dispatched less than 2 hours after completing my purchase, I was kept informed and the order came on time. I would use the next day service again.

The Mallice Platform Trainers the subject of my latest purchase from Killstar arrived yesterday and within 5 minutes I was wearing them. They looked even better up close, than they looked on the website. Definitely worth the full price I didnt even pay for them. I absolutely love them, and they definitely have that unisex appeal. The quality is of an extremely high standard. I fell once wearing them, but that was for a number of reasons, I have cerebral palsy and I didnt take the usual precautions of breaking them in before wearing them in town. Secondly technically they are girls footwear and have a slightly narrower soul, than the guys flat shoes I normally wear. In fairness I fall in them too all the time. They help me concentrate more on my walking which is good thing. I have to say though both the guys and girls I was out with last night thought they were absolutely awesome, and quite a few photos were taken of them.
I have been buying cool stuff from Killstar for a few years, admittedly mostly during the flash site wide sales. Rarely if ever, have I been disappointed with the value for money deals, the clothes or the footwear, the latter unfortunately only available on the girls website. For me that problem if you can call it that, is a minor issue. I am quite content to get stuff from both their websites in search of the style and comfort Im looking for. In all my dealings with Killstar their customer service has been excellent and hassle free, which is great as well. These wonderful people really do prioritise their customers. I purchased my jackets in the past and my Trainers through refund exchanges, and they couldnt have been more supportive or attentive to my needs. If you have to exchange an item or want a refund its never a problem as long as the items are returned in the same packaging and condition which they were received. I cant thank the staff at Killstar enough for the assistance and understanding they have given me over the last few years. I really like their attitude that nothing is a problem and there is always a solution inherent in their dealings with me. Dont worry returning stuff for me is a rare event for me in Killstar land but very occasionally have to return items due to wrong sizing and fit etc. Oh by the way there delivery service is top class, items arrive on time, or much earlier than anticipated

Lovely customer service

I ordered the Witches Potion cup from here for a friend for Christmas, the cup is lovely and really good quality. Unfortunately the straw was broken when it arrived so I emailed to ask if a new straw could be sent out or if I could exchange the whole product. Customer services were so helpful and they got back to be promptly advising that they would get a new straw sent out to me. Lovely manner over email. Im very happy with the customer service.
