I ordered a killstar bag this past Saturday and received it by Tuesday! Theyre out in the west coast and Im in NY so I thought itd take about a week to receive my bag but I was pleasantly surprised by how fast my package came. On to the bag, I ordered the luxe love handbag and omg it is so gorgeous! The silver hardware is so pretty! It gives an edgy vibe but because its a satchel style it still looks very classy also. The heart lock in the front of the bag is darling, I wore it out today for the first time and saw girls eyeing it trying to figure out what brand it was. The black vegan leather is of high quality and sturdy. I cant wait to order more from this site, everything they have is so gorgeous! Highly recommend this company!

I bought one of their new cauldron mugs and skull mug, which came super fast! The cauldron mug had some chips in the paint & ceramic on the inside, which was a bummer. I contacted them and they responded very quickly and were kind enough to give me a full refund including the tax. So I ordered another one, and, again came within 2 days.The mug itself is cute but I wish it was sturdier and a bit bulkier. Definitely hand wash because the skull mug has a bit of pain scuff off the rim after washing. Still cute items, though.

In April '18 I purchased a purse and several items from Killstar. One of these items was a handbag. Within a month of having and using this purse lightly one of the straps snapped while I was using it. Seeing as I'd had the purse for a month it was too late to return the item, but I decided to reach out to the customer service team anyways just to bring awareness to the issue. I received quick and polite responses requesting images of the purse and damage. The customer service representative was apologetic and attentive. I was not anticipating any form of return or reimbursement but was pleasantly surprised to be given a gift-card for partial value of the handbag. Overall the items I have purchased from Killstar have been of great quality and their customer service has been attentive, understanding, and pleasant. I will continue shopping with this company and encourage you to do the same!

Firstly let me say I got the black crystal iPhone case and worry not about struggling to plug in your charger or headphones with this case and there is so much protection around the edges that if you dropped this thing it would bounce 10 feet in the air. It also just looks fantastic I suggest pairing with white headphones.

I was a little confused about shipping and when I sent out an email asking I was sent a reply within the hour. Princess was professional, helpful and fun.

What more can you want?

Long time customer, used to be my favourite brand - designs were unique and usually well made, old pieces from '14-'16 collections have held up great and i love them - BUT...
Their quality is waaayyyy down, i mean way down. While their prices have remained incredibly high, their good designs have become few and far between and often arrive falling apart, with advertised features such as bows, buttons and patches frequently missing and stitching and studs falling right apart:
- Got the "Fancy AF" choker and within 2 days, bow & ring hardware dropped clean off, luckily a jeweler's tool was available to me, and continues to be required as this piece continuously falls apart, spikes are also very loose
-"Alexandra" lingerie set (Bralette & Panties) were both missing bows, incredibly messy stitching that required trimming before wear
-"Widow" bralette's stitching was so poor the embellishment straps fell off
-"She Devil" clutch bag's spikes began to drop off within a couple days & strap is terribly designed and falling off
-"Poseidon" leggings pattern is a cheap foil which rubbed off within about a week leaving black powder everywhere
-"Sweet Sinner Velvet Bodysuit" comes with the world's cheapest garters which barely function and attach uncomfortably, stitching coming apart, bows falling off and terrible quality

These were just my misses, you might notice these are all pieces from their newer collections. IMO it is worth grabbing older things from their sales, they do run a bit small in the bust (and large in the waist if you've got a notable hourglass figure) but they're so gorgeous and trusty Varg sweater, velvet witch dress, sad handbag and full fury choker continue to be staple pieces in my wardrobe - as well as make me slightly depressed remembering all good things come to an end.
I've never had an issue with their customer service (only shopped US store) and although i've heard bad things about it, quite often it seems like a misunderstanding on the customer's part that end in the loudest complaints. Remember to read all the details and terms before making an online order. In my experience they are quite polite when a package is lost or misdirected, although obviously this will vary between reps and returns aren't free.

I had an issue with one of their products and their customer service team, especially Emily, were super helpful and acted on it really quickly! They were professional and super friendly! Their products are also great! I've bought a few of their items and all are great quality. As mentioned, I had a slight issue with one of their items which was a one off, but they quickly replaced it. Thanks again for the great service, guys. Keep it up!
