Called KFC to get a refund for stale incorrect food because apparently their new policy is no refunds for terrible food and service. My meal was almost 12 dollars and this poor excuse for an establishment only sent me a 5 dollar voucher, so what about the rest of my money, does my hard working money not constitute a full refund of food I couldn't eat or wasn't fit to eat? I'm trying to get in contact with customer service to speak to a higher up and now the phone number magically doesn't work. To me this is theft of my funds and I don't think this is fair or right we have to stand up to these corporations who are giving so little as far as service and or quality but now want to keep money even when not fulfilling the service paid for. My case#******* someone from corporate please call as i will be putting this review every where possible to let the folks know what kind of bad business done by the yum yum.company

Went through at 12:30 P.M Wanted a chicken pot pie, they were out of them, they must have only made 3 or 4. Ordered a box box of tenders and a Pepsi. They were out of Pepsi, gave me a sub that was flat, not even drinkable. Ordered Ranch to dip chicken in. When I got to office, no ranch, they were probably out. Tenders are tough and not very eatable. This is the KFC on Redwood road and 4700 South. It has been a while since I went to this one, as a couple of years ago, by the time I got up to drive through window, they told me they were out of Chicken. I do no recomend this KFC to anyone as It sucks, and I will not go back

The general view of an offer in any fast food restaurant is that it is made to attract new customers, not in KFC, It isn't. In KFC the publicity offers are made apparently to dope or trick customers into buying overpriced $#*! with very low quality for a world class fast food restaurant, and as if that isn't enough. The portions were so small for an average person, I doubt it could feed 1 person despite being advertised as a meal for 4.

The KFC at 2730 South Frontage Road in Vicksburg Mississippi has the most disgruntled employees. They never have the lobby open. They close it hours before time for no reasons at all

KFC Standerton, on 16 March i bought atreetwise 2 and found a tag in my food! Immediately lost my appetite!

The service was horrible,the cashier was ignorant,rude and unprofessional! Treated me differently than the rest of the customer's because of my race.I come to the store all the time and I will never come back here again because of the disrespect and unprofessionalism from the new employee she needs to get fired!

Cold chips and chicken very poor will not be going there again and this was not the first time we had a cod meal at KFC at YATE

Was not really a fan of fast food but tried kfc for the first time today! KFC zinger ads on the train caught my attention and right after I came out of MRT there was a sales coupon giving out on the exact burger that I was eyeing on. Took the chance and instantly bought the burger! A really great steal of $3.95 for a zinger burger!

Amazing food in my opinion, crispy and spice chicken is always the best combination. However, stuff can be much more polite and faster, sometimes it took too much time to get my food. But 4 stars from me

KFC is so underrated and all of their food and drinks are delicious. I don't understand why some people hate their food. Their chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, biscuits, and even their special sauce is amazing. The only con is the price.

Man was yelling for his turn at the drive thru. He told us ( My mother and I)more people can get in line as other persons had still been picking up their orders. He cursed, swore. Senseless impatience. KFC meal was fine, customer was not. Location: Ontario, Canada

I have always loved the mashed potatoes at KFC. I have not eaten at a KFC in over a year and stopped j7st for the mashed potatoes. The service was very bad, rude infant and the only thing I ordered, mashed potatoes were Unedible! The frech fries and bowl my husband ordered was so small and dried. Another customer here said nothing tasted worth paying for. Sadly I will NEVER return to any KFC!

Along with tasting unedible they had no salt and pepper and no one would answer me even knowing I was asking for assistance.
Never again!

I think KFC has a great food! Chicken wings, chicken stripes, just perfect if you are in mood for something like that. Only service was not that great, one girl was not really polite but who knows why she was liked that and what happened that day, so 4 stars from me.

Rude, abusive and a absolute disgrace. The drive thru member at 8pm on 5/12/2022 and I will never purchase from this store again, needs to find another job if he hates this job so much, he speaks to people so rudely

2.8 hours no delivery and poor customer service. Kids hungry and upset. Customer service I e existanant

The KFC at 2856 28th st in grand rapids Michigan needs to upgrade their service after forgetting that I was waiting for my chicken sandwich that was suppose to take five minutes but waited 15 minutes before going back to the drive up window. The workers inside realize that they forgot and handed the sandwich without an apology or any explanation. I will never go back

Don't be fooled, that chicken is old, greasy, bull$#*!, go to popeye's... they have nasty $#*! chicken
