They open at 10Am, I ordered at 10:30 am received cold mashed potatoes, cold red beans and rice and cold old chicken. Biscuits were like hockey pucks!

Shamefully False advertising & A few dried bits of pop chicken bits in a Small box with a very small choc mousse
Isn't worth $26
A receipt wasn't issued either
So Management Needs to Pull its Finger Out
And out of my pocket...Scammers

So exciting to get some chicken and sides from KFC. I got home, we opened it worse meal ever. The Mac & Cheese was look liked it had been overcooked for hours. The mash potatoes was the same way.
You could have uses them as paste. The gravy was dark and thick. The Cole slaw was watery. Chicken was dry and over cooked, too. We will not be eating at KFC no time in the future

I got off work…tired and famished.KFC wasn't my first choice but I figured it's been a while so why not give them "another try".( had a few disappointing visits prior) Ordered a 2pc Combo and thiS is what I received?!Uncooked Chicken… the flour is still white.did not realize until I was on my way to the School pickup line. What a letdown… with a heavy heart this is the last time I want to give KFC another try. Reluctantly I believe our relationship may have come to an end… I feel it's only fair to inform you that we are no more.you have hurt me and saddened me to my core one time too many. I was loyal when others said you were no good and lacked personality. I stood firm over the years as you proved the naysayers wrong… you showed them all that you were still king of the Chicken Game…this is truly hard for me to say goodbye.Generations of my family have enjoyed you so many nights around the dinner table and I lovingly kept the tradition going with my love ones…I wish you well in all you do, but I must say with a slow walk away.a look back. A feeble wave and a sad smile goodbye.

I was so put off. Wasted my money

It ain't that hard to figure out an order when they take it over the speaker going through the drive-thru and they still get it wrong either they're not smart enough to do their job or they just don't care they want your money but they don't want to give out their product

The staff was nice but the price for a chicken drum stick was absolutely outrageous but I like the chicken and the Frozen drinks looks like it was defrosted

We hadn't been to KFC in years. We wanted some chicken tenders. So we stopped in and for 3 measly tenders it was over $8.00. They were skinny or small. The taste was ok but Chester's chicken is WAY better. Never again will we go there.

I ordered a 12-piece bucket via mobile. After I picked up the order and began to enjoy, I found I just got 9 pieces.

I have been eating at Kentucky Fried since 1970… the food has gone so down hill since this time, watery Cole slaw, mashed potatoes with a spoon full of gravy and horrible fried chicken. Will never eat there again!'n

I went to kfc at 688 e 5th ave Columbus Ohio ******* i got the 20 DOLLAR fill up box and all the food was cold and hard i didn't check it because i sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes waiting on my food so i assumed it was FRESH. This is UNACCEPTABLE and couldn't return because i had to drop the food off to my home and go straight to work and my kids called crying because now i have to door dash them dinner because they can't eat no old hard cold food!

If it were not in the name of the restaurant I would never believe they were serving chicken. The size of the chicken pieces are 50% smaller than a few years ago. The orders are no longer filled properly. For instance, eight piece meal should be filled with 2 pieces of each quarter. Seems they have stopped giving that assortment. Past three trips to the Plainville, CT restaurant has given three wings and one very small breast. The chicken has been over cooked and dry.

Prices doubled, and portion sizes diminished.

On the positive side, the coleslaw was good, and the original recipe seems to be original, soggy but original.

Order was messed up from the start. I asked for two white meat, extra crispy boxed meals and was given one extra crispy and one with all red meat. I went back through the drive-through to have this replaced and what I received was dark brown white meat chicken. The chicken look like it been sitting there for hours disgusting I called the store to complain and all I got was I'm sorry it must've been made with old grease.

For the past at least 20 years it has been consistently bad chicken. The staff LIED I asked when this chicken was cooked and the answer was "just now" That is if this definition of "NOW" was one day ago then it is true. So the final verdict is NO MORE Kentucky Fried Chicken garbage.BTW fries were so oversalted I am sure the salt intake is at least your daily maximum. What is wrong with this outfit that I actually enjoyed visiting 30-40 years ago?

We got food at the Rockaway NJ location. My chicken pot pie was
horrible. It was extremely dry. Almost no licquid. It was uneatible. My wife's chichen tenders were not much better. They were extremely small and very dry like they were a day old. This cost us $20.00.we will not go to kfc again. They have gone down more and more in quality. I used to love their crispy chicKen tenders. I can get better ones at my local Acme food store.

I went to the KFC in BREWER MAINE I purchased an 8 piece chicken only, dark meat. I live 2 hrs. Away.when we got home my wife prepared our supper with our KFC chicken. The chicken didn't have the same taste as usual, the chicken was a lot darker than usual and the grease that came off and coated the bottom of the barrel it came in was very dark in color almost black can I get a refund I'm have the receipt.

I have tried both fried original and grilled bucket of chicken. The fried does not taste like it did when they first started ths business. It is not finger licking good. Not same seasoning just not good flavor. I do not know what it going on they need check seasonings. The grilled is not seasoned at all. Abandon grilled or add more seasonings. What is going on with this company. I could not wait to buy kfc years ago,o but it is the worst fried chicken. Please fix the seasoning or is it the prep(allow more seasonings), cooks or oil ( you need to cook the old way)
I know everyone is health crazy but this is crazy. If you can not provide the taste of back in the day CLOSE SHOP.

First of all I would like to suggest kfc to check everything before giving it to us
Because first of all the bagage was bad
And secondly the coleslaw wasn't closed properly everything got spoiled when we recieved it and we paid for buns and we didn't receive it either
KFC took money for it but we dint recieve it
And they didnt give us 2 buckets also
In the website it was showing 2 buckets but we dint recieve it either
I would like to say to KFC next time make sure to take of these

I am visiting my country and went to both KFC in Maypen. I asked for leg and thigh original. I understand that everywhere has their policy, but I don't understand how can both stores be so hard as to tell me I cant get a leg and thigh. I was buying more than one meals. I know that people abuse situations but that dont mean you cannot give and take sometimes. I was looking forward to that leg and thigh when I arrive but I was so disappointed. I will never support KFC again. Customer service is poor. Dont get it twisted either I don't eat meat period but I was looking forward to try my hometown KFC.
