This is the only place I shop for used cameras and equipment. Products are updated continuously and if what I am looking for isn't there one day, it may be there the next day. Prices are fair, service is excellent, and shipping is fast.
Ordered an "E" rated Minolta XD camera, an "E+" rated MD 50mm, f/1.4 lens, and an "E+" rated Canon F-1n "action view finder". Packaging and delivery were above average. Even arrived one day prior to planned delivery date during the holidays! Only things I have issues with are the following: the VF arrived in it's special Canon case (designed to hold it securely) loose, upside down, so I presume it wasn't mounted properly in its case before shipping and guaranteed to be bouncing around in its case for the journey here. For the lengths KEH goes to to reassure folks of the quality of the products being purchased, specifically the sticker mounted on the ziploc the product was shipped in, complete with indicator categories (i.e. Cleaned, tested, inspected, graded); the camera and lens were shipped dirty and obviously not cleaned much less inspected before shipping. Trivial items on previously used items, I'll agree, but still an indication of customer service
The site is a nightmare to navigate, it takes forever to find items, much longer than it did on the old site. However, the rating system hasn't changed, and when KEH says something is in like new condition, they mean the item is pristine.
You always give great service when I buy from your company.
Because KEH uses the "standard" Fedex overnight, and those don't deliver on weekends, I was disappointed that (combined with a holiday day) my "overnight" shipping took 4 days to arrive. During the same weekend, I received two Amazon Prime "2 day" shipping orders faster.
I was also disappointed that my two order questions posted to the KEH Facebook page went unanswered, including one regarding another order where I was denied the free special shipping option when I think I should have been allowed to choose it.
These issues detracted from an otherwise flawless shopping and purchase experience. I am very pleased with the quality of the items - including a dSLR body and two lenses - that I received. I will purchase from KEH again.

I ordered Leica strap for Leica R6, but I found the hard plastic would scratch the body finish of the camera. It would be better that material is rubber around the metal ring.

I'm taking lens to Liberia for my long time friend and mentee photographer. Can evaluate until after I've returned in February. Expect it to be satisfactory as usual.
You might want to take your memo about delays in November down. Other than that I love your Co. And recommend anytime I hear of someone getting silly low ball offers To sell there gear. Your so much better than B&h.
